Abigail was absolutely amazing! I had a serious issue with automatic chargeback alert refunds from my previous service, and she took the time to understand exactly what happened. She helped configure Disputifier so I have manual control over Ethoca and CDRN alerts and added a rule to prevent automatic refunds on delivered orders. She explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood how the system works going forward. Excellent customer support and highly recommend!

Como podeis ver en la respuesta a este comentario, ante cualquier error que cometen, solo saben echarle la culpa a los clientes y poner excusas. Se puede ver en su valoración que hay muchos clientes descontentos, las valoraciones que tienen buenas son ellos mismos con diferentes cuentas.

After Disputifier was hacked, dealing with them became a complete mess. We decided to leave, but they now refuse to release our billing descriptors unless we pay disputed invoices. They also tried to use a $1 Stripe payment to charge older invoices outside Shopify, which we never clearly authorized. Holding critical payment infrastructure hostage over questionable invoices is extremely concerning. Avoid.

Terrible software. Most disputes still go through anyway, making the service almost pointless. Support has been completely useless, and multiple times they simply closed the chat when I asked why disputes kept being received without alerts or whether my payment processor integration was even set up correctly. On top of that, we were charged for multiple false alerts. After disputing them, the cases just stayed “under review” for months, seemingly hoping we would forget about them, only to later find out they were never refunded. Overall, a very frustrating experience and a complete waste of money for us.

The store went down due to a hold, so I notified Disputifier that I wanted to disconnect the store. That was possible, but chargebacks continued for the first 7 days. Absurd, of course. Then, after those 7 days, they still charge you for the chargebacks even though they don’t do anything about them—you can’t dispute them, and you don’t get reimbursed. The worst app ever, they accept an automatic refund from a buyer that claimed a custom order that was successfully delivered as fraudulent without investigation or hearing my side of the story and they claim the can’t do anything about it and they charged us extra $17 don’t rely on them they are SCAM. They charged us over 1 thousand usd, but should have charged less than 200. Their support doesnt help. They rip merchants off and dont care about them. The software itself is solid and does what it promises, but my experience with pricing flexibility was very disappointing. After a recent hack at Disputifier, the company offered discounts to retain certain customers. Despite having been a paying customer for several months with my previous store, Meghan & Steve London, and using Disputifier for an extended period, I was not offered any discount or temporary adjustment. What is especially disappointing is that stores that have already been customers for several months are clearly not taken seriously. Pricing is extremely rigid, and there is no willingness to think along or show flexibility, even toward loyal customers. For very high-volume merchants this may not be an issue, but for smaller or growing stores this is an important consideration.

If you read any review about this app, read this one. I installed Disputifier in December to use their Chargeback Alerts system only. I was told there were no commitments, that I could leave anytime, and that there were no strings attached. That turned out not to be true. On January 9, I emailed requesting a transfer to another provider. On January 12 and January 15, after uninstalling the app, I explicitly asked them to disable all alerts, cancel my subscription, and confirm that I would not be charged any future fees. Their response was essentially: “Your subscription hasn’t been canceled because the transfer isn’t complete. Do you want us to disable alerts even though that would leave your store unprotected?” I replied clearly the next day: “Yes, please stop alerts with Disputifier ASAP.” At that point, any reasonable person would expect billing to stop. It was very clear. They continued charging me anyway. When I noticed I was still being charged, I asked for a refund, their justification was that I had requested both a transfer and disablement. Last time I checked you can request both, I clearly asked them to stop charging me and stop all alerts. They even asked if I want to proceed leaving my store "Unprotected" and I said "Yes" but continued to charge me. It wasn't just one email either. I have multiple emails clearly stating: - Disable alerts - Cancel the subscription - Stop all future charges Despite that, charges continued. To make things worse, when I pointed out the charges (roughly $400), I was told after 60 emails going back and forth arguing my case that they hadn’t charged me at all. Lol. I was shocked cause why not even bring that up in the first place? When I checked my billing I was like oh they're lying again, I AM being charged and showed a spreadsheet of the charges day by day and how much it was. I was then asked where I found that billing information. That's when I knew Chris was just rage baiting me and wasting my time as this is their app, they know where billing is and is plainly visible in the app’s own billing settings. At that point it was clear this wasn’t a misunderstanding, but a refusal to take responsibility. I’ll be sharing the full email thread publicly on Reddit as well so others can see exactly how this was handled. Use this app with extreme caution. If you ever need to leave, don’t expect it to be simple, or honest. BTW I never leave Shopify reviews, $400 is nothing compared to the big picture but it's more about how they treat their customers that was shocking to me so I had to let you guys to know.

I had a very bad experience with this app. After months with no alerts and $0 charges, Disputifier suddenly billed me $799 without my consent, claiming that a price increase they emailed months ago automatically counted as approval. At no point did I accept or reactivate anything. Their support kept insisting that silence equals consent and refused to issue a refund, even though their service had been inactive for months. To be honest, it's technical to set it up. But I'm 100% sure these guys know what they are doing and they want YOU to get the best possible performance and customer experience possible. I love the shipping notifications that tracks every dispute and informs customers automatically. I think this app is undervalued. The features are insane and they do work. I think the UI/UX can be improved a little more. But the service is INSANE. A few meetings with Chris and his 14+ years experience in ecom and everything was set up and running in 30 min. There are alternatives, but they fancy a beautiful UI/UX, I bet their performance is worse than Disputifier. Install this app, ask Chris to do a setup and you are good to go.

How this helpful when it basically reports every 4-5 orders as 'high risk' which are not high risk? I can't imagine the damage it would do to a small business if sellers cancel orders based on this app.

I had a very disappointing experience with the app. The app automatically overcharges for alerts—even when the alerts are mismatched—which led to unexpected costs. Moreover, customer support is virtually non-existent. After onboarding, I found that responses were extremely slow, sometimes only receiving one message per hour or even per day. the app is riddled with bugs. Despite having a set limit that shouldn’t allow refunds for orders above $80, they still processed a refund for a $400 order, no accountability. billing is unclear, they force you to set up minimum limit charge of $90,000 in shopify no option to set a lower limit. basically can empty you acct and then you wait for them to beg for refund.

If a customer files a dispute while the package is in transit, they will automatically refund the customer, which will contribute to your losses and can Aid in customer fraud attempts. Additionally, they won't be able to resolve the issue for you, and you will still be charged the fee.

Switched from an overpriced fraud software, and Disputifier has saved us a lot of money each month (and time). The features feel a lot more tailored for stores like ours.
