Shopacado is a great app and easy to use. I'm not overly techie and I was able to set up our Shopify discounts by just working through Shopacados options. Very clearly explained and easy to follow. Additionally, when I had a question there is a lot of online support to help...and...Customer Service responded very quickly to help with my question. Don't overlook this great piece of software if you need any type of discount or tiered pricing.

They keep saying, we have forwarded this to our team. Update... It's now April 25th. Nothing from the team (3 separate chats open with 3 people).. a whole month later. App deleted. Terrible customer support. Added another app and in 5 minutes it worked perfectly out of the box.

The "support" team no longer seems interested in supporting their app. There has been a discount table showing on 2 products that are no longer part of an active offer. I've reached out to support several times over the past 5 months about it, and their response on each occasion has been "Your issue is already forwarded to our team we will get back to you soon." I doubt that. In the meantime, the discount table is advertising to my customers that there's an offer available for that product, when there isn't. It makes my site look unfunctional, and turns customers off when they're expecting a discount to be applied to the product in their cart as advertised, and it isn't. Would no longer recommend this app. In search of a different one.

Simple app for smaller stores with great functionality for stores with a simple sales model. Great for start ups. Unfortunately it is a bolt on to Shopify and does not draw data from Shopify metafields so you have to double handle in terms of putting data in both systems, but for companies with 200 skus or less much cheaper than moving to Shopify Pro

Review 3: Update additional downgrade: If I could give this tech team a -20 I would. In addition to the as low as price not working, we have asked them repeatedly to assist us as the app broke our dropdown cart and cart bubble count. So customers were adding things to the cart multiple times because nothing happened and the count stayed at zero until you opened the cart to see if anything was added. We found a great app that works with Shopify and doesn't break our cart or cart counter. I am sorry we waited so long for Shopacado to provide absolutely no help in solving what was most likely a simple code edit to a basic Shopify 2.0 theme. Review 2: Have to downgrade my original review. We ran an "update" provided by SHOPACADO that was supposed to bring code up-to-date with Shopify 2.0 and it broke our discount calculations. The as low as" price and discount dollar amounts stopped refreshing when the variant options were updated. I have been waiting for weeks for this to be fixed and nothing. We had to take the information off of our product pages because the discount amounts shown are incorrect, so not getting the full use of this product. Review 1: Five stars! We have been using this app for a year now and it has been working consistently well. Whenever we need support with settings or setup, their customer support is quick to respond and always very knowledgeable about the product and how to make it work for you. I would not hesitate to recommend this Shopify app and this company.

UPDATE: 2 days ago I performed their recommended upgrade tasks, and now not only is their app no longer working, but it has broken features on my checkout and order receipts. I've reached out multiple times now, but they are responsive and have blamed me multiple times for the issues, offered no solutions, and have now gone silent for 21 hours. This app used to be great, but please avoid it at all costs. I am now scrambling to migrate over 1000 tiers to a new app while out of town working. This app and the developers have been a lifesaver. Every time I've messaged with a request or issue it's been handled immediately and very professionally. The app looks great and performs much better and faster than my previous discount app. Thanks for creating such a great app and giving such amazing customer service!

One of the easiest apps to install and configure. I had everything set up and ready to go within a few minutes. Get a 2 because design is nice and easy to use for the most part. Support team just gives you cold shoulder. Been waiting for responses and I get charged for nothing. If you are the owner reading this. get a new support team. ( im not the only one on here complaining about it) Doesnt really support variant pricing. you need to use code they provide in an article but it only shows how to do it for the Dawn template. Even as im trying to install the code myself there is no indication of what the final result is supposed to look like or how it works. How am I supposed to know if I was successful? Where does the extra pricing table show up for me to add in variant pricing? Again no help from support. Also wasnt able to delete any of the discounts i created which was odd.

This app used to work very well. I was very happy. Untill this Novemer '24. I wanted to use the app again for Daily December Deals on collections. After a first quick help where I let them know I was happy for their fast reply, they asked me to leave a review. I did a 5 star based on the fact it always worked. After that I did not get my new offers working correctly and help was taking forever. Now the table with the volume discount of an deal that has already been deleted (as never worked) is still on hundreds of products... and they cannot fix it instantly. Also the discount did not show, only after refreshing page which is confusing for my customers as they think it does not work. They are not honest in telling that they are facing problems in general. So I am waisting my time waiting for them to solve it as it has nothing to do with my store but with overall stores now I read the reviews. So sorry guys. Your app was fab... but now really is not anymore.

The app used to be great. Earlier in 2024 some changes were made. Occasionally the app wont show the discounts. Support does not clearly explain how to fix, and their team does not fix what they broke, what was working just fine. I will change this rating back to a five star, once they figure out what they had. I had previously wrote: fast, excellent customer service. have had the app for over a year. whenever i update my theme i contact support via chat and they reinstate my discounts showing on the cart page in just over a minute. very responsive. highly recommend it!

App interferes with .glb 3D files loading correctly. Once the app has been disabled they load fine. Developers have been unresponsive and we're under a deadline so will have to switch to another volume discount app. I suppose if you never use 3D product media and won't require support it's still a perfectly good solution though.

I have tried many discount APPs but they just didn't do what I needed. This one does! I have hundreds of product pages and needed to be able to add an offer with text and a table to product pages. This one easily allows me to add the offer to individual products or a whole collection in one go saving me a lot of time. It also offers the ability to add a up-sell offer in the cart page. You can also use customer tags to only show the offer to certain customers so it works well for wholesale options too. Customer service has been excellent with immediate response and questions solved, i recently changed to a new theme and Syed was very helpful with my questions.

Be careful with this app - it worked fine for us for years but this black friday we tried to use it and the app has been updated. It only really supports 2.0 themes. The app wasn't working exactly as it should, so reached out to support. They refused to do the upgrade for us, insisted we changed the theme code. Everything went wrong and they were unable to fix it. After few hours of wasted time in the middle of our promotion which is live to customers we had to cut our losses and switch to another solution. The support team is very lacking!!

Support is pretty terrible. Had some issues with the upgrade and Nivi did very little to help and was clear that she didn't even pay attention to what I was saying in chat. Last problem I had was a simple border issue (wasn't showing up correctly) with the discount table and she said she was looking into it and then never heard back. Update: So, after the upgrade, this app will no longer stack with other product discounts. I have items that cannot be discounted so I need to use product discount codes and not order discounts. It's a shame since this worked perfectly fine before the upgrade. Once again, Nivi was not very helpful and clearly didn't bother to really read what I said.

Great idea but.....I have two clients using this app, it has conflicts on both installs and Shopacado won't really help you fix anything properly unfortunately. I've worked with many Shopify app dev's which will jump in and fix you, that's not happening here. It's a great idea but it seems like Shopify is too locked down to create a decent bulk discount app. I'm currently waiting for help from support again but I'm not holding my breath. The app is totally unusable at this point, my client is stuck and can't sell 20% of their products because their bulk discount is buggy and won't work in checkout. My two developers are pointing at Shopacado for the fix and don't want to touch it. I may bring in a senior dev to build something custom instead as a last resort. Sad this is working out so poorly.

Shopacado let us easily create multiple custom discount configurations, each was easy to adjust, and it works well with other features in our store. We hope they'll add POS capabilities soon so our online and in-person sales can work the same way (otherwise we'd give it a fifth star), but otherwise we have been very happy with it and plan to find even more ways to use it as our store grows. When we had questions Nivi was quick to reply and very helpful. Highly recommend!

I'm still in the testing phase, and the new store will go live in a few days. So far Shopacado has looked great...other apps would mess up some discounts if you tried to add two different products to the cart, with unique discounts. Shopacado handled that fine. Discounts are quick and easy to set up. I had one small issue with the pricing shown on the cart page, but got with Nivi and she fixed it in a minute or two. Can't ask for better support than that!

This app used to work but no longer works at all and has caused me pain due to customers emailing several times a day saying they are not receiving discount's. I emailed support with screenshots and she come back and said it was 'fixed' in a matter of minutes which is a very poor case of customer service. Saying that something is fixed without properly looking into it and fixing it is not very acceptable I am afraid. I am cancelling my subscription today and I strongly suggest people think twice before installing this as it simply does not work as intended and it has still not been fixed as a matter of urgency. Works as it should, super easy to set up. I was testing and trialing 10 + different bundle / volume discount apps yesterday, and none of them were working correctly with so many complications for such a simple task. I simply wanted multiple offers for a product, for their not to be a discount bar on the product page, and for the discounts to show in the cart drawer. Seems quite simple, but little did I know this would be a challenge to find an app that did this as they all had some weird complications that didn't offer all 3 simultaneously which I was quite surprised about. Lo and behold Shopacado, literally got it set up within minutes of using the app. So easy and so simple. Does not surprise me it has as many positive reviews as it does. Simple and it WORKS. Been using this about 6 months. Setup was easy. If you come across an issue just use the chat with the developer and they're very fast. A 5 minute chat box session after setting it up ironed out the key details and got over theme specific settings. I've made a few changes on our end and each time we needed help Shopacado gave us fast great support. I tried a different volume discount app first and it was complicated. The software is definitely janky. One minute it works and the next it doesn't. One of the major problems is when we use the "Tag Customer" . When a customer is "tagged", this should override all other offers, but it doesn't. This feature doesn't work at all. We've tried everything and even customer support, which was a complete waste of time.

We purchased another app before this one that was probelmatic, and just as bad was the customer support. Within 5 minutes of downloading Shopacado, I was able to have our store and discounts up and running but wanted the discounts to appear before checkout, Nivi was incredibly helpful and fixed the issue within seconds. Solid app for bulk discounts... We have a few products where we wanted to do discounts for purchases of say 5-9, 10-15, etc. This app allowed for us to quickly set them up and automate the process of doing bulk discounts without the need for different codes, etc. At this point I believe we'd have this in place for 2+ years. We did have one conflict with another app and the team was helpful in getting it resolved quickly. About the only thing I can say negative is that it would be extremely helpful if I could occasionally turn on Shopify's built in free shipping option for holiday promotions. We make do by offering a discount code that covers the average shipping costs, but I'd love to be able to use it instead.
