A great app for anyone who wants full control over their collection layout. The sorting options are a game changer – especially the ability to push Out of Stock products to the bottom automatically. Highly recommend! We rarely do demos, but this app requires one! Looking forward to meet Depict Team

We’ve been using this app since November, and we couldn’t be happier with it. It has significantly improved how we operate and enhance our store on a daily basis. The interface is very user-friendly, and the range of features gives us a lot of flexibility to experiment and optimize. The product keeps getting better over time, with regular updates that clearly reflect user feedback. Also, the support team is outstanding, always quick to respond and very helpful whenever we reach out. Definitely recommend giving it a try!

App is having issues with pushing new collections. Their support chat button does not work. Their onboarding team cancels their meetings at the last min. I am paying a good amount of money for an app that seems to be hardly functioning and has no support.

Depict is an application that simplifies and optimises our merchandising. I've been using it for 2 weeks now, it seems like I know little about it, but from the first minute it was so easy to implement and use for our communication plans that I'm pretty sure I can say we'll continue to use it. We had a small bug in the code and within 10 minutes support helped me and fixed everything. We primarily use Depict's merchandise functionality and content cards, and we're extremely happy with how it improves our store. Depict is my favorite app on Shopify. For a single Shopify store, it's an amazing way to visually merchandise your collection while being able to see large images of your products. It's a game changer compared to the incredibly lacking standard collection sorting feature from Shopify. Depict has allowed us to easily merchandise and manage collections across 6 Shopify stores. We're getting things done that we normally never would, simply because we're operating at lighting speeds with Depict. It's obvious that it's a high-quality software product, which just works, and is wonderful to use. We've had great and quick support when there's been questions and issues. Depict has completely transformed our ability to properly merchandise our collections. As a very thinly staffed brand, making sure that we always sort our products in the most optimal way was more or less impossible before we started working with Depict. Their "Boost" and "Bury" bury functionality makes this a breeze, and allows us to rest easy knowing that we aren't wasting precious merchandising space displaying products that aren't in stock (among other optimisations we are running!). On top of this, their collection enhancement features that allow us to add videos and images to enrich our collections is going to be a game changer once I have the time to push it to live.
