NO customer service at all! My issue is no orders list showing in the Recent Orders tap (there are over 6 orders use this app but none of them display in 30 days). We find out that we use the app years ago, and all of the orders was before 2020, and the orders was Tagged with Discounted Upsells. But it did not work this time. No emails reply after 48 hours, plz Fix it

Horrific! This app doesn´t do what it explicitly promises. And it takes weeks of communication with their customer service (only eMail, no phone) until the issue was understood. If you want to incentivise your clients to enlarge their shopping cart, this app is exactly what you don´t want to have. Beside that there is no batch editing or import function what would be super helpful for a more complex product and upselling strategy.

**Issue was not solved by developer over direct email support, it was fixed by ourselves. Would have removed my review after fixing it but you are lying on reviews now :( ** Put a "Liquid error: Could not find asset snippets/booster-common.liquid" error on my header on every page of my website that cannot be removed. I've removed the app and every file related to it and it is still there. *I've had to search my theme.liquid file for every mention of "booster" and removed those lines manually. The error is now finally gone. The app did not even work when I had it installed. The popup would not appear after troubleshooting.*

So far awful experience with this app. It was clashing with code which meant two weeks of us trying to find out how to make the app work. I asked them to extend the free trial and they said no, so we have been paying for an app that does not work. I finally got rid of the clashing code and have been waiting all day for customer service to reply because the offers are still not showing. It is so annoying to be paying for something that is not working and to be waiting SO long for a reply from the team. They do not have a live chat function and have not been a help so far.

Disclaimer before you buy this app!!! I am very disappointed in their upsell pop up feature. I sell to USA, Australia, Canda, Uk. The upsell pricing does not reflect the customers country pricing it will only show usa pricing hence i have lost alot of money on ads because of this. I have reached out to support and this is my 4rth day with them trying to get this resolved or if they even have a solution. They will just write a one response daily and leave me hanging. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS APP, I have an ongoing issue that was supposed to be fixed and I went in to modify something today and the issue has not been resolved. I have multiple stores and will be deleting from all shortly as soon as I find a replacement today. I have emailed support multiple times that the dashboard does not work. They push you off over and over and then when you go to modify it might work for 5 minutes (after refreshing for 20 minutes straight) and then will go down again. I have been patient multiple times but this is costing me thousands in revenue! If you need an app that will perform correctly and support that will actually help you if there are bugs THIS APP IS NOT FOR YOU.

I wanted to increase sales and this was a highly suggested app. Set up was easy and it looks great on the site. Definitely would recommend this app to increase sales. This will entice shoppers who are already making a purchase to add a new item with the benefit of a generated discount you provide when you set up the app originally.

Customer service is a real DISASTER, I have waited too much time to get an answer from them and my trial ran out in this period. Their response time takes more than a week and they are not trying to solve the issues, they suggest me to remove my product variants to run the app correctly. UNBELIEVABLE. Would definitely not recommend!! UPDATE: After our comment, Booster Apps contacted us and offered the app %100 free of charge and get it up and running. We thought that our complaint finally reached to the right people. However after several emails and several months, still no response from them. We want you to know that you can not get support when you have a problem. Not recommended...

Was expecting to be able to provide a downsell in case they decline the initial upsell. Also, it doesn´t show the item discounted on the cart, you have to scroll down/look down where you checkout to see the " -$xx discount ". Would be more helpful if it could reflect the discount already in the cart summary.

Be careful!! 1- Design reverted back to theme beginning when I pressed the automatically update cart options button. This was live and lots of sales happening at the same time. Would have been good to know that you'll lose all your theme setting changes. 2- Customer support is non existent. Never replied to the emails I sent. 3- Conversion went down by 50%. The app is so simple, but does exactly what we were looking for. I only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the price of the offer doesn't discount even if we put a lower price. When added to the cart it still rings up MSRP, even when we have the "discount line items" setting marked instead of the single discount code. We have sent several emails inquiring about this with no response. I don't mean to bash, it's a good app. But this has been our experience. UPDATE: The app has been fixed and applies a discount code in the backend to accommodate the lower price in our offering. It's a little messy on the front end, but it does what it is supposed to.

We trialled this product, and it had no results for us. We contacted booster apps, and tried something different. Contacted again before the trial period end, and no response. I have not yet seen results. I just installed it but they want me to give review. Will update review later again. The pop up test worked real good. I need to see results first to increase the starts. Seem very good, Drawback it is a little pricey. Will try for this month to see.
