Worked great for years. Suddenly no image galleries are visible, except on one computer where security certificates were set to always trust. Doesn't work on any other computer or smartphone, using several different browsers. Firefox gives security errors. App embed is on. Tried to contact customer support but the support page is broke and won't send messages. So, starting to look at other solutions built into the theme rather than a 3rd party app that kills us. Tried latest versions of Showtime and Pinnacle themes. Oddly the video galleries from dame developer still work, for now.

DO NOT USE THIS APP!! The app stopped working, I uninstalled it for my website more than a month ago and I am still being billed monthly!! I requested a cancellation link or instructions for unsubscribing from their billing system and got no response. Shopify customer service cannot help either because is a third party app.

Wish I could go lower than 1 star. Used to be fine but crashed for all users and haven't responded to any customer support. If they haven't gone out of business, they should. Gave them two weeks to get this fixed and eventually moved to a better replacement (Robin Pro I think it's called.. hope that can help someone else in the same situation). This is the first time I've ever had an app just stop working when it was live with no explanation. After years of paying. Shopify needs to take this app and all of this companies apps down immediately.

This app was good when it worked, but recent issues have made it unusable. First, images have been down for several weeks now. Support originally said it would be fixed within 24 hours. That was weeks ago, and now they don’t respond to emails at all. On top of that, there was an SSL certificate problem that caused our shop to appear “unsafe” to customers. That should have been a simple fix, but it dragged on for days without resolution or even a proactive update. The result has been catastrophic for my business: lost sales, lost leads, and hours of wasted work building on this platform.

App went down without warning throwing an SSL cert error. This type of error can be simply fixed by paying for the correct cert and licensing. Instead, the app was down without warning, no offer for refunding, and the author recommended to me in email to find another app to use for the time being and that they don't feel like it's coming back online anytime soon. Please de-list this app. This is going to cause me over 100 man hours to fix, and my site is dead until I find the time to reb uild the 100+ affected pages. horrible.

APP BROKEN. All my images are gone. Support ignoring me. It's been over a week and there is no way of knowing when it'll be fixed again. Do not get this app. I have cancelled my subscription as I'm just donating money to them at this point. Look elsewhere. The lack of support and response from the devs on this matter shows that even if it's fixed, they do not care about their users at all.

Images has been down for 4 days. They said it would take 24hrs to fix it....4 days ago! Now they won't reply to my emails. I rely heavily on images in my business and this is catastrophic. I spent HOURS using this app for my website and now I guess I have to start over. It was a great app, but if it doesn't work and there's no customer service, why use it? If they get it fixed soon (or even reply), I will happily change this review.

This is easy to use, and I like setting it to different styles like Masonry or Grid. I am using it for my resource library, and it looks great. Plus, I can link to where the resources are located and in new tabs if I so desire. I like all the available options to customize just like I want it. It was exactly what I was looking for in a photo gallery app. My favorite is that you can sort them by added most recently so that I can keep photos from my most recent adventures at the top of my page. Highly recommend this app if you’re a photographer of any sort.

App is sufficient. We run into glitches on occasion when rearranging images or entering data that causes repeat work for the request to take, but usually sorts itself out by the second attempt. Biggest complaint was that I saw we were charged $3.99 for basic plan when advertised as $2.99. Would not have noticed this if we didn't go to the app store in Shopify. Request for assistance to fix the pricing was slow to respond. Another point to note is that the app will not allow you to downgrade your plan yourself OR view your current plan or cheaper plan options from within the app once downloaded (you can only view UPGRADE options once you sign up from within the app); if you want to downgrade your plan you need to reach out to the app developers, which, again, was slow to respond to inquiries.

UPDATE: The developer reached out and helped me with my issues. From what I understand it was a technical glitch. Gallery working well, now. I have had a lot of problems with placement of my gallery. I looked up how to remove code and couldn't find it in my website code. I have reached out to support three times, the first being almost seven hours ago, with only one generic email being sent to me that a support ticket had been created. So disappointed

After my previous gallery app got discontinued, I was frantically looking for replacement and came across Cozy Image Gallery app. Boy, I wish I found it earlier! Great interface, easy to use and I can finally bulk upload my images! My galleries are big and having an option to upload tens of images at the time is a true life / time saver. Also, customer service is top notch - I had an issue with image sorting and they custom-fixed it for me in no time. Overall, highly recommended!

BEWARE! Just like the last review, the app was triggering a malware alert for all devices using Avast. Made the mistake to install the app and take a week off, lost customers for sure before i realized it. Have to mention that they supposedly contact Avast and got whitelisted.

I first installed the free version of Cozy Image Gallery to install a project gallery on my site. I was so impressed with how easy it was to add images, links, and text, as well as change the formatting...that I upgraded so I could place additional galleries on other parts of my site. Fantastic app and fantastic support. If you need / want a good-looking gallery function for your site, this is a fantastic option and I highly recommend it. I built a gorgeous site for my client with fairly complicated needs and loooooong affiliate links. I tried another gallery app first because I found it first and it ended up not displaying up on my client's pages plus had very limited styling options. The Cozy Image Gallery has good display options, with easy to set link and hover choices. (My wishes for future updates would be to choose the caption typeface, to allow the caption to show above a hover background and to allow background color options.) This app is simple, beautiful, easy to configure and the support is more than 5 stars.

By far the best gallery app for Shopify. The app does not use the Shopify CDN but their own and you can really tell the difference. The images are comparable to the originals I uploaded. Steve in support was very helpful in helping me create the lightbox view I was looking for using some simple CSS code. I can't say how much I appreciate finding an app like this on Shopify which is as feature rich as what you find in the WordPress world. And to top it off - the app is priced far below any of the other gallery apps. Truly a work of love by the developer and it shows.

Update, Late October, 2020: Once again Cozy Gallery shines through with their customer support. I had tweaked the app and it seemed slow on my site afterwards. I contacted the staff at Cozy Gallery and they fixed it right the first time and explained in full what they did and where the problems were. They did this very fast and on the first try. If you are looking for an app to trust, choose this one. OLD REVIEW: I used this app to shorten the length of our Home Page by putting the pictured testimonials and paintings for sale into a Gallery. I received prompt and excellent support from the staff. The staff resolved my customization quickly and with success. The support and customization of this app is where it shines and I think if you are looking for a way to consolidate your images, this app is the best one.

I am currently working on an art website/shop which requires a gallery page. After some searching I found this app and decided to try it out. Something that immediatly stood out to me is the large amount of customization options that this app offers (e.g. amount of images per row, borders around images, mouse hover effects). However, I required a specific function that I could not immediatly find in the app, so I decided to send customer service a message. The next morning I received an email from Steve, indicating that the function had been activated by the team! Great customer service in my opinion.

Both app and customer service are great! The amount of galleries is unlimited and there are a lot of options for editing them individually, either in a grid layout or masonry, with borders or without, etc... There is also the option to add to each picture both a caption and Alt text separately, which for me is a big bonus because I want to be able to add alt text to all pictures for SEO but not necessarily a caption. in other apps, the caption and alt text are inseparable, which means that you have to add a caption in order to have an alt text, and they can't be two separate things. I have a fabric display page that i used to use a costume page app to display my stores collection, but after getting so many pictures the file size became to big and i had to find a new way to manage the collection which lead me to this app. This app is very easy to use and looks amazing on the store front. I can manage my collections some much faster with this now. I don't like apps that i have to do any coding for so i was a little worried when saw you had to copy and past a line of code but their video guide showed me how to do it exactly and worked first time no issue. Note you don't go into the theme code which is why it was so easy.

This app does exactly what I wanted for my image gallery with a good amount of customisability and no frills. They also offer a free tier with no logo, which won me over. Shame that my images aren't hosted on Shopify servers, but I imagine that's because Shopify compress images very heavily. Still need to see how well their CDN serves images, but seems okay so far.

I used this app to put an image gallery of painted baths on my web site showing how we paint our freestanding baths in farrow and ball and other quality paints. This app works very well and Cozy customer service went above and beyond for us! They respond quickly and will help customize the app to your specific needs. The only downfall to the app is that there is no way to duplicate a gallery, so you have to manually update the settings, photos, etc. each time you create a new gallery.

Friday night after 8:00 PM, I had an issue with images not loading up properly even though I've loaded hundreds of others previously. I did not expect a response until Monday morning. If you want to showcase your ambassadors and gallery in general. This is the perfect app. Was a little confusing at first trying to embed it to my designated page. But after a few minutes i got it working. I needed a true unlimited gallery. As far as flaws I believe the instructions could be a little more clear as far as locating the designated section to embed code but other than that its a solid addition to my store.

This app is everything I ever needed and more. I have tried EVERY other gallery builder and this one is hands down the most straightforward. I can upload (drag and drop, baby!) up to 100 images in one go. You and use an UNLIMITED amount of galleries and unlimited images in those galleries, all for the same cost. I feel really lucky to have found cozy image gallery. I spent one evening resizing and uploading shoots, and must have made 11 galleries over the course of a movie. You can re-arrange photos, link them to products and more. I'm in love. I use Cozy to make galleries out of photoshoots that we have either shot ourselves or collaborated on. I use the code to imbed into a blog post, and now have a clean, simple and beautiful way to share all of the lovely images that my jewelry has been caught in over the years. We've been using this gallery app for a few months now and have nothing but good things to say. You can create beautiful photo galleries for a fraction of what other apps charge, and their galleries look better than their competitors anyway! When we did run into an issue, I emailed customer service, expecting to have to wait days for a response. They emailed me back within a few minutes, and after chatting back and forth, they went out of their way to fix my issue and were extremely helpful. Customer service is extremely important to me, and theirs in stellar. I would highly recommend and will use Cozy for other website builds in the future!

As a professional artist, I used this app to create a gallery of icons representing all the media coverage I have received for my work. Prior to using this app, the basic Shopify website environment does not work well in arranging images as a gallery and I could not justify opting for the expensive theme choices at this stage. Cozy Image Gallery fits the bill perfectly for this environment. After a lot of work to try and achieve a professional result with the Shopify basic theme, despite the improvements in working with Cozy, I've chosen to try a different platform which provides other far-reaching benefits and features but Cozy isn't compatible with this so it's farewell - BUT a HUGE thanks and a 5 Star Review as their support in recovering all my gallery work when I accidentally deleted my account, was EXCELLENT! I will wholeheartedly recommend Cozy Image Gallery and would certainly use it again.

I love that this app will allow you to upload many photos. It’s functional and gets the job done. At first I was unable to open the app inside of the shopify app but after waiting several minutes a screen popped up to approve charges. Once I hit approve the app will open. I do find I have the best luck uploading 6 to 8 pictures at a time and this may be due to slow connection spreed. I was able to organize over 130 prints to one page and create two other galleries. Shopify photo uploading is very timely and this app enabled me to organize photos into groups and place them on a page. I’m not quite sure how to place them on the page yet I had to get a shopify agent to help me with this but I do find this app very useful and will continue to use it. Customer service is very helpful with problems if you reach out to them. This app is affordable and functional, I would recommend it. I feel like the very small price is worth the investment to save yourself hours of uploading to shopify. I would like to see a slide show option in the future. I think this would be a great feature if it’s an option.

This is the best photo gallery app I've seen, and I've been looking for over a year! Love this App. Being new to Shopify and wanting to add a gallery to our website I was surprised at how easy the Cozy Responsive Gallery is to use. Once it was installed I just dragged and dropped photos from my laptop straight into the app. Voila! I had a gallery and my photos can be captioned and rearranged and linked to other sites and media. Customer service is 10 star. Quick - almost instant - email response.
