We have used most, if not all, of the customisation apps available on the shopify store. However, this one is the BEST by far. I did the customisation of over 100 different clothing in less than 2 hours as a complete newbie to the app. Any problems I get, I am rest assured that the support team get back to me on that day, whether it's 8am or 8pm, and they are consistent with their work and help us solve any problem we get. Thanks to all at of the team that manage this app - it's a real game changer for all customisation stores

ZERO stars, although the system doesn't allow it. Let's forget the fact that I downloaded this program hoping it would be a suitable match, based on reviews saying that it worked. But when I downloaded it, the error came up that I needed to activate it with my theme. I tried this several times. I then reached out to customer service. Someone responded right away and told me that I should disregard the error, that the system was set up correctly on my theme. So I asked if they could help walk me thru how to make a product. Their response was that they already made a sample product and I could copy theirs. I was still curious why the error was showing that it needed to be activated if it was already activated. He said I should wait and someone would reach out to me right away and inform me that the code has been corrected so that the error wouldn't show anymore. 3 days later........someone contacts me and said they need MORE access to my back office because the access I granted them (based on their request), wasn't enough. At this point, I am 3 days into a 10 day trial and losing time that I can't get back. So I told them I am no longer interested in their "assistance" and I am deleting their program. Once deleted they sent me an email asking if they could help and offered other apps. I told them no I wasn't interested in anything else from them. Their response was they didn't want anything from me. They were VERY rude in their response, acted like THEIR lack of communication was somehow MY fault. They lost my business because when I have an issue, I expect a reponse quickly, not days later. I wouldn't do that to my customers, so I wouldn't expect others to do it to me. They claimed that I contacted them at 2:26am and they responded at midnight. Even if that were true, why would it take them almost 22 hours to respond? I told them I am not interested in staying up all night to communicate with them. They stated that they aren't either (then why would they wait until midnight to respond to me)? If you are looking for good customer service, I recommend going some where else. My search is still on for a WORKING app...this one couldn't even get out of the box Here is the emails between us, and you decide whether you want to do business with this type of company. And when I was doing this, someone was contacting me at that moment. I am loving the options this app gives me. The Solver Circle team has been very helpful setting everything up. Since I had a custom theme I was afraid I would break something and they were kind enough to help me with it. They walked me through the entire process and were very responsive. I am happy I am able to get this on my site and I don't notice any slow down.

We wanted to offer simple customisation to a large number of clubs. We relied on the software designer specialist install team but we made a couple of errors, causing the system to fall over. They responded quickly and all is now working as indicated. Note, tell your customers not to try to upload any file over 3mb.

This app looks really cool and appears to do what I need it to do unfortunately, it didn't work as described. Customer service was very quick to respond but offered little help. I was able to sort through and fix the issue and got it working. It comes with a free trial and so far I must say it's a good app.

This was not a good experience. I installed the app and reached out to the company of for assistance to get it functioning properly. The communication was very generic. Did not solve any of my issues. So I canceled it. Someone personally reached out and said they would help so I gave them another shot. I was charged $29.99 for the product after 3 days still no results and back to the generic answers so I canceled again. Don't waste your time with this app.

Within minutes of sending an email to ask for installation help the team had replied. They were very helpful in getting the app up and running in no time. I just upgraded to the Gold Plan and let me tell you it is everything else I needed. It's perfect for mobile and desktop. And the clipart section actually allows you to put your artwork in categories. Give it a try you can't go wrong and Nasif in customer service is awesome.

They have been very helpful with installing the app on our store DG Custom Graphics. I had to rebuild the theme on my site because Shopify said the old theme I was using would not support sub drown menus. The app developers for Tshirt & Product Design Studio have been very helpful in getting us back up and running. Advice I would give to other shop owners is be careful with the apps you install. I found out today from Shopify that one of the apps is affecting the drop down menus when you use a cell phone. I think in the past that may have been what happened when this app was not functioning properly and they were good at getting it back up and running.

* Edit* I too experienced this server crash. I did lose everything. That said, I was given a refund, and support did what they were supposed to. Support. While I have to start over again, I am going to reinstall and start again, trusting the designers have fixed the problem and it will not happen in the future. I am leaving my rating at 4 stars because it is a decent app that is more affordable than others, and support does in fact care. *End edit* I tried a few other designer apps and this one was far less complicated than any of them and has more font options as well. Did have a little bit of an issue trying to figure setting it up at first because I'm still new to this, but these guys had me up and running in no time! Response time was great, and they were very helpful. This app is hands down the best value without a doubt. Allows your customer to personalize anything in your store that you choose, and you can set the items up with very minimal effort. Wish I could have more variants without having to individualize each product, but aside from that, I'm very happy with my decision to use this app. I'm sure it can be done, but I can't afford an extra charge atm.

This app was the cornerstone of our old layout, and is so vital that we redesigned our store around it. Its great to use from a user perspective, everything laid out clearly and flows nicely to create a unique and enjoyable end-user experience. In the back end, from a store-owner's perspective, setting up a product to be used in the app is so easy a child could do it. The end result is great for both customers and shop owners, and is sure to convert casual viewers uploading their design 'just to get an idea' into paying customers with its visuals and ease of use. The real gem here though is the customer service, SolverCircle go above and beyond what is required in order to help their customers in a friendly and quick manner that solves the problem overtime. We tried a lot of different T-Shirt customisation apps on Shopify, and this is definitely the best of the bunch, especially when its so affordable. Great Work!

Pre-sale questions sounded like the sky is the limit, but unfortunately it is the app that is limited. It's still a nice app and I love the ability to download in svg, but lacking the ability to change the background color and color of the png image is detrimental to what we offer, so it was not a good fit for us.

I was a bit apprehensive about paying a monthly fee for this app or any app for that matter. I was in need so I went for it, and just like I thought I ran into a few problems. I followed directions on the install instructions and asked for help. This happened over the weekend and I was not expecting anything I went on with life as usual. As soon as I arrived for worked Monday I checked my email and there was a reply surprisingly. Nice app for the price, But a few things would be nice! 1) Mobile friendly- App does not work on Cell phones or Tablets. 2) Able to set print area- Can't control where customers place their design. 3) Access to fonts- Can't or don't have access to the designer fonts to fill orders. 4) Text option - No curve text, Stretch text, Narrow text etc. 5) More fonts

I wish I could say something good about this app and the seller but I have had nothing but issues and frustration dealing with this. I'm not sure why some people can't be honest? Before I bought this app I asked the seller/designer if this App would allow us to do special features on our site (I sent pictures and examples so he could fully understand my request) and his reply was YES. Almost 2 weeks later he says oh you don't know what transparent images are so you need a designer to help you or pay us $1000 to help you. Ummmm, sounds like a SCAM to me. This seller is unprofessional, has broken English and in my opinion was out to get my money. If you can't do something just say NO, don't try to prolong the 7 day trial to get people's money. I will be contacting my bank and canceling this terrible order. Learn ethics!

We tested this app and have to say it's really good but the problem we found is if a customer wanted more than one item in a certain size they had to completely re-design the item each time to add it to the basket. For a single purchase it's excellent. My advice to the developers would be to either have a back button so the design is still saved and customers can add more sizes, or add to the basket but make the page stay on the product customizer page and no go to the cart each time. Update: Altaf was very helpful and got back to me with a solution but sadly at a cost of $1000 one off and then $24.99 a Month it was a little out of price range. Nice little app if you only need one product and one size for a customer to design.

I have requested an installation with a staff invitation to my admin panel , as it seemed a bit complicated to apply the installation instructions in The Symmetry Theme. I did not get any reply to the email the whole day and disappointed with the changes they made to the theme files and assets without giving a feedback to these changes. I had to upload my backup copy of the theme as it did not function properly and lost many responsive features. Really disappointing poor experience !!

Wonderful software, thank you very much. Cliparts management is very easy, and there are many features (front / back, multiple selection, great admin). Moreover, Customers are able to customize products from mobiles or tablets. I'd recommend for anyone who owns a webshop with customized products.

This is a great app! It has a lot of great features for customizing your products. Hope to see more features added soon. I would say though that although that this is a great app, it can be a little complex to use, and I think that 3 day trial period is too short for something that can be difficult to set up.

Once in a while you get customer service that just blows you out of the water ! I had a problem installing the software and Altaf from solvercircle really went out of his way to help me twice ! I can really recommend this app and as a store owner selling novelty items where the client can do his own customisation it is a real time saver and just puts that "wow" factor in your online shop as well.
