Using TA MAPPY has been a pleasant experience. The map is very responsive and works well. In addition, their support team is open to making many any changes that you may need from style to functionality. Bean, a support agent is very prompt is resolving any issues we had.The only downside the the map is that it does not support apple maps and a few features are not available. However, this map seems to be the best on the market at the moment!

I have tried everything so that the bulk imports of my locations pin but they wont. When i enter each location page and delete a letter, then I write it exactly the same, it works. But I cant to that for all the locations manually because it would take ages. I think Mappy may have a bug (only geocoding when a manual edit event happens). Please I need support to run a bulk geocode refresh on my account from your backend. Awaiting for your help.

They got up and helped me at 4am their time. Great support. The API set up for Google Maps was a little frustrating, but not something Mappy is in control of. Great and easy experience! I had a bit of trouble with the cloud based map on the store locator page in Shopify. After troubleshooting it myself -- I reached out to tech support and was paired up with ELIO. He was able to fix the problem almost instantly. I was very impressed by the speed of his support. He was very kind and went out of his way to help me organize data into a CSV file for me to help with store locations importation. If I have have any issues again, I hope that I will be matched with ELIO again! That man needs a pay raise!!!

Horrible. Entered 5 dealers to start, looked good. Used the bulk import .csv file to upload the remaining 89 and none of them would locate on the map. Contacted support and notified them of this. Zero help. Didn't even look into settings nothing. Just pass to someone else that isn't available right now.
