Very easy app to set up and use. I use it for allowing file uploads on certain products in my store and it does exactly what I need. Support was excellent too. I had an issue and it was resolved within 5 minutes of sending a message. Friendly and helpful contact. One feature that would make it even better would be the ability to use an existing uploaded logo or file from the Shopify files library, rather than having to upload one each time. Overall, it has been a solid app for my store and I will definitely continue using it. Thank you!

Will never suggest this app. Not worthy. The bulk uploads just do not work right. We have utter disappointment and frustration regarding the lack of resolution for the bulk attachment import issues we have been experiencing. We tried communication with Easify team for a considerable amount of time, yet we have not received a concrete solution. The responses often consist of vague automated/bot generated replies or links to general articles, which have not helped us successfully resolve our problem. We have over 4,000+ attachments that need to be linked to products on our website, but despite multiple attempts, multiple mails. We have been unable to complete the bulk upload process successfully. This ongoing failure to link these important documents is now critically impacting our website's functionality. We kept requesting for proper support and focus on solving this issue as quickly as possible. But were handed automated/bot generated responses.

Didn't work in my store using the Warehouse theme. Amendment: Tried installing it again, and it seems to work now. Since I can't set a product title per language I want to remove the block title, but I can't seem to do that. Second amendment: So they reached out and helped me with the title. I install the APP and go to create my first attachment, but strangely, the new attachment can't be saved. It continually keep on saving for hours. I contact the developer for support and get immediately reply. They are so kind to help me fix the problem. Now the APP work perfectly now. Love it so much. Hoa, was very helpful in resolving my issue. The response to my email was quick and precise. The app is very good overall and free! I wish we could have a bit more customization over the text size, border radius, and the size of the section without having to use custom code. Other than that, the app is great!
