Best Version Dondy has been a great solution for managing WhatsApp communication and improving our customer experience. The platform is easy to use, reliable, and has helped us streamline several important processes. A special thanks to Alon and Juan, who were incredibly helpful throughout the setup process. They took the time to understand our needs, guided us step by step, and made sure everything was properly configured. Their support during our meetings was truly exceptional. Highly recommended for businesses looking to turn WhatsApp into a more organized and effective sales and customer service channel.

We’ve had a great experience using Dondy. The platform is easy to use, intuitive, and makes everything simple and straightforward. The team is always responsive, helpful, and genuinely available whenever we need support. Every time we reach out with a question, they take the time to explain things clearly and are always happy to jump on a call when needed. Their customer service is excellent, and it really feels like they care about helping their customers succeed. Highly recommended!

We use Dondy for our pet supplement brand and it's become a core part of our business: abandoned checkout recovery, template campaigns and the AI chatbot that talks with our customers on WhatsApp every day. But what really deserves this review is the support. I had a call with Alon and in 30 minutes he answered every single question I had, clearly and patiently, he even helped me build one of my automations on the spot. It's rare to find support that actually solves things instead of sending you documentation links. Great app, great team. Highly recommended for any Shopify merchant selling through WhatsApp.

Any amount puts this listing above the review-data order, on the board and in Marketing and conversion. Every amount and every click is printed in public. Paying also opens a private page for this listing – that is where the badge for your site, the share card and your deal live. Everything you can do here, including what money cannot buy and how to get this listing corrected or taken down.
Not ready to pay for anything? Take the badge – it shows this listing’s live rank on your own site, it is free, and it always was.
Claiming is free and it shows: the listing turns gold in every list – the same highlight a paid card carries – with a Claimed badge, in the exact place its reviews put it. It also earns the only followed link on this site: a claimed listing that has paid nothing links to its own website dofollow – a paid placement never does, because a link that was paid for is an ad. Claiming moves nothing.
