Customer service is RUDE! To say the least. I upgraded my plan from free to the mid level and paid. Within about 15 mins I realised I needed to upgrade to the next top level and tried to do this. Problem was, they were trying to charge me the whole amount AGAIN. For the BOTH levels. I contacted support and they pretended to not understand. Days later I contacted them again and they said they would look into it. That was weeks ago now and no reply :( Furthermore, the country blocker still lets visits in (which is what their FAQs say) .. but now I am getting abandoned carts and checkouts from countries I have blocked! Once again, I reached out to the very rude customer service and they just said "as our FAQ's say, it will still show on your reports". When I stated I knew this but they are now getting into the carts and checkout, customer support ignored my message :0 Unprofessional to say the least! Better to find another app with helpful staff ..

Had it over a year since Nov 2022 before EVER needing customer assistance and customer service was horrible, the lady Elisa was smug and very smart, really wish I could add images of the chat conversation. They acknowledge everyone as Sir, like women don't own businesses. a better generic auto response would simply be "Hi, how can we help you"... Aside from this they have false advertisement which I screenshotted and inquired about, she laughed and stated how the app doesn't do what they have listed and quote "You can uninstall and go find a better app but we will update our listing." Definitely do not recommend. Deleted and found a better app with hundreds of more reviews, does the same exact thing, and has better customer service.

The country blocker does not work. It has a 20-30 second lag which makes this feature pointless. I record every session on my website so I have videos of people from blocked countries visiting my website, clicking on things, etc.

I'm giving 1 star because it made me do a review before I've even had a chance to use it. It would not let me get out of the review in order to use the app. It does not save the countries like it says. I hit select all and then unchecked the 2 I wanted to keep and hit save and then review box popped up. It continually does this. They need to turn OFF the review button until after you have had a chance to use it for 30 days. I used google chrome and edge. Don't like that at all! I'm uninstalling. Waste of time.

This is a fantastic easy to use app that allows to keep my proprietary information safe from others looking to copy my work. I'd recommend Disable Right Click to other shopify store owners highly. Block country is super nice.
