Very poor app, extremely difficult to use I couldn't even use their features and when I asked for support they ghosted me ,I didn't even complete the free plan trial and I was still billed wth! I was on a free trial for that matter how am I still getting billed after deleting?? Do not use this app ,I'm still looking for the support to ask for my refund! It's a disaster

Don't take it. This is going to be your worst nightmare. Cancelled it, uninstalled it, but still getting charged. Tried asking help from Shopify but no help provided. Have emailed ATLAS, lets see they give a refund or not. 06/07/2026 Still facing issues, now I am like seriously concerned. Last time the refund got initiated but again the same problem is here. After every few days I keep fighting the same issue and honestly its exhausting dealing with the same issue again and again. Now I just want to get rid o this Atlas asap. I say it again, DON'T TAKE IT GUYS, YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Atlas is one of the easiest Shopify page builders I’ve used. I really liked the different themes with sections that were clean, conversion-focused, and very simple to edit without coding. I was able to build my store in a matter of minutes following the information on their site pages, watching videos, reading reviews and the FAQs to make the process much faster than with other apps I tried to use to build my store. The information was straightforward and not complicated and didn't make me feel overwhelmed. Unfortunately, I didn't have the time to launch my store; however, I will definitely use Atlas upon doing so in the near future.

Same as others reported: Canceled subscription, still got charged. However, developers reached out after my negative review and were able to issue a refund, which is the right thing to do but still a step too many in what should've been a straightforward unsubscription, so I am fixing my review to 4 stars. They blame Shopify, so I hope they can work with Shopify to improve this undesirable setup for everyone.

Don't waste your money and time on Atlas AI. I imported products from Amazon, AliExpress, and branded stores. Every single one got the same generic, poorly formatted output. The AI shows no understanding of the actual product, and the results require so much manual editing that the tool provides ZERO real value. This is a hard pass. Look elsewhere for your store-building needs.

Extremely expensive and difficult to edit themes. Trying to edit an AI generated theme becomes 10x more time consuming than taking a template and building it manually yourself. Moreover you are "trapped" by atlas FOREVER if you want to continue using one of their themes. Terrible business model and I wouldnt recommend

I was able to build a full product page with hero, video, benefits, reviews, and FAQ much faster than with other builders I tried. What I like most is that it’s straightforward and doesn’t feel overly complicated. For small ecommerce stores running Meta ads, it’s a practical tool to launch and test pages quickly. Support has also been responsive when needed. Overall a solid option for building high-converting product pages.

Looks to be an amazing tool since I was in a bind, when I recently lost my products in on a custom store I was build that took months to get halfway completed. Atlas seems like it will get it done in a fraction of the time.

Canceled during the free trial. Account showed Current plan: Free and no active subscription. Shopify still generated a paid invoice. Developer refuses to void the invoice and wants the charge to go through for a refund. Shopify confirmed developers can reverse pending charges. Multiple reviews report the same issue. This is not a glitch. It’s abusive billing behavior. Avoid this app.

My experience with Atlas has been awesome, I just recently shutdown one store and activated another and the team was kind enough to issue a full refund, since the account was charged recently. This way I could activate on the new Account.. The service they provide, honestly is so valuable, I recommend them 100%

(Update) I had an issue with Atlas (listed below) but I must say the team has been great about trying to make things right. Both the owner of the business and the head of customer support reached out to figure out how to make things better. At the end of the day, the issue I had was frustrating but when working, Atlas creates a ton of leverage to move faster in testing store builds. I have a lot of respect for the team reaching out to make things better. I will come back with a new update in the next month to let you know how things go from here. (Original Review) Stay away! Will crash when you need it most and Atlas will not respond. Store being down = Lost Revenue! And Atlas had the nerve to continue charging. Atlas creates great looking pages. Unfortunately, the thing we need most from Atlas is to have a working store that doesn't randomly crash, and fast support when something goes wrong. Randomly, my site has been down, I couldnt make fixes to my store because I was getting a "we are having trouble verifying your license" message from Atlas theme. I emailed Atlas support. No answer. I sent two messages through the support app. No response. But they kept right on charging me. Avoid at all costs - think of how much missed revenue and wasted Ad spend you could run into while Atlas doesnt think its worth getting back to its customer.
