Our store is mainly for customers in China, so we needed some custom adjustments, such as allowing customers to upload the front and back of their ID through their profile. We also use another OTP login app, which caused some compatibility issues at the beginning. The Custlo team was very patient and responsive, and spent a lot of time helping us make the necessary adjustments and get everything working smoothly. Really appreciate their support. Highly recommend the app and their team!

**Updating to 5-star review. Team did a great job sticking with me in addressing the couple bugs I bumped into, and those functions all work well now. App is just what we need and really did appreciate the team's responsiveness. **Original** Solid functions. Came across a couple bugs, but Customer Support was helpful and resolved them quickly. Overall, I recommend. This has some really great, straightforward features for a User Profile Dashboard and custom metafields that sync nicely with Shopify's customer data.

We've had a great experience with this app. The setup was quick and straightforward, and it's very easy to use. The customization options allow us to create a customer account page that matches our brand perfectly. One of the biggest advantages is the ability to bring everything together in one place. Integrations with apps like tracking, wishlist, and rewards create a much better customer experience by keeping all account features inside a single dashboard. This app is extremely disappointing. Their system feels unfair because you're not allowed to add any other apps to their page. If you request even a simple customization or integration, they ask for **$100**, which is completely unreasonable. Unfortunately, this feels more like a way to force customers into paying excessive fees than providing proper support. In my opinion, this is nothing more than a scam.
