  We had a rather specific mobile issue with our personalized products: everything worked perfectly on desktop, but the Add to Cart button stopped responding properly on mobile whenever Easify text options were involved. I contacted the support team and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Hannie was incredibly sweet, patient and helpful, forwarded everything to the developers, and the issue was fixed unbelievably fast. We tested it afterwards on several different phones, everything is working perfectly again. What I especially appreciated was how friendly and personal the whole conversation felt. I never had the feeling of receiving generic support replies. They really cared about finding the problem and getting our shop running properly again. The app itself is already extremely useful for all our personalized products, but support like this makes it even better. A huge thank you to Hannie, Thomas and the dev team. You absolutely made my day! 100% recommended.

  I use this app because I have products that are made to order. I only sell a certain amount every week but the variants a customer chooses have no inventory limits. This app allows me to have variants without tying inventory to them, but to the main product only. (for example - you sell tshirts that come in 3 colors and 3 sizes. You have every size/color combo on hand in infinite quantities, but you only take x orders at a time) Pros: - The customer service is great. Very kind & helpful! - Lots of customization options & customer service can customize even more for you. - Image swatches are nice to have since shopify doesnt offer them natively. Cons: - App sometimes just doesn't work/show up for customers meaning i get sales with no variants chosen. Some of our variants have an upcharge, so I then have to cancel the order & have customers re-order which costs time, money, & confusion. - When they do updates, it often 'breaks' or undoes many of the customizations. I then have to redo them or contact support to do things i don't have access to. This can be difficult because we are in a different time zone than support. - Without customer service intervention, the check out looks messy & confusing. The app basically adds an additional product to the cart for the variant options chosen which often confuses our customers. This can be removed by customer service on the back end so customers don't see it, but again this is undone when they do updates. I am still waiting for customer service as we speak to fix what the app update broke. - With this app, all the variants live in the app vs in shopify. This means that you cannot run reports in shopify that show the variants customers chose. The app does offer a plan that includes the report, but it is $10 more than the basic plan & the report is not great. Very jumbled and no customization. Not worth paying $10 extra a month. **Overall, this app does a lot. It has a lot of great features that you cant usually find all in 1 app. But there are a ton of hang-ups that make my job harder. I am actively looking for other solutions but this app is our best option for now.

  We sell watch straps and needed a clean way to let customers choose between clasp finishes or buy the strap on its own. Easify Product Options handles it — image swatches, per-option pricing, conditional logic — without any theme surgery on our end. What actually made me write this is the support. Responses are almost immediate, and when I've needed a real code fix rather than a settings change, that's come back about as quickly. I've dealt with plenty of apps where a support ticket means waiting three days to find out whether something is possible. This has not been that. If you're evaluating options apps, the feature lists all look similar on paper. The difference shows up the first time something doesn't work the way you expected and you need someone to actually look at it. That's where this one has been strong for us.

  I upgraded my plan to include the "Product Personalizer" where customers could select options and the product picture would change according to the selected options. I had some issues setting it up (user error haha) but the Easify team was quick to help me figure out how to fix it. They also customized it for me so the picture stayed static at the top of my mobile screen while scrolling down the options. Absolutely amazing product and customer service! Highly recommend!!!!!!!!

  I've been using the app in its most basic form for a little while now. I recently had to do some more complicated options and I upgraded to do so.   SO BAD I ENDED UP MAKING MY OWN APP The app doesn't show up, so I lost money on my orders as the options needed to be add-ons. i had to honour my customers. They never compensated but fixed the problem which is whatever HOWEVER I ended my yearly plan, i paid for a full year but only used for 2 month. and i wasn't able to retrieve any of my data. I had written a help guide for my customers, which I now can't open to get the data, even tho it's my data. They give you no warning for access or that the access would end as soon as you cancel. I tried to get them to give me 1 day access or give me the data, and they have refused and want me to pay for the plan just so i can get the data, even tho i already paid for the rest of the year. I ended up building my own variant app because I don't like how their app looks and trhey refused to give me the div to custom make it myself. every lil change they have to do for how it looks. t

  This app replaced about a half dozen others for me. I have products which are highly customizable, as well as the need for making kits from individual SKUs. This app handles both just fine. I was able to get it integrated into the look and feel of my site pretty quickly. The conditional rules are the best feature, allowing you to exclude certain combinations or show and hide stuff depending on earlier selections. Their support has been responsive thus far. You can use the custom HTML option to add iFrame videos. My only issue is that the image insertion method requires uploading a new file every time, instead of allowing images that are already in my media library via URL.

  Just getting started with this app but the customer service 24/7 chat is unparalleled. I have tried other apps and when you have to wait for a return e-mail, everything takes way too long. My chat representative (Clove) went above and beyond. I wanted to see if their app could do what I needed and she quickly created a video of exactly what I wanted to accomplish. She then proceeded to send me another video with a step by step guide to create the same feature on my end. Also a huge plus is the app is a lot easier to use then others, with a big database of how to guides for the features they offer.

  I had an issue with certain collection pages loading on my site and a separate company had told me it was an issue with Easify. Hoa and Easify support looked deeply into the issue and contacted Shopify Support to not only resolve the issue, but to get Shopify to actively look into the issue and fully resolve it. I can't thank the Easify team enough for looking into this issue greatly affecting our site's functionality and clearing up the issue. Their support team is extremely helpful in that regards. The app is also fairly easy to use and helps me list multiple products at once which saves me a load of time since I have a lot of products and variants. Definitely would recommend.

  I just recently started using the app, and anytime I've reached out to customer support, they've been incredibly responsive. I especially appreciate that they set up your first option set for free. That took a huge weight off my shoulders because conditional logic can be a bit overwhelming if you're new to it. Chloe was fantastic! She answered all of my questions, got my first option set configured in just a few minutes, and even shared helpful suggestions to make the customization process easier for my customers.   I recently worked with the Easify team to resolve some issues with the Product Personalizer on our Shopify store (Ad Lunam Designs), and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The whole team was incredibly responsive and thorough. Anne documented everything carefully and escalated it to the dev team.
