We are being bombarded with spam by this provider—sent to addresses he STOLE from our site. This practice alone should make anyone question the provider's legitimacy. Furthermore, he has made no move to stop sending the spam. We will also be notifying Shopify to have this provider removed. And to you, the spammer: Thanks for nothing!!! UPDATE: The provider's reaction clearly reveals his fraudulent attitude. I am not a competitor, as he would like to claim to spin the narrative, and this is certainly not a fake review. The provider is threatening to post fake reviews about our shop using multiple Instagram accounts, noting that this would be bad for small businesses. In another message, he threatens to file a report with the health department. Strange, isn't it—considering we are supposedly competitors? Judge for yourselves, and NEVER INSTALL THIS APP. On top of that, another spam message arrived today; naturally, it is always the "partners" who send out this spam. We will not be intimidated by any threats. Go ahead and keep playing your dirty game. UPDATE 2: We have it in writing that we are allowed to use the "Unlimited" version of his app for free for life as "compensation." Strange, considering we are competitors... Original message: "Hi, I´m Perica Aleksov from EasyCatalog App. Just read your review. Sorry for email service. If that means anything for you, I will allow you to use my app at 0$ forever at Unlimited plan ..." Is this your message oder not??? UPDATE 3: We have the original message from you. Lies upon lies. Let's see what Tamara in Dimitrovgrad has to say about it when the official criminal complaint is served. UPDATE 4: Update regarding the provider's rebuttal: Re Point 1: Contact emails are intended for CUSTOMERS and for use with promotional messages. This alone reveals the provider's understanding of the law. Re Point 2: When we receive numerous spam messages, it is NOT my job to use an unsubscribe link. The provider was notified of this but continued to send spam messages regardless. Re Point 3: Yes, we installed the app because it was the only way to draw attention to this provider's unscrupulous behavior. Our claims are unbelievable? We state only facts that we can substantiate with screenshots. This provider threatens people with fake Google reviews. Such reviews have actually been posted under his name. This behavior alone demonstrates fraudulent and unscrupulous conduct. According to the information provided here, the company is based in Sofia, Bulgaria; in reality, however, it is based in Dimitrovgrad, Serbia. The whole thing is a pack of lies. After a rocky start with the app and the customer support, The developers have vastly improved and has fixed the issues we were having. The communication is far better now and we are looking forward to working more with this app and getting our catalogues up and going. If you want to do work that disappears when you come off the app..... then this is for you! Misleading pricing and a frustrating experience. The App Store listing says the Free Plan includes unlimited products, collections, and pages, but that is not true. Even the Basic Plan has a 10-page limit, which is not clearly stated either. I first tried building a catalog with the new Editor Version 10, but it had so many bugs and missing features that I had to start over in the old editor. There, updating products is very inefficient because pages need to be rebuilt and metafields have to be reloaded manually every time you add/update products. On top of that, PDF exports are not reliable. Elements sometimes appear differently than in the editor. Overall, not transparent and not ready for serious use.

It took a while to work to get the catalog set up and working correctly, a lot of trial and error, but once I did, this app is great. It works great for building a wholesale printable (just download it from the app and upload to a printing service) catalog + a digital catalog you can share. We subscribed to the highest tier ($359.99/year), expecting better functionality and priority support as advertised. Unfortunately, this app has been a complete disappointment. Support is non-existent: Despite paying for "priority support," our requests were ignored or delayed for days. Even after escalating the issue, we received no meaningful help. Buggy and unreliable: The app is riddled with issues. Syncing doesn’t work properly, and customizing pages doesn’t create usable templates. It’s not intuitive and far from user-friendly. False advertising: The features promoted in the App Store do not reflect the actual experience. It feels like a marketing gimmick designed to upsell a broken product. Refund ignored: We formally requested a refund after months of problems and were met with silence. This app is nowhere near worth the price. Save your money and look elsewhere.

Terrible experience. The UI is clunky, confusing, and extremely time-consuming to use. The app feels very limited and far from user-friendly. The biggest issue is misleading information on their pricing. They advertise a “free plan with watermark,” but what they don’t explain is that the watermark is not a small corner mark—it’s a huge box plastered across every single page of your catalog. After you waste an hour or more creating a catalog, you realize it’s completely unusable unless you pay. That’s not a watermark, that’s bait-and-switch. This app is a total waste of time and money. Shopify should really remove apps like this from the store.

Hello! You should know that you are the only ones in the marketplace offering this product for generating PDFs from our Shopify data. For my market and sales method, this has been essential since I started 10 years ago, and even more so for sales via chat. Now I've had problems with customer service, as the catalogues keep loading and don't finish generating, and when I want to duplicate them to preserve the design I've already made, it doesn't work. Please give us a clearer support channel with tickets. Keep working hard because we need you, and you still have the opportunity to earn good money with your development.

At first I thought it was great. And then I had problems with it not saving. I will go in and spend 30 minutes or more adding images and text (for items not on my online store) and then I save it. Watch it say saved. But, when I go back in later all of the work I did is gone. I've probably lost at least 3 hours of work so far. Getting very frustrated and using the chat system to request help does not seem to work.

It's a buggy mess. It never completes the catalogue and has been hanging for one hour to create it. The tables gets mixed up with content disappearing and appearing; there is no option what order you want the products to display (product name or vendor? you can't chose), and it doesn't allow you to edit the shopify address that shows up instead of the domain name on the bottom of the page. ** The response is pointless and ignores the fact that it can't output anything when you try to create the catalogue, demonstrating once more what a buggy mess the app is.

UPDATE!!!! Please read: At first I was having issue... I tried to chat with help, but got No response. So I emailed them! I ended up chatting with Perica personally and even zooming! They were great and made NUMEROUS improvements based on my suggestions! They also upgraded my account free of charge! With all the improvements they made in just these couple of debugging sessions I'm convinced that this app is going to be great! Lesson learned: people that build apps are real people too. ANd they can be great people! So if the chat's not working right away try the email and be pacient and try again a little later. They probably have kids and a life just like us. :)

Very easy to use. By far the most comprehensive catalog maker. I literally tested every one of them here in marketplace (as of July 2025). I was able to easily integrate metafields to make my product listings even really customize my catalogs and leverage the content I have already created. The layout options are plenty. Gives you many choices as to how to make your pages. The support team was very responsive to my questions via email.

This app needs alot of work. for the price point its pretty fast generating your catalog. Beware if you have items that have a bunch of SKU#, like the shoe creams we sell they have 100 diffrrent colors. the only way to show all SKU# to to make each variant a seperate product. Also the editing is very bad. Be sure to upload your collections in the exact order you want them in cause you may have to grab either the page or item at the very bottom of the page that you want to move and slowly scroll up with it. When you save something to not lose the work you put into it it saves under multiple files good luck finding which one is the most up to date. Finally the headers just do not want to stay saved as im almost done with my Catalog all i have to do is put the headers i want. got to page 30 just to see all the previous headers i had already done were deleted i gave up after finally getting to page 15 with actual headers and the rest getting deleted for some reason. this app is very frustrating to use. i absolutly would not reccomend.

I am a small business, and sadly this app is not the best for small businesses. Because the watermark on the free version takes too much space (right in the middle of every page, and it's large), making the catalog impossible to present to any client. And the description doesn't warn you about it, you only see it when you download your final catalog, after spending a long time designing it... This being said, it does the job quickly. You will need a bit of time to get how it works but it isn't long hours either. Also, it won't provide the most sexy catalog around, but it does the job. And even if I can't present the free version to potential clients, I used the app to check that everything was well organised in their categories, with the planned prices and so on: Shopify does that in theory, but you need to click on each product to read the details, while with this app you just need a few clicks to check the key information in just one glance. Not the main job of a catalog, sure, still very useful. I also thank the team for this application, who got in touch with me very fast to solve several issues. I'm running my business on my own so I can't answer as fast as they would need, but they're fast and efficient: thanks to them for that.

We have enjoyed our experience learning the EasyCatalog application as a part of our Shopify e-commerce platform. The Shopify integration is nice and allows pulling in all or a subset of our products into a new PDF Catalog, while applying discounts automatically if we want that. The online order links, forms, flipbook and PDF doc are really nice and a great feature. It's not perfect, but we rate it at 5 stars because the chief architect, Peter, has been very available and responsive to discuss and correct our issues. We feel like our feedback improves his app, and he has been willing to listen to our suggestions and offer solutions immediately. We think this is all anyone could ask for when building and using an app plug-in like this.

Oct-4-23 Ok to create the catalog, full of errors when trying to view or download. I was testing the free version, waste of time Review Update. Support contacted me in a manner of hours and provided access to the full version, unfortunately I couldn't use it until a few days ago. The app works well for basic catalog creation, pulls all your products and collections, the filtering helps to just get the products that you want, therefore you can get more tailored catalogs. The UI, templates and elements to create the catalogs could use a design refresh. One extra star for the support effort, even thought at times it felt the support was more intended on bettering the review than to improve the product. Overall is recommended.

I think it's a good idea conceptually and something we needed. But once we installed it it's clear that it's missing a lot of features, and has a lot of bloatware on it that seems useful, but really are simple functions that aren't necessary. I recommend trying out Hukify rather than this app, it actually has a lot of features and is constantly adding features to it with in my opinion very good customer support.And it's not fake

Waiting for over 2 months for refund. I email them every week and they tell me they will process a refund...still waiting. I do not recommend this app. Update: I have been told I was getting refunded since August 30th. It is October 20th and still have not received it. Nothing was done immediately. Update: I finally received by refund that I was told on in August was complete. Awful customer service. I did realize that I was not refunded the full amount and a processing fee was taken out. They told me if I changed this review, I would be credited the processing fee. My review stands as one star, this company lied to be several times saying they processed a refund, and they did not. They are also trying to buy a better review by offering all my money back. They can keep the processing fee. I will not be changing my review. I recommend you find an app with better customer service.

I will start by saying that Easy Catalog is by far the most intuitive and simple to use catalog maker around, with enough customation options to make it appealing without making it overwhelming. The simple synchronisation options also make this a very convenient catalog builder. I had searched far and wide for catalog generator options and Easy Catalog provides the best value offering by far with a very reasonable price point aswell. The developer has also provided us with such excellent aftersales and assisted us with much needed features that we otherwise would not have had with any other catalog maker. Overall if I could give a 10 out of 5 I would, well done to the Easy Catalog team!

My review is more 4.5 stars, and I can't wait to give this a 5! After scouring other Catalog apps, this is by far the best one - the import options that sort by collections, tags, empty stock, status, and more, is SO helpful, and it generates a catalogue in minutes. The options to list what type of information (i.e. SKU, Inventory Count, MSRP, Description) is also great. The most important thing to this catalog is the ability to take wholesale orders either via Shopify check out or via the app that generates a Shopify Draft Order, so you can handle everything bespoke, in case you need to update inventory count for an order, negotiate a bigger purchase, or if you need to manually change the price - all done via a PDF link. Truly, the functions all make sense and this is a robust app that fulfills all I wanted in a catalogue generator. My current issues are minor UX/UI problems, such as sometimes when a new page is created, it doesn't copy the theme I've made for the rest of the catalogue, and despite having the "Apply Edits to all Pages" being ticked, sometimes I need to turn it on and off. There's also a thumbnail page view on the right hand side where, if I delete a page, a breaker line signifying the separate Collections stay. So despite there being no pages, there's a large chunk of space left between the cover page and the next page. I also wish, for the item sorting, if I could select a few items and do a "Move to Position x" in the list (similar to Shopify's Item Sorting in Collections) instead of dragging one by one. Despite all this, this is a great app! The issues are minor, and customer support is responsive and always tries to figure out how to help! The developer is clearly making updates as time goes on, so I look forward to a smoother experience and updating this review in the future!

I reviewed quite a few linesheet, catalogue apps. None are perfect but this one came closest and had the best support. There were a couple of issues at the start but when I raised them to the support team, they were fixed pretty quickly. They are genuinely interested in making a quality app. I’m excited to see all that this app will become as it gets more refined. With stellar support and come great functionality (especially for an app connected to Shopify) a 5 star was a no brainer.

After evaluating 3 different catalog apps at various price points Easy-Catalog provided the best user experience for the price and after a couple of test tries we can create a very nice catalog in a matter of minutes. You have quite a few options including numerous templates, filtering out of stock items which was important due to we sell one of kind items. Initially, I felt I couldn't have a catalog with Easy Catalog. Thankfully, I got lots of help, and I now can get catalogs put together for my Amish customers. If you feel that this doesn't quite work for you, ask for help! You will get it very quickly! With the help and an update, I have the variants I wanted! I was super excited at how easy it was to create and order from a catalog. But, as I went through the process of testing ordering from the catalog, I found the app to be a bit buggy and I ran into issues I could not find support to correct. For one, I couldn't find a way to keep my customized cover page from changing when ever I opened the pdf version of the catalog. I could see my front page image when the catalog was presented as a thumbnail but it quickly disappeared in the pdf version. It's a small but very annoying issue. The much larger issue was not having my wholesale price reflected when items were placed in the cart which is the sole purpose of my paying for the app in the first place. And, lastly, the most annoying issue of all is NO ACCESS to support for these types of questions and others. Very disappointing cause I had such high hopes for this app.

This app has awesome potential but is highly unstable. I lost my work no less than 10+ times. It's lacking some basic formatting functionality, it's super buggy, and some features don't work at all. It took me 3 days to complete what should have taken less than 3 hours. I reached out to tech support, which is non-existent. At one point it wouldn't even allow me save my file anymore. That's when I had to start over completely, and I was very careful to do everything perfectly the first time with no need for changes, and I finally got it to work. I'm very happy with the end result, which is why I gave it 3 stars instead of 1. Update: I've tried emailing support, but they only reply to the reviews on this page. Have not responded to a single email. Reduced to 1 star for this reason.

It's really clunky, I still haven't finished a catalog. When I create a cover page and then scroll down a page and then back up the cover page is removed and it becomes the page I scrolled down to. When I remove retail products I don't want in a wholesale catalog it lets me do a few and then after a few it locks up and doesn't let me do any more. Buttons not working, refresh app not working, the intempestive messages of "While the catalog is being generated (the approximate time is a 3 minutes) help us to make this app better" Duh I'm gonna uninstall it if it's that's annoying, Even I cleaned my caches of my browsers, still not working at all. UPDATE: V4 is fantastic! We were able to generate a great looking, 3-part catalog in a matter of minutes. Creating a linesheet takes even less time. Very happy with this app. We were using another catalog app and it stopped working and the developer just disappeared and stopped responding to emails. Some older customers want to buy our wooden jigsaw puzzles via catalog, so it is important to us to have one available. The app works well and the developer has been very responsive and has been able to add a lot of our suggesitons to make it even better.

Unfortunately with the free plan you can not select the products, it just puts them on the catalog at random. However the service is very easy to use and works great. And the developer very quickly replies to any problems/inquries. If you read through the reviews you will see the developer adds anything that the users request, which is very impressive. Overall is a good app.

It needs work... This app is great if you want to make quick and easy catalogs for print or to send via email with click-through links! You can export as PDF as well! That part is awesome. However, we have tons of inventory and we need something where we can distinguish between Draft status or Active status or out of stock and in stock. There is currently an option to feature only items that are in stock, but this feature does not work! Also, the items I select to be featured in the catalog are not featured! So: it includes items I do not want and leaves out the items I do want. :( It is a great concept and I hope it gets polished. Also, a live preview of our work would be great as well.

The app is so helpful for stores that have a large number of items. I especially like the feature of inserting QR codes for each product and selecting multiple collections at once, with the option to start each collection on a new page. Also, they were very supportive and flexible with our requests.

The app is unable to display Chinese characters properly even I reported the case to the support but it is not fixed after a week. Moreover, it's always hard to download the big catalog file as my shop is having few hundreds of items.

I bought the ANNUAL PLAN for $29.99 on 2020 black friday special, but I have been charged a MONTHLY recurring fee of $29.99. I have previously contacted both shopify and the easycatalog developer the first time this happens and was refunded. However, I was billed again the following months. Very deceptive. ** Update: After reaching out to Shopify and app developer, I was refunded for month of February 2021. Hopefully, I do dot get billed a recurring monthly charge moving forward. Perica - please ensure that I am not billed the following months. Thank you.
