We’ve been using DPD WSA across multiple stores in an omnichannel setup, and the app has been working wonderfully for us. The integration is reliable, flexible, and handles our operational needs very well. One of the biggest highlights is the support team — responses usually come within 2–3 hours during working hours, which is honestly impressive. Even when requests require more complex adjustments, the team is transparent and proactive. Another huge plus is their willingness to develop new features when possible. We’ve requested improvements specific to our workflow, and the team has been open, solution-oriented, and genuinely interested in making the app better for merchants. Of course, as with any operational tool, proper team training is important to get the most out of it, especially in an omnichannel environment. But once processes are in place, the app works like a charm. Highly recommended for stores looking for a solid and scalable shipping solution.

This is as vital to our sales flow. As we're only on the Shopify Basic tier, we weren't able to use the official DPD Shopify integration (as it lacked PII data). WSA works flawlessly, allowing us to create shipping labels and packing slips quickly and in bulk. The shipping status is synced with Shopify Admin, so we have to spend little to no time checking the official DPD app. If you ship with DPD, this is the app you need.

I´ve been using this for a year now, and it is god send even for small business. It made easier to create shipping labels, in bulk, so we can ship easily all of our orders. Most of the issues i´ve had are more DPD related of how the postal coding is working. I just hope this will evolve to all carriers and use it a one stop solucion for shipping :)

I have been using the WebShopAssist DPD integratipn on my 4 websites for about 5 years now. I've never had a single issue with it. It always works as expected and the customisations available on the order list are so helpful. What's most important to me for a Shopify app is the support available and I can hand on heart say that Bogdan has been so helpful with anything I have needed. Everything worked just fine and rating would be high, however after few months the app stopped communicating with DPD so it became quite useless. We are now trying for two months get it back on - app support team promises help with integration but their help was in telling us go and solve it with DPD - good luck trying to do that when you dont understand technology. We give it last week to try to resolve and than we have to uninstall as it does not make sense to pay for something that has no use.

Important update! The app support contacted me. They helped me understand how the program works and made the necessary settings. Now everything works great! Many thanks to the guys for their work, I am changing the rating of their app to 5. Keep it up! =========== My company is forced to use this application until we find a more convenient one, even if it means changing the service provider. It is essential for our company to deliver our products to customers ONLY through parcel terminals. Unfortunately, the program does not provide such an option and by default the goods are transferred to the customer by courier, which makes delivery approximately TWICE as expensive. We contacted support, but, unfortunately, they refused to help us :( Now we are looking for another service provider and another application.

This is a must have app if your run a shopify store and use DPD. I can not express how good the support is. Bogdan even made an adjustment to the app so we could get certain info for the DPD collection (something dpd removed from their own booking app recently). This app even resolves printing issues that DPD refuse to fix and support. It is very simple to use and set up. We need more developers like this!!!

Warum gebt ihr kaum Informationen, woher man die Zugangsdaten für die Integration bekommt? Einfach nur einen Link mit einen Guide hinzufügen, mehr wäre es doch nicht. Nachdem ich meine App-Zugangsdaten von DPD erhalten habe, musste ich feststellen, dass die Zugangsdaten angeblich "falsch" sind. This app is great if you ship with DPD. Creating shipments is really quick and easy and the best thing is that the dispatch emails are sent automatically when the orders are collected by DPD. I had some questions and Bogdan was really helpful - he responded really quickly and explained clearly what I needed to do. We just set up the DPD integration by WS Assist and are thrilled by how well it worked with our existing order processing. Having all of the customers' shipping data auto-populate into printable labels is life-changing. Their customer service is also exceptional. Within a day of signing up for a paid option we requested an additional function to be added to the app. Bogdan, our contact at WS Assist, took it upon himself to contact DPD directly and work with them to create a completely new field for us within the app. I am thrilled with this app and with WS Assist!

Excellent app. Loads of settings and features to play with, really good at allowin us to bulk print labels and automate the "fulfillment" with Shopify and therefore customers. This really has saves us hours a day in work. Pricing is fair too, with good stepped options based on volumes which is super clear (useful for our financial planning). Support has been really fast, helpful and friendly for me too which is great. I couldnt ask for more, well done to whoever made this app!

Implementation was seamless, Bogdan always there to help out. We were manually typing in every address, taking us over 2 hours per day. Now it is done in about 3 minutes. This is an excellent app! It helps us creating labels for orders directly within Shopify and sends all the info to the DPD system. We can monitor parcels directly in Shopify by tracking numbers. This app saves us lots of time and frustration every day. It is very recommended and "must to have" if you work with DPD.
