I was selecting between three digital product apps for my new Shopify store. I contacted all three with individual use case questions. One didn't reply, one replied with a generic automated response and then there was Axel and EDP - he answered my questions directly and clearly, and what the software could and couldn't do. His support has been excellent and fast. EDP is ideal if you want to send digital products and license keys, giving the right amount of customisation to be powerful but not so much that you waste time. It does exactly what I needed.

I am blown away at how powerful this app is. Even if a person is not tech-savvy, this app is easy to use immediately after purchase. I was looking for a simple-to-use product from my digital shop that would securely deliver my digital products to customers. Also, one that I could recommend to my clients. Both boxes are checked with this product. I love that it has a free plan and is low-cost whenever the customer is ready to upgrade. A major bonus since my audience are emerging entrepreneurs! This app has just the right amount of customization options and I even have the options for PDF stamping and download limits. What's not to love? This will be the best investment you have made!

Works smoothly, easy to use and well-priced. Has download links/buttons in all the right places for great UX. This app was usable for me pretty much out-of-the-box. The default settings are solid; I think I've only adjusted one or two settings for my needs. So far I've found basically every feature that I needed somewhere in the app and its settings. There's one feature that I needed that is still being developed. I reached out to the developer, Axel, and he worked with me on a custom solution that works perfectly for my store. He saved me from having to add more apps/third party services to our tech stack. Probably saved me additional costs for those additional services too. And the solution that he helped me with has a better UX too.

I'm in total agreement with everyone else in the reviews. It's pretty rare to find any plugin, app, or service that actually consistently works! But Axel is clearly super-attentive to making sure everything is running smoothly. I've had two instances where I needed a little guidance from and Axel was super responsive and helpful in both instances. No kidding, I actually sleep better and night knowing I'm not going to wake up to some buggy issues a customer has run into (used it happen all the time with other download solutions!)

The ability to limit number of times the customer can download a file, but I have the admin ability to over ride and reset the download count when a customer is having problems on their end. Basically I needed to generate license keys that were linked with dynamic URLS for digital game instances, and send those URLS in the purchase email. Wonderful app, easy to use, any digital seller would need this app, i had simple issue with stamping the PDF with info from the product details, it was not possible with the current code base, the support was responsive and promise to add it in the next deployment, I would definitely recommend this app!

Anyone selling digital deliverables should have this app. EDP does exactly what it's supposed to do and the support is ASTOUNDING! I've tried numerous apps that take a lot of tinkering to work right, and this is the first one that actually has a fantastic user interface. I was able to get our digital store going in literally 10 minutes, and as we update files switching them out is very quick and easy. And support is fantastic. I've asked Axel several questions to make sure I'm doing something right and even put in a feature request and he's been super quick to respond and very helpful for my organization. I wish every app was as fantastic as this one.

He is kind and he goes out of his way trying to solve the issues. In addition to that, Axel keeps you updated and explains everything for the layman. Amazing app! A few months back I had been searching and wracking my brains on how to fulfil digital items without going through a long cumbersome process - this app does it all without any hassle and has a brilliant method to manage digital inventory. Once we set it up the only thing we needed to do was to ensure that we kept an eye on how many of our licenses were left. You can tag different sets of licenses so that they proper ones are delivered with the right product. This app works so well that you almost forget it's even there, we've had no issues delivering almost 1000 licensees, and there has been ZERO issues. We've not had one support case about a user not getting their license or not being able to find it. This is the mark of a great app.

I tried all apps for downloading files, I sell eBooks, every app have little bit different functional and process of downloading files is different! I choosed this app because I like how it looks in order page: customer see every product and click "download" button, in the same order page customer see process of downloading. Also I like that with this app my customers has two mails after purchase: one mail from my store, second mail from app- because sometimes mail can disappear in spam, so two mail is more sure about my customers will have their link after purchase! I am using this app because I have digital products but all linked on my website via private links. I have courses I sell and instead of wanting to attach a pdf I wanted to give those that purchased access to my course and or information via a private link. This app has helped me do this easily. its soo simple to use and as soon as someone pays the download link takes them to the private link, which has been great for me. Thank you I highly recommend this especially if you just want to send links to people vs a pdf download, but the app is also able to do this too.
