We found this app back in 2022 to help with our very large collection of furniture. We chose it because you can do pricing with percentage upgrades. Makes it super easy to update. It was a learning curve in the beginning. The support staff is SOOO helpful! Super responsive and dove in to help. Just now in 2026 - we relaunched a new theme and support was right there to help us make sure the app was fully functional and pricing correctly. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I can’t believe I haven’t reviewed this app sooner. Dynamic Product Options is one of the most powerful and capable apps I use on my Shopify store, and I depend on it daily. More than that, I depend on Roman. In this case, the developer really is part of the product. This app can handle everything from simple product options to extremely complex custom configurations. If you need granular control, this is the app. Every option, on every page, allows for CSS and custom input, which is rare and incredibly valuable. Roman is a very capable developer with a deep, old-school, database-driven level of technical understanding. He can guide you through almost anything you need to accomplish. That said, this is not a lightweight “click-click-done” app with a breezy interface. It does require time and patience, especially if your setup is complex. The documentation is extensive and technical, but the power is there if you’re willing to learn it. I always come back to the same conclusion: this app is indispensable to my store. If you need serious control over product options, and you want support from someone who truly understands the system he built, Dynamic Product Options is excellent.

We were having a lot of trouble setting up our shopify store to offer custom printed products as the default pricing for shopify didn't support our needs. We settled on using Dynamic Product Options. It's extremely powerful and can support almost any configuration you can think of. In order to get our site set up the way we wanted it, we needed to rely on Roman from Dynamic Product Options for some customization help, and he was able to provide that quickly and professionally. Once you've been through the process a few times it's actually really easy, and it really didn't take us long to set up our wide range of products and custom options. 10/10, fantastic product with even better support! Update: Shopify recently made some serious updates that effected a lot of our apps including DPO. After a huge panic, we reached out to DPO support who went above and beyond to fix the issues caused by shopify. In less than 2 hours we were up and running. DPO is a KEEPER.

We used this app for over 3 years. Early on, it helped solve real customization needs. However, its core implementation is now outdated. The app creates real Shopify variants (D#) that are hidden in Admin UI but persist via APIs, carts, feeds, and Google Shopping. These variants pollute product data and cannot be reliably cleaned. Support denied responsibility and only suggested workarounds. We are forced to rebuild every affected product to fully remove the legacy data. One star due to unresolvable technical debt and lack of effective support.

It's a good option to adjust pricing for complex product variations, their support works very well, they fulfill your requests. Only in the first setup, we had to do some brainstorming with mathematical formulas because the number of variations was too high. Maybe Pricing could be better :)

This app is great. I spent $4k having a custom developed configurator made for my computer building business and after 8 months I gave up on the project because they couldn't properly develop logic into the configurator. This app is super easy to learn to use and the login works great. Their support is also wonderful and have been a huge help with minor visual modifications.

I've never left a review for an app but this one is well earned and deserved. I was looking for an app that could adjust the price of an item based on multiple factors and this did the job exactly as I envisioned! For example, I wanted a way for customers to fill a popcorn tin with 1, 2 or 3 flavors. Roman designed it so that if the customer selects 3 flavors then just the options for 3 flavors is revealed and the customer must choose exactly 3 to move on. This works perfectly! Going even further, you can have a more complex price matrix. For this I was able to build a single item "create your own popcorn sampler box". Customers can select a box size (A,B,C) and a bag size (1,2,3,4). With the 3 box sizes and 4 bag sizes I made 12 option lists and set a rule for when they appear (A&1 must both be selected and so on). Each option list can have an exact number of items required. Again this works perfectly! To top it all off, Roman added some custom CSS to make it look great too. If you are doing everything yourself there is a very detailed user guide to take you step by step through anything you need to do within the app. I highly recommend Dynamic Product Options by Itoris for your Shopify store!

If you need to configure your site to offer variants as individual/separate products that can be inventory tracked separately, this is the app for you. We tried 15 different apps before finding this one. Most 'bundling' apps don't allow you to 'bundle' individual products without some form of published discount. The support from these guys is second to none. They have been very responsive replying within the day and they have been able to offer recommendations for how to enact features of the app that weren't obvious to us as new users. There's a reason why they only have 5 star reviews. Thanks for providing a great app with great service

This is the best product option app I've found. We needed all different kinds of product options (swatches, dropdowns, checkboxes, etc.) with conditions, and we needed to be able to make product option templates for our products. It took me a little bit to get used to, but then it was easy! Any issues I had were user error or not knowing how to do something. I created a ticket within the app, and someone got back to me in a timely manner! I really appreciated all the assistance with my many questions!

This is exactly what I needed for my store. Whereas other apps claimed to be able to do what DPO does, DPO does exactly as it states it will. I have tried them all. With DPO I can keep track of the base inventory items we customize, append them with the customization sku, and show that sku on the packing slip so that we pack the correct item. It was a bit off putting to use at first, but support is quick and top notch. Held my hand every step f the way. This app has 5 stars for a reason: it is indeed a 5-star app!

The interface took a day or so to understand and get the hang of. I have a large catalog with a lot of products with complex options. I needed an app that would be able to apply options conditionally at the variant level, and be compatible with the Downpay app. This one actually was able to accomplish all of the above and looks seamless on my site. The Shopify 2.0 integration also means it loads faster than my old app (Advanced Product Options). Roman was incredibly helpful with the setup, adding code to the template to be sure it works as I need it to. Very happy!

This is the only product option app that I've tried that doesn't cause problems, and price changes without me changing anything in the app myself. We searched for over 2 years to find a variant app that would fit our needs as we sell semi-custom products and need expansive variant support that Shopify (nor any other app) has been able to fulfill! We just happened to stumble upon DPO (as it is not one of the usually mentioned suspects when looking for a variant app)!! Our biggest reason for choosing this app - it won't leave you chasing customers after they have deleted their paid add-on from their cart like other well-touted options apps will, and we have stayed (and likely won't ever leave) because this app has all the bells and whistles...if you can think of it, I bet this app will do it...and a great support team too! You may need a little time to get this app set up as there are a lot of options, but they do provide good documentation, and it works great, on most themes, right out of the box! Even when we moved to an EXTREMELY complex theme, their support team worked tirelessly to custom-fit the application into our new theme, and got all of our options looking fantastic again!! Highly recommend if you have been searching for a variant app to give DPO a try...affordable, has lots of options, and has a support team that is persistent and will get the problem resolved when one arises!!

This app is amazing and a game changer. The customizability options are pretty steep and there is a learning curve for a first time user. Their help docs are decent, however there is a little to be desired for the logic they use to make things visible or hidden to your customers. Their support helped define some issues that I had with theming and had assisted me in understanding the logic for something I wanted to do. I've only had the app for a few days now, but I needed something to allow me to do pretty advanced conditional options AND a lot of different custom options. But what I really want to talk about is the support. It's so, so refreshing to have such amazing support from the ITORIS developers. All of my questions were answered quickly and they were able to give me custom code to input in the app to do what I wanted it to do. There was one scenario where I couldn't find the right location in my theme code to input the snippet they gave me, but he was able to go in there and do it for me after I granted access. If the app doesn't, on the surface, seem to have everything you're looking for - just reach out to support and see if it's possible. I can't recommend them enough! I want to give a special shout out to Roman. I'm not sure if they're the only support member as I've only always had contact with them, but they have been absolutely amazing.

We use Dynamic Product Options as sort of 'bundler' where shoppers can select add-on items on a product page and those extra items get added to cart. Here are some of the things we love: - It updates prices in real time as users select options - Shows which add-ons are out of stock and greys them out - It shows photos of add-on products - It pulls live prices of add-on products, so we don't have to keep updating them - It allows for various quantities of add-ons - When adding items to cart, it doesn't edit the main product or add extra text. - Has responsive and helpful support that will fix problems and code solutions for you on the fly. At first, this app seemed a little overkill for what we needed for our small bean-to-bar chocolate business. However, some hit-and-miss reviews for many of the alternatives out there (who wants their website broken?) plus glowing reviews for Roman's customer support led us this way. Just a few days in, and we know we made the right decision. The app does everything we need it to (with much more in the tank for when we need additional functionality), plus Roman has already helped tweak the app for our site and made speed improvement suggestions (that REALLY work). Bottom line? Get this app. I only wish we'd done it sooner.

UPDATE: Don't use the feature "Hide SKU from Cart and Order." It will make your reporting completely useless later on. The app has been great up to this point, but after realizing I can't pull accurate reports for this past four months, I'm upset that that feature did not come with a warning because I thought I was just making packing slips easier to read, not completely removing data. it said "hide," not "remove from reporting existence." The solution was to subscribe to ANOTHER paid app to get the reports since Shopify can't natively pull the data. I'm disappointed because the app has been great except for this, which is VERY important to our business operations. I'm not going to remove my 5 stars due to previous service, but I think this is important for other users to know. ORIGINAL: I've honestly never liked the line, "I'd give it 10 stars if I could!" After working with Dynamic Product Options I can understand why people would say this. Yes, I would give it 10 stars if I could. I was asked to help migrate a store to Shopify, but the lack of options with regards to the "options" was depressing. The store I worked on sells items that can be purchased separately or as part of a bundle. If purchased as part of a bundle, the inventory had to be tracked correctly, and allow for the easy updating of items and prices as needed. I spent many weeks searching through Apps to find something that, quite honestly, should be a standard feature in Shopify. The folks that wrote this App have done an amazing job. I'm not a programmer, but I can tell they thought of future expansion and the one-off needs of customers who use the App. The support I've received from DPO in regards to this App has been top notch. Unless it's something in the Shopify code that prevents it, the support people have helped me get everything working in the way the client wanted.

I have honestly tried just about every Product Option app on Shopify's app list , Most have an issue. Some are slow and some just mess up your site. A few I won't mention have terrible customer support. No other app has the features DPO does , You can link directly to your own stock in seconds so prices are updated along with stock. You can have an option with it's own Qty but more than anything they do things for you that no other company does and without charge and very quickly. I have been with them a few years and I say I will pay but they never charge . Such nice People. The other great thing is the templates where you can make a template and share it on different products - if a price changes everything gets updated. Maybe others are better at Marketing their app, but please do yourself a a favour don't mess around with other apps use DPO.

I tried several other Product Options apps before trying Dynamic Product Options; DPO has been able to handle everything that we needed to do, and then some. I needed some product options to change pricing based on the Size selection, and DPO made it easy. For the other option apps, their support said that they did support this, but they didn't. Roman & all the Support staff at DPO were super-responsive, and helped me get the store exactly the way my client wanted, even correcting my mistakes in the Liquid code for Notifications (like the Order Confirmation). These folks know Shopify, they're fast, & they get it right the 1st time. Can't recommend DPO highly enough.

This product option app is the most versatile (albeit most complicated) that we have used. It is easy to use once you get the hang of it (there is a bit of a learning curve if you are not familiar with these types of apps, or minor coding) however the Customer Support has been very fast and efficient in resolving all issues and answering all questions during the set up process. Highly recommend to anyone who wants maximum flexibility in their production options and don't mind a bit of a learning curve.

Absolutely amazing app and incredible support! The app is extremely useful with features that are unmatched by any other app - or group of apps. DPO has been incredible from the beginning. Three major positives of this app - the timely and effective support system, the extensive user guide, and the unlimited amount of product options you can create. Other apps such as Bold Product Options wouldn't work for us because they have a limit of 1k product variants - whereas DPO has an unlimited amount of product variants. 10/10, we will use DPO for the foreseeable future and we recommend it to anyone looking for a near perfect app to build complex products.

If you have complex product options - Stop searching now, you've found what you're looking for. I sell a highly complex customizable product that I have built custom solutions for over a dozen times, from scratch. I've used many apps, I've done it without apps, I've solved this problem many ways. I would say I'm an expert in creating custom product display solutions. DPO is exactly what I needed, and would have quite literally saved me hundreds of hours if It had been around sooner. This app offers impressively complex, interdependent, price-determining options, without the need for multiple variants. It uses a template system, so I can apply my changes and updates to all of my products at once. It handles file uploads, allows you to edit the product in the cart once built, it is very vast, reliable, and user friendly. The pricing is very fair, especially considering the incredible customer support. As soon as this app was installed, a real person automatically came in and optimized the app for the theme I was using. When I needed help, they walked me through changes. This is one of our most-used apps. We have this setup to calculate customized products on our site. The functionality to write logic and if statements into our price calculations seem pretty limitless. Anytime we have run into an issue, whether with styling or function design, the team has been accommodating and responsive. This app makes our company a lot of money, and we're glad to have found it. On our previous platform, nothing like this existed. We had to have custom development to achieve similar results, which was VERY expensive. DPO is affordable, much more robust, and we can go in and make changes instead of paying an outside DEV team. Win-Win-Win!

Outstanding. I tested all the different product options apps and this one is the ABSOLUTE BEST for our particular need! It's not a graphic customizer it's an options customer and cost calculator. While there are other apps that focus on customizing a product onscreen. This app is for customizing the options. What's great is that it carries those options to the cart, so if a user wants to customize in the cart they can do that. On other apps, the customer would have to delete it and then add it again which is not the best customer experience. I don't know how we could have done the functionality that we needed otherwise in terms of complete product calculations. It is as if they have built in some much expertise from working with many Shop owners needed to make this app great for what we needed too. Excellent quality and skill behind this. TRUTHFULLY I share with you: Even amazing customer support, mass copy actions, backups, and more. Wow I am very impressed and grateful. Thank God, we needed this to work! This is the best app I've used on shopify, hands down. If you need custom options for your products, custom pricing this app is great. You can fully customize a product page with any possible option, swatch, radio, dropdown, text, etc. and there are also div/html elements which you can fully customize into anything you want. I've tried 3 other options/calculator apps before I found DPO. All of the others did some things well but I always ended up hitting a wall of limitations. When I found DPO, it was a bit hard to learn at first, but that's because there are literally no limitations. Thankfully their support (Ramon) is super knowledgeable and were able to solve every single one of my questions and issues, and very timely too. Really the support is top notch, I can't say enough. This app is a gem, I almost don't want to leave this review and attract my competition, but seriously the level of support offered from Ramon, I have to share.

This app is great to get around the problem of Shopify's maximum variants/options. There are lots of ways to display the options and it looks good when live on the store. It's also useful to be able to increase or decrease prices by a percentage or fixed amount. It does take a bit of getting used to, but the customer support is excellent and it gets easier the more you use it. Would definitely recommend this app!

10 start from 5. The best APP in Shopify. We were able to create the massive configurator generating to our customers a huge bundle kit created from hundreds of individual components. We have tens of of individual questions in the product, each with up to tens of buttons (some with qty selections) (in real time feeding the product information like title/price and photo from ERP) with hundreds of additional divs with custom html content around. All together hundreds of individual elements in one product - each with its own multiple dimendional conditional logic. The same content running in customers browser our team uses also on their iPad just with different visual template for processing orders as it allows us to create interactive portable pick list checkbox from the huge bundle kit - always in real time synchronised with the newest revision published on the web! . The robustness of the admin interface is endless and if there was something missing (which happened few times), Roman was happy to offer the custom made solution. The app can do much more than its has been designed for when you have a vision and access to good front end developers. The app actually does not have to be used for product creation at all- that is just bonus. Thanks to the endless conditional logic you can for example create the UI of virtual salesman automatically guiding the customer based on his answers in helping making HIS decision or providing the required information based on the previous input (right at the moment when he needs it). Is the app perfect? No.. there is so much space for improvements in the admin interface that could make our work much faster and get us better overview on our project. The magic of this app is that you do not want to search any downsides as currently there is nothing like this on the market that would be even close of this app and we could not imagine to sell our products without it anymore. No matter how crazy your vision of the product builder is. This app will possibly do it. If you are prepared to spend additional thousands of $$$ for front end developers that shift your visual ideas into the reality this app can generate completely all content between header and footer of your shop and any smallest element in the product page can have its own conditions when to not/appear. This app will handle all the heavy work easily and the end result for your customers will be amazing.

I've been searching for hours on Shopify for an app that does exactly what this app does. It is simple to use. I recommend following the video instruction guide which will guide you with a step-by-step action on how to add the variant options to your product. I can't recommend this app enough. It worked instantly. I highly recommend this product. I got the 19.99 option and that worked best for what I needed the app for. Enjoy. UPDATE: 5/25/21 I had this app for a few months now and omg this is so good. I had an issue that I couldn't figure out and Roman from customer support was so efficient and also noticed that my site was running slow and assisted me with that as well. My issue was that I wanted to give a 15% off for the second purchased item. The listing had a reed diffuser single item or you can purchase the gift box set. So if you purchase one and wanted the second 15% off I didn't want the hassle of giving customers a coupon code so I wanted to embed it into the listing page. My issue was that the regular item and the gift box set when being selected was not auto-populating for each item individually so when picking the individual reed diffuser the 15% off for the gift box set would still appear and vice versa when customers were selecting the gift box set as their main purchase. And Roman was able to assist and show me that what I needed was the variant scope option and changing the F(value) for each variant. Took me a few days to get it but it was finally done and I couldn't be happier. Oh and I also had to upgrade my plan for more features but this is so worth it. Thank you, Roman. This is an amazing app. UPDATE 10/20/2021 I liked this app however, the many codes trumped with other apps causing my pop ups to not show up. The major reason why I uninstalled was because I couldn't give my customers a discount code for a specific product. I had to create a collection and place the discount code there. Mind you that I had to do that for every single product that I wanted to give a discount code for. Or the other option was to give a store discount. However, if I did a giveaway for an item adding a discount code for the entire store is not a good idea. So sadly I had to delete this app.

I've used this app for about 2 years and love it. We use this app to dynamically build print-on-demand SKUs based on the customer inputs. We have tens of thousands of possible customization options so this app spares us the HUGE pain of creating all combinations in Shopify. Instead it just creates a temporary variant based on the customer's selection and then cleans up after itself when the order is completed. The developer is also quite responsive whenever we've asked for a fix or a way to make particular updates. He's even worked in some of our feature requests over time.

I have a particular product that requires very complex customization input from customers, with it working with complex shipping rates. They really figured out a solution to my problem. With their help and another app, I could really customize everything from my products to shipping exactly how I wanted with the options. I can't thank the ITORIS team enough to set up this so efficiently that customers could shop in my store easily, especially since it's a product that REQUIRES input from customers. It can't be something that can easily choose from options. Make sure that you're creating tickets within the US timezone. As long as you're able to meet their timezone, their support replies quickly and exactly know what you need and solve them right away.

I needed an app that can add virtual options based on any option selected from my products that have multiple Shopify options. I also needed an app to support Shopify POS. Even though this app does not support POS tech support provided a solution by creating way to create draft orders so the orders will have all the virtual options added and then accessing the draft order from POS so the client can purchase. I have tried several other virtual option apps and they all fell short. This one has so many options/configurations I am one happy customer!

Most powerful & well run Shopify app I've come across in 12 years of using Shopify. Full stop. Brilliant functionality and epic support from Roman. At first glance it takes a minute to digest everything that is possible and it can seem overwhelming - but - once you get your hands into everything it really is as powerful & reliable as you need it to be. I had a couple glitches come up and also needed a little custom functionality - I was able to get a reply, a fix & custom edits completed in about a 1-1.5 days per request max. Sometimes the replies were minutes apart. Im blown away. I'm paying for the max subscription and I feel it is worth every penny. Only suggestion for future improvement is more content available for self training for those who may not be as intuitive in understanding it - but the excellent customer support fills this gap in the interim.

There are very few things this app won’t do, and on the rare occasion I’ve encountered such a situation, DPO’s product support have come up with viable alternative approaches that achieve the same results. If you’re reading this then you probably already know there are many product customisation apps out there such as Product Options by Bold (which we use on another store). I’ve tried a lot of them but upon lifting the hood I’ve usually uncovered a variety of frustrating limitations (whether it’s a restrictive layout with no ability to fully customise css/html, or the inability to configure the products exactly as I wanted). By comparison I’ve achieved absolutely everything on my wish list with Dynamic Product Options, without any compromises. We’ve honestly thrown a huge amount at the app and asked a lot of questions of DPO’s support team. Each time they’ve come back with a solution (put this javascript here, add this css there, try this instead of that). Had this been any other app I’ve used, the answer would have been “not possible, sorry, k’bye.” So what’s the catch? Well, this app is certainly more geared towards an intermediate (myself) and advanced user base. If you’re a beginner then I might suggest you start with something more basic. The app itself takes a bit of getting used to but if you persist I promise you’ll be richly rewarded. And to really exploit its most advanced functionality I think a basic level of programming knowledge is helpful (but not essential by any means — DPO support have in many cases provided us with the code we need after explaining what we’re trying to achieve). I’m not a coder but I understand the principals and with the help of a friend (also not a coder!) plus DPO’s support team we’ve managed over the last few months to develop a set of deeply customisable products that blows away anything our competition has to offer. The flexibility of the solution we’ve built is going to leave them scratching their heads as to how we’ve achieved it without breaking the bank. We’ve previously spent thousands upon thousands of dollars on development fees trying to achieve similar levels of functionality with custom code in Magento. And what did we end up with? An inflexible solution that required us to pay even more money to even more developers should we ever want to add new features or functionality. I shudder to think how much money we wasted. I really didn’t want to write this review because… well… I’d prefer to keep DPO a secret. But honestly, ITORIS deserves an award for this app.

I have been using the app for a year now. Hands down the best product customization app from the ones I tested so far. Nicely integrates into your theme, set up takes a 2 min, customizations and flows are endless, integration into the cart is seamless and professional. It does not look like a clunky "add-on" like on some other apps out there which still get 4.9 ratings I don't know why. You can offer additional variants to Shopify variants. Price add-on, conditions, swatches, even just a simple text comment etc... all works great with no layout issues! Support is the best and Roman always finds a way to get things to work like a breeze! Way to go!

With the limited product variant functionality in Shopify, we have to use apps to provide merchants the functionally they need when it comes to product options. Over the years we have used quite a few, but finally found this app: Dynamic Product Options. - A robust framework that allows us to create complex options, which are presented well on the product page - If we use existing products in an option (like Gift Hamper with 6 other products available elsewhere in the same store), inventory management is simple and straightforward. You never sell out of stock options. - Each option can have its own SKU code, which allows us to set up advanced order processing - We are able to use validations for minimum order quantity on the product page (like: this canapé is $2,50, but you need to order at least 12) - We are able to offer Buy More Pay Less deals right on the product page, with advanced calculations. All of this comes with one of the best app support we've ever seen. Clear and helpful explanations within 24 hours, every time we reach out to the developer. Yes, there are simpler solutions to manage, but if you look for the real thing, look no further.

Of the many apps that I have searched for and tested, this is by FAR the most reliable. It simply has always out-performed any other for comparison. Our product can't be presented with complex options and so many permutations without this app. Good documentation, tutorial guidance, and efficiently designed code is an absolute must and Roman always comes thru!!! App provides a built-in conditional filter in presenting options that would make it easier for customers to select options. The app I was desperately looking for! I needed to add different sets of options per product with dependencies, file uploads, text files, swatches etc and this app does it all! It is quite complex at the beginning but it does come with an extensive and comprehensive user guide. I stumbled upon few issues which were linked to my store theme but amazing customer support was on it and resolved it within few hours even though I am still on a free trial. My first online store building experience and I am taking it slow trying to make the best decisions on what apps I need to do what I need for my product pages. I took an entire Saturday trying out "product options" apps. I started with the big names that come up first in the app store and and worked my way down the list. This app is buy 1 get 10 free. It does SO MUCH. Spend the few minutes to learn it and you will appreciate even more how its designed. It has one of the best (in depth) user guides as well. Lastly I had extra "wants" for how some of my features looked, so while still on my trial version I requested a free customization (actually 3). Roman reached out in less than 24 hours and exceeded my expectations and I hadn't even been a paying customer yet. This left me warm and fuzzy! This app works.

Support is excellent and so are the features - I had quite an extensive list of requirements but I only needed to go to the "Standard" plan so I wonder what else is available on the additional two tiers! I would have preferred a feature to set the look and feel without coding for quick changes but Roman on support was happy enough to make these changes anyway. We've been using Dynamic Product Options for a while now and the it's an awesome app but what's even better is the customer support. I've NEVER had a developer respond in a manner that this staff does. Typically you get a response from other devs with "another question" or a canned response to read their docs...which doesn't always help - not these guys. Not only do they respond quickly but they resolve any issue you may have and they even gave us ideas to set up our options in a better manner than we were trying to go with in the first place. Very happy with the support and the app is very robust and does what it says and more actually! We installed other apps to do this job and really it was a waste of time. Don't even look at the other options on the app store lol - the 5 star rating here is 100% why we went with them and why we will stay.

DPO is incredibly powerful and customisable - it is absolutely essential for our product (customisable wallpaper), without it we would have had great difficulties trying to develop something anywhere near as good. If I could give this app more stars I would. We came from magento 1.9 using mageworx product options and we've tried multiple apps in shopify. But nothing compares to this app and the customer service. Roman and his team have done everything we needed without complaining or leaving us out to dry. In this age customer support is everything. In our application it would've been easy for him to say we can't do x or y or z. Instead they improved their app and made the customizations we needed. Did I mention they solved conflicts with other apps as well? Yep they did. I cannot say enough positive things about this app and company support. So, I've been using this app for about 7 months. This is the best app for product option customizations on Shopify. Every other similar app is always missing something, or it's complicated to set up. I've had the best experience with the Dynamic Product - almost anything you can come up with as an option, it'll be available. Loads super fast on your website - you get to customize product on product page and in the checkout cart. We're selling custom gift baskets and other gifts - the app gives us almost every option you'll need, keeps track of the inventory, adds weight to a product, etc. The customer service is outstanding - easy to chat with, fast, and professional. Romans has been helping me with the setup - any time I needed something he'll just reply with a coupe line of codes and we're all set. The best part is - the app doesn't hard code into your theme. All coding you need is done within the app itself. It could be different for every product and the guys will take care of it. Don't look anywhere else - I highly recommend it!

I installed this app to address some shortcomings in native Shopify. As a new shop owner, I hestitated to add anything that was going to cost $ when I'm only just getting online. But I have to say the improvement to my shop is significant. There were a few hiccups, so I'll start with the CONS first. CONS: --I had a bit of a difficult time getting started. While there is documentation, the screen shots did not give examples of how to complete. I'm a visual learner, so this was a bit frustrating at first (although once Roman sent some examples, I caught on pretty quickly). --When I had a problem, it seemed difficult to communicate the problem so that it was understood by Roman (apparently a one-man shop?) However, see the follow-up to this issue in PROS below. --I had to upgrade to the PREMIUM version so that my cart didn't look messy. I hated to even PAY for an app, much less UPGRADE right away. However, at the end of the day, I think (hope) the extra $/month will be more than paid for when customers find it easy to add additional related items to their cart. PROS: --In spite of the CONS, I did give this app 5 stars. If this is a one-man shop, at least Roman DOES get back to me. And if there do seem to be problems communicating effectiely, Roman keeps at it. Every problem I've had has been addressed to my satisfaction. --The app itself seems quite elegant, and supremely configurable. Definitely the cleanest and most complete Shopify app I've used.

DPO is a very well thought out, designed, flexible and powerful tool. We had complex DIY products to build, with hundreds of images, weights, prices, SKUs based on options and combinations of options. Roman walked us through the possibilities and provided helpful Javascript and CSS snippets and suggestions along the way. We were able to create these products quickly and efficiently with very satisfactory results. I totally recommend DPO for advanced product options.

This app is amazing. It's a little tough to get set up, but there's a comprehensive manual as well as fantastic customer support. Roman helped me get my product options looking exactly the way I wanted them by entering a few lines of CSS which I could never do, and he also sent me various other lines of code to get everything looking the way I want. The customer service alone is worth the price! One of the big selling points of this app for me was the ability to enter in weights for each product variant, as well as bulk pricing. Roman is a fantastic support, very patient with me as a beginner to shopify and apps and very knowledgeable. he has solved every query i have thrown at him. if you are looking for a system to create drop down bundles (or radio buttons/checkboxes) this is the best app. It links to real inventory, so no duplicates, the systems look a bit daunting at first but is actually very effective and everything iv asked for has already been available to me included in the price. You can choose to create bundles where the price amends dependent on what the customer adds to basket or a fixed price for bundled discounts whilst still pulling the full product SKY to your basket for itemised billing. I was looking for an app that would offer our customers the option to try an additional size with their purchase. This app ticked all the boxes from adding extra charges to our options and adding tooltips to explain option details. I loved the various layouts available from radio buttons to colour swatches. The template option and mass assigning to products was invaluable and saved us a lot of time. So great if you have a large inventory. More importantly the price by far is the most competitive for everything you get and can get, as this app opens you up to so much more as and when you're ready to move up to the next plan. This is really useful if you don't like the thought of paying premium prices for options you don't want or need. Hands off to Roman who responded to our queries which were very few, as it was easy to navigate once you got the hang of it. It was also great as there are so many options you can really experiment within your trial period to see if it is a good fit. Thanks to Roman I was able to go live with our new service on time and so far everything is working perfectly. Highly recommended as I tried most of these type of apps.

I am extremely impressed by the capacity of this app. It is formidable! I did not find anything even remotely similar to this. If you want to sell art products were the customer can input the desired size and based on that it will set a price, and you can even add finishing variants and have price based on those variations, calculate the final weight of the item, set a minimum and a maximum size... this is the place for you! This has been a long time dream for us as a business, and it will allow us to offer better products and simplify a lot the ordering process for our customers. We sell custom made blinds and each product is individually designed and priced based on the customer's requirements. This app easily allows this customisation and the way it's presented on the product page and in the cart is great. BUT the really impressive feature here is the price calculator which, with Roman's help we were able to turn multiple price grids (each around 500 individual price categories) into seperate templates for each product. We have paid 2 different developers to design a customised app that allows this with terrible results. In less than a week Roman has been able to understand our requirements and help us create a template that simply and easily collects the information we need and prices it up accordingly. We had almost given up when we found Dynamic Product Options. It fills a real hole in the market - nothing comes close to this app and it's customer service. Thank you Roman!

First off, we LOVE this app. we have 3,000+ products and we needed highly customizable and conditional options for our web-store to take us to the next level. after trying a dozen other with tons of good reviews that were cheaper, they didn't come close to our needs and were clumbsy. we were a bit hesitant with the higher price, BUT it has exceeded all expectations. support is fantastic! they respond to every request within a day and have made several accommodations to make things easier to setup. it is an intimidating interface with all the options and templates but it works beautifully! another big plus is it does NOT leave permanent hidden products in your store (many other options apps do) we have the ultimate plan which and use every bit of it conditional logic, pricing formulas, mass actions. (most other apps don't have these features) it seems 5 stars are given out too easily these days but this one deserves MORE than 5 stars LOVE it

We tried this app for a week in trial and the support from Roman was typically within 24 hour reply or sooner. Which is good. This options app is hosted on a server by the app provider and therefore all options are under the control of that server and should it fail so too would your options. We found that compared to our current options the load time on desktop was not too bad but found on mobile devices (70% of shoppers are on mobile) the lag time was far greater. I think the options display far better in the cart than competitors options and should we have had a localized solution that provided our options we would surely have gone for that. Until such time as we find a better solution, we'll stick with our current options application, unfortunately.

This app deserves 6 stars. I’ve wanted this functionality on my website for years, but didn’t know where to start and expected it to be much more complicated and expensive than it really was, thanks to Dynamic Product Options. I installed and configured every similar Shopify app, and DPO is far and away the best. Other apps appeared to be more user-friendly on the back-end, but the options were limited, and they stuck out like a sore thumb on the front-end. DPO integrates perfectly on my site, and the back-end is actually much more intuitive than I expected. I rely heavily on the pricing formulas, and customer support has helped me get everything configured and working beautifully. This is going to make ordering custom products from my website fun for customers, and I’m so so happy that we finally figured this out! UPDATE: I'm still thrilled with this app and learning more available functionality. Our team gives product demos to prospective clients, selecting customization options on the product page. We needed a way to share their selections with them after the demo so they could add it to their cart and checkout. I looked for other apps to achieve this, but couldn't find anything. Then asked Roman if there was any chance DPO could do it, and he set it up for me!

I could not find an app to do what I wanted for our pricing structure. Most Tiered pricing apps will force your pricing to within a "range" of x price for 1-5 and 'y' price for 6-12. I wanted to be able to price out shirts on a SINGLE price point, if they bought a 6 PACK at a 13% discount, and then a full case of shirts at 72 pieces to get a 18% discount. So, if someone ordered 100 shirts, they would get CASE pricing on 1 Case (of 72), they would get 6-PACK Bundle pricing on 24 shirts (four 6-PACKS), and then 4 SINGLE Priced shirts. Only DYNAMIC PRODUCT OPTIONS let me do this with a math equation that did exactly what I needed. It then averages the price of the shirts out based on this formula. Plus, their support was SUPERB! Prompt, efficient, and very helpful. They got me up and running within a couple of hours on my theme that wasn't full compatible - but we got it working. Kudos to the group that made this APP.

This is the best product options app available hands down! It can do everything we have thrown at it. It takes a bit of time to get your heard around it but once you do, you realise you have only scratched the surface of its capabilities. But, an app such as this is only as good as its support - and here is where it really shines. Roman is amazing and it seems there is nothing he can't answer or do for you in a very timely manner. Amazing app... I had a really disappointing experience with BOLD options and this was the best solution I could have hoped for. I lost 6 months worth of add on sales because the BOLD app stopped working (maybe only for 25% of orders that come through it worked correct for) and I was pretty much told to look elsewhere because they couldn't work out why it was happening and had more important apps in development so I wasn't a priority. This app is great but the support is what has impressed me the most. The standard features of this app are great if you are looking to add product options of any sort as they allow full customization like lots of other apps but with plenty of features that are unique. We downloaded this app to try and replicate product variant dropdowns as we did not want to use product variants anymore. The reasons behind this were that each variant will index better on Google with its own specific SEO instead of being listed in a generic parent product - this isn't required for everyone but for us, we rely on search engine traffic and needed to make this change. Roman in support has spent lots of time custom coding different features to our products within the app to help achieve our final goal and I can say now that we have achieve exactly what we wanted - individual products that appear in one drop down on each product page as if they were variants. Wish I could give this app more than 5* but if you download and get stuck for any reason, just reach out to Roman and he will sort the problem out.

We require customers to be able to input their x and y measurements for their product purchases. Roman very patiently led us through this requirement and explained the code so that we could use it ourself as well as tweak it in the future, as needed. The support has been above and beyond, and everything is working seamlessly. Thank you for providing such an excellent app as well as the CS backing to go with it. We initially found this app because we were looking for the ability for a user to input a custom width and height and for the price to change accordingly based off that custom user input. This app allows us to do that - and more! We are now using this app for all of our product customization needs. This app saved us from having to spend $1000's of dollars on a custom app solution. Roman is always responsive and has a solution for everything. This app is a total life-saver and game-changer for us.

Well, what can I say about this app took me a little bit of time to wrap my head around it but wow it's amazing, the support is fantastic and I'm not just saying this I don't ever post reviews but I will make an exception this time because it's worth it only rated it 5 stars because there is no option for 10 stars :P

Just Skip the Other Pricing Apps. For real. Would've saved ourselves a lot of time and headaches just starting with this one. The customization really is unlimited. Tiered pricing, every kind of counter you could need for variable pricing based on almost anything, calculated formulas, dependencies, etc. All of this is great and the support is just as great as well. All parts of your questions/requests get answered, not just the easy ones like we experienced elsewhere and then had to send another message for those. There's also an extensive documentation section with descriptions, guides, and detailed instructions (with pictures).

This app is fantastic! I have very little coding knowledge, but with the help of support I have been able to apply very complex features to my shopify store easily! They walk you through what needs to be done step by step! I highly recommend this app

I have been trying this app almost 10 days. It is awesome! I can do now anything about product options that I could not make with other apps. There were small issues with my theme, however support is very quick. They corrected my theme issues in an hour after I submitted a ticked. Thank you for this great app!

This is an awesome app. Easy to setup and use. I had it figured out and the first product with 6 options set and ready to go in 15 min. Had a glitch with quantities, opened a support ticket and a few minutes later received a message that it was fixed. Highly recommend.

Dynamic Product Options is the BEST product options app in my humble opinion, it has a lot of features and there's a really helpful user manual built-in that is really easy to follow with pictures and detailed explanations of what each setting does, after reading the detailed explanations, the examples provided shows you how you can combine each setting to create and configure a feature to your liking! Not only is the app the best, like how the other reviews mentioned, their customer service is also off the charts! The level of commitment they have in making sure the user base has a great and smooth experience using the Dynamic Products App is amazing! Thank you again to Roman for all the help! I cannot recommend this app enough!

Switched from Bold Product Options. Both have their pros and cons in the method of adding to cart. We offer engraving and other extras that get overwhelming when showing all at once. With this I can have 1 button that pops up with all the extra options in a nice and tidy fashion. Love this one for the level of customization and the way it integrates into your store/theme.
