We happily used the app for months and while mostly it worked fine, their dev team makes big changes to functionality without warning. So if you're using this as part of your business then expect problems to arise. Their latest changes renders the app entirely unfit for our purpose and despite us asking for them to roll back to a previous feature (which worked perfectly), we now have had no option but to cancel and find an alternative app. Their support team was unwilling to help find a solution.

I purchased the plan for 2500 products for €179. My products have around 100 variants on average. After transferring only 10 products, the process stopped with a message saying that the daily limit of 1000 product variants had been reached. According to the message, I would only be able to transfer another 1000 variants the next day. This limitation was not mentioned anywhere when I selected and purchased the plan. Because of this, the plan is practically unusable for my needs. Unfortunately, this means €179 wasted for me. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this plan.

when it works, it's great. but sadly.. there's no free trial, and the support is very very slow. I'm still trying to solve an issue which involved the complete inability to export a theme (which is the whole reason i used the app). this means you end up paying $99 usd up front for a broken app, and then ultimately would have to just dispute this if it doesnt work out as advertised. I'll change my review if they eventually get back to me

This app does exactly what it was created to do! I would recommend and plan to use this again when I have the need. Be aware, if you purchased a theme and you are duplicating the entire site, the theme will also copy over which can get you into trouble with the theme licenser and you will get shut down. If you are running your site from a purchased theme, buy the theme again for the new site and then duplify.

I used this app to duplicate my store a few days ago and it worked perfectly fine. Everything moved over. I am not sure why persons are having issues with this app i would recommend that you duplicate over night or outside working hours, depending on the size of your store it may take some time. Please follow the instructions and you will be fine!!

I had to duplicate the site for a new location. Developer wanted to charge $400-500 for the site duplication. I got it done with Duplify app for $100 and it was done in less than a few hours. It was really easy to use also. I did have an issue initially after the transfer, but it was not due to the app. A simple coding modification resolved it. Highly recommended.

The app was exactly what we needed! We set up a new Shopify store and used it to seamlessly copy all our products and metadata from the old store to the new store, saving us an incredible amount of time and effort. It’s also great for transferring orders and customer data if you need that functionality. Customer support was outstanding. We chose not to include orders from our old store (after we transferred the orders to the new store), and they took care of deleting the old orders from the new store. The setup process was smooth and intuitive, making it easy to export and connect the two stores.

IT JUST WORKS. I'm the Marketing Director for US-based travel pack brand and my team was tasked with standing up a UK sister site to support our international distribution business. This could have taken countless hours of downloading files, importing, testing, troubleshooting etc.—and certainly would have taken longer due to the time difference. A project that could have easily taken a month was completed essentially automatically, in a less than a day. It all seemed TOO EASY but everything synced correctly. I was shocked. This is one of those apps that just works. Highly recommend.

It clearly says that the app is copying the entire shop. It does a good job with some pages/products, etc, but that is NOT true, it does not copy the shipping rates which can have a important time cost. And the absence of "unsubscribe" bottom is dodgy. I would have liked to pause/stop the app or move it back to the free status until I decide what to do next. 3 or 4 stars for what it did good, but I really, REALLY dislike it when an app doesn't do what they promise and no, it does NOT copy the entire store so it is not worth the price and I feel fooled.

Right from the start, Duplify impressed me with its user-friendly interface, making the entire process straightforward. The app provided clear instructions and guided me through each step, ensuring a seamless experience even for someone with limited technical expertise. The app's efficiency was remarkable, flawlessly replicating the majority of my shop's aspects, including products, categories, images, and customer data. It successfully transferred complex configurations and settings, resulting in a duplicate shop that closely resembled the original. Certain aspects, such as shop navigation and specific settings, cannot be automatically copied and require manual configuration. Luckily this is not a lot of work and we were still able to go live with our new domain the same day.

Have used this app now to duplicate two site domains. So incredibly easy & had previously paid thousands for the work this app does in hours I can see there are some poor reviews which look completely unjustified...Are these sellers expecting the app to copy across all of its custom functionalities & guess at how their website is built. I would strongly recommend reaching out to the developers for instructions before using this app because the provided instructions & video are unclear and caused me many issues in my store. The developer did quickly reach out to me about these issues and was very kind and offered his assistance to resolve these issues and also refunded what I paid for the app which was nice. He also stated that he has made changes to the app to try to prevent these issues from happening to another user, so hopefully that is the case. I ended up deleting the app and just exporting my products (via shopify, just click "export" at the top of your products) then importing them into the new store which was so simple. I only needed to export my products but I'm sure if you needed to duplicate other data from your store then this app might be better for your needs. Just be sure to reach out to the developers for assistance!

As a business owner, who runs multiple stores in order to be able to serve multiple markets in their native currencies, I can't even begin to imagine how much time this app has saved me! I needed to copy orders and customers across to a new site. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was that I could not do so without copying across products (the products were already in the new site so I had to delete these and copy again). The orders that were copied across triggered email notifications which was also not expected - so it would be nice if the documentation had let us know that before hand.

I rely on user reviews when selecting apps, hence I feel I must write this review. The rating is for the app performance and not the customer service. Our complaint was handled quickly and we have been fully refunded, however there was little admittance of the fact that the app doesn't work. Unfortunately the app has caused no end of issues. In past we have used another app to duplicate site to new regional sites and have never had any issues with data, pages, products, variants, links and images transferring across, however for some reason my IT chose this app this time round and each day we discover new issues. We expected to duplicate the site and then maybe spend a couple of hours changing certain information to reflect the region we were marketing in. Its been almost 4 days, and as we think we have sorted one problem, another one crops up. Firstly it didn't copy all the collections, so we re-created the two missing ones - no big deal, then we realized links had not updated and were re-directing back to the old site, which meant a few hours going though every page to update the links, then we noticed a product was missing, so again we put it on the to do list to create with all its variants, UPC codes, and images, then earlier today I was informed some variants inside products which had transferred were missing. This means we have to check into every product and see which variants are missing. Getting really frustrated, we deleted the whole product file and re-exported via csv from old site to new site. I admit our mistake here in that we deleted before we imported, which meant the images associated with the products were no longer in the file, and so the import had to have the image links removed from the csv. I have a lovely job now of adding every image back in, and as we have many images per each product, its going to be a long evening. The non performance on this app means we have incurred days of work and frustration, so the refund is actually meaningless as this app should not be on the Shopify app store in the first place, as it doesn't perform and causes so many issues, which when you are looking at a new website is the last thing you need. I can only imagine the positive reviews so far have been for simple sites without much in the way of links, collections or product variants.

Perfect app. I duplicated all of my store. Don't forget to check "What Duplicate Can't Copy" section. Your logo, slide show photos etc cant be duplicated, but these are easy to arrange. Most important, app duplicates the theme and the codes I changed on the theme. Thanks.

I am a web developer. I have been using the app for the past few years and I love it! It has saved me so much time in terms of creating similar builds and not having to do everything one step at a time. Its quick and easy! The only thing I would change is the price to duplicate the stores a few years back it was $5.00 every duplicate now the price as doubled. Other than that no complaints. Love all the features and what it allows me to accomplish in a quarter of the time.

I tried this app to duplicate one store to another new one. These problems occured until now : 1. the prices do not show in any collection of whatsoever, on any page of whatsoever, unless you click on the product! So basically, you have a shop with NO PRICES :))))))))))))) This is really curious as you are trying to sell your products... clearly ... 2. if you click on a product, on THE product page, you can find the "PRICE" but it does not show the "compare at price" ! WHY ?!??! Basically there is no duplication of whatsoever and even more important, using the app, destroyed the new site which is not usable now. Of course, money was paid to "duplicate" the store ...... I will change my review when and if something good happens but now I am very upset and I recommend that you do not use this app and try to find another one that work properly. I also e-mailed them and Shopify support in the same time to fix this problem having a store with no prices ...

I used this app to duplicate my theme, collections, products, etc. to another account and it did so more or less to perfection. There was an issue exporting my theme because it surpassed Shopify's 20MB limit over their API but before I could even write to their team to notify them of the issue, they had already emailed me to let me know they were aware of the problem and would export it manually. After a few minutes they notified me it was done and after checking my theme was installed perfectly. Stellar customer service and very well-working product. Would totally recommend.

The app did 95% within a few minutes. There was an issue apparently, but it was immediately solved by the developer, without any involvement from our side - not even an email - I wouldn't have noticed it if it weren't for an automatic email from Shopify. I only needed to add the menus and everything works perfect!

Waning: Once you hit ‘products’ you have no choices. No way out! You do not pick the products. Even if you just one to import items from one niche, this app will grab hundreds - all you items and suck them in. Even shutting off my computer did not end the nightmare. In my panic I accidentally deleted 50 items from my original store. It is not as easy as they claim to install and Satan himself can’t kill this app once it starts something. Uninstalling in mid move saved me from hours of damage control - or should I say hours more damage repair.

This is a great app. It saves you Time but not money. For a full duplication, you will pay $40. Keep in mind that the whole process can be done in a few hours manually if you follow the Shopify instructions. I needed to duplicate my store fast and this app allowed me to seamlessly do that. And although I can do it all on my own in a few hours, the time saving allowed me to move onto other parts of m project.

Very effective and useful app, especialy if you have two, identical Shopify shops and need to copy one from the other. I worked with a few other apps and they eiher did not work or, worse yet, scrambled our store. This app not only works well and eaasily but does not interfere with your existing store's code. Great customer support, too. Will respond at all hours and over the weekend and will go out of their way to troubleshoot and help as needed. I would definitely recomend this over

AWESOME APP! We all knew that it was an incredible headache but with this incredible app it was a matter of 10 minutes. Please note, that your orders and customers are not part of the default settings. If you miss those there is no other way to import previous order data so you have to start all over again by creating a second shop. I have a "baby" store. Less than 200 orders. It took several hours to copy and the "Lifetime Spent" and "Average Order" for the Customers isn't copied over so therefore it's pretty much useless to me. They also nag you consistently to change your review. You gain a second star guys because they acutally answer their email. If you just want the copy over products, theme, collections over to a different shop, this is your app. If you want to acutal have useable duplicated order data well - better luck trying a paid app which is my next stop. All I wanted was to change the login myshopify.com domain for my shop and have EVERYTHING else stay the same. Shopify won't let you change it so I wasted hours of my life waiting for this.

I had a situation where I needed to transition my store to a new tax ID... Shopify reports your credit card transactions annually, as is required for any credit card processor. Shopify was unwilling to split my store's tax reporting into a "before" and an "after"; so I was forced to start an entirely new store just for tax reporting reasons. The "Duplicate Your Store" app helped me a lot. It took a lot of the work our of the transfer. Thanks, Small Victories. Totally worth it.

If nothing else, this app is worth using simply for it's ability to copy over conditional collections, a feature which has long been needed but which Shopify as yet have not created. While for the most part the features missing from this app are due to lack of API support from Shopify, there are some things which I would like to see improved: - Auto-copying of: - Themes - Naivgation Menus - Shipping & other account info - Ability to specify the duplicate store name - Better info during the copy process (how far through each step is, reasons for delays such as process queuing etc) - Clearer completion info That said, I am impressed by the support from the developers; the quick response times and the willingness to listen and take on board suggestions are a big plus in my view. Overall, the app saved me a heap of time and while there are some issues to be resolved, I am sure that Small Victories will continue to improve the app going forward.
