De eerste keer kwam er binnen een paar weken een update, en de tweede keer zelfs dezelfde dag nog. Haris, mijn complimenten! The most important App in our store with the best customer support! We love Easy Scan! We use it to create labels with Barcodes for our shop, to pack orders and in the future, it will replace Stocky without any disadvantages. Its called "Easy" Scan for a reason! Everything is easy to work with and runs smooth. No overwhelmed functions like most Apps out there. Just basic functionality - combined with the best Customer Service. They really listen to their customers and their needs. Especially with a look to the currently under development Purchase Order feature - this is the best alternative to Stocky. If the output will look as announced by the Developers, its even better than that. Thank you Easy Scan for making our work easier!

This is hands down the best inventory management app to supplement your Shopify store. While the interface is simple and intuitive, it remains full of features and has tons of customization options. Its order fulfillment tool is fantastic and it is the only app we have found that has worked for some of our businesses more unique inventory tracking concerns (particularly around bin locations). Their team has been extremely responsive to the few concerns we have had and even made some custom updates based on our needs. Highly recommend!

It’s great when it works properly. I’ve been dealing with issues for some time now of the sound not notifying you once an item is scanned which slows down the picking process when you’re relying on the sound to move forward. It’ll read the SKU as being an incorrect item the first time you scan it and then accept it the second time you scan it. There are also frequent instances when you have to scan the item multiple times before it’ll accept the scan. I have purchased 4 scanners with two of them being $$$ and it’s the same issues.

The Easy Scan app has made it so our SKU labels print out perfectly inside our specific size sticker window that is compatible with Amazon and other channels, with the barcode, UPC, and all the text we need (Product Title, SKU), with the layout we wanted, and with the font sizes exactly as we wanted as well. We've printed tens of thousands of labels for months and it's been flawless. It integrates with Shopify seamlessly, and above all else, the service from Charlie and others on the team have been quick, responsive, and tailored the solutions to exactly what we needed. They offer other solutions too besides just scanning, they do customized packing slips and much more.. I highly, highly recommend them!

What a great app! Originally downloaded to replace Shopify's terrible retail barcodes app. Easy Scan provides so much more control over your barcodes: 1. Most importantly it generates barcodes using the 14 digit unique variant ID, rather than the arbitrary ending 8 digits from Shopify's app, which caused issues with duplicate barcodes across variants. 2. It allows you to add metafields such as Product Short Name and anything else you want/need to add to the barcode label Then we started using it to help our staff with picking and packing to ensure all of the products in an order were picked and packed correctly. This combined with the barcodes has led to a near zero rate of incorrect orders being shipped to customers. The customer service is amazing! I've had a chance to meet with the founder 1:1 to discuss some of my use cases and within 2 weeks he and his team were able to make updates to their application to meet these needs. Now, when a pack is completed, it automatically prompts the user to print an address label. This address label can have a barcode generated by either the order number or the order id (much more accurate). So that when the person buying the shipping label searches for the order, they can scan the barcode and immediately arrive at the correct order (removing the potential for human error in typing the order number). I can't say enough about this app. There's so many functions available that we aren't even using yet but hope to use soon (such as doing inventory using barcode count). I only wish that multi-user support was available across all tiers rather than just the highest tier, but that is not enough to knock any stars off.

This app is super easy and user friendly. The best part is CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I needed help and Charlie set up a Zoom meeting and in 10 minutes had my question / issue resolved. A real pro!!! I knew it was user error on my part but just could pin point it. Charlie over Zoom saw exactly what it was and helped me correct it. Above and beyond! I highly recommend this app. We use it for our clothing and accessories to barcode items that we sell and easily scan the items at POS for inventory control and sales. I have found the Easyscan app extremely useful for creating barcodes and its integration with my Zebra label printer. I had a slight issue with the Shopify app barcode scanner not reading my labels and Charlie was quick to get a meeting scheduled with me so that I could get my products labeled in time for my store opening. It allows us to create a variety of price labels from any label printer you can imagine. Das Programm an sich ist so einfach gehalten und bietet dabei alles was wir brauchen. - Lieferscheine mit Barcodes - Picklisten digital mit Lagerorten und Kommentaren für die einzelnen Artikel - Lagerorte als Metafelder direkt aus den Shopify Artikeln - Pack Prozess der Kommentare einblendet auf Artikel und Order Ebene - SKU basierte Artikel Barcodes - HTML basierte Weiterleitung bei Abschluss des Packvorgangs... Ein Feature das wir uns noch wünschen würden wäre, dass egal wo man sich gerade befindet, sobald man einen Lieferschein Barcode scannt wechselt das Fenster in die Easyscan Packansicht für den Auftrag. Das wäre ein Traum, so könnten wir einen Loop zu Labelerstellung erstellen. Weiter hoffen wir das die Köpfe hinter dieser App vllt noch ein DHL Labelprogramm so wie die Möglichkeit der chaotischen Lagerordnung nachliefern. Es sind jede Menge Updates in der Mache laut Charlie. Diese App ist einfach der Hammer Danke !

This app is great, super easy to create and print barcodes for all products, or bins, shelves etc. Easy to fulfill orders, packing slips, etc are great. 2 let downs are you have to keep coming back to put the cursor in the scan box and it really needs to be connected to shipping apps so that when you scan the last item the shipping label prints. Unfortunately, I had to downgrade to the basic plan for producing the barcodes and use another app to fulfill orders that does print the shipping labels as switching between 2 apps constantly was slowing our packing.

You won't find an easier tool for barcoding and labeling, and it's improved our inventory count speed tremendously. But the real winner here is the support from the developers. We ran into an issue with the "Select All" function of the barcode assignment page where it would show how many items were selected in one browser, wouldn't even get there in another browser, and simply hung at the progress pop-up. Thankfully this is early in our intake process, so it didn't prevent us from getting anything into stock, but it was certainly something that needed fixing since we sometimes input hundreds of items in one order. It took a few days (we're all small companies here, you know how it goes), but Charlie looked things over and wound up getting an update pushed out that resolved the issue entirely, and we never missed a beat! So thanks again to the fine folks at 506 for their help and this app altogether. We wouldn't be halfway as efficient as we are without it!

I also have to say, this is probably one of the most reliably functional apps in the entirety of the Shopify App store. These guys see a gap or a function that merchants need and they make it happen! My team has begun using this new feature for printing labels and I have heard nothing but positive feedback "it's working and printing perfectly. this is way easier and faster than how we usually do it" "works well. this is great for bigger invoices like ******* and ***" THANK YOU EASYSCAN for seeing a need and developing a solution! We tried EasyScan as a replacement for Veeqo when switching to Shopify. Charlie has been amazing in terms of customer service. The system works and if there are issues then Charlie will jump on a call and work it through - mostly finding a shopify issue rather than an easyscan issue. They take on board suggestions for product improvement and we have been lucky enough to get the new version beta where we can log users helping us check efficiency. We are so happy to finally have an automated barcoding solution that works with our iMacs/Zebra ZD621 thermal printers. In the past, we used an app that required manual entry of Product Name/SKU information. Now, we can select the product and it will automatically pull in the Product Name, SKU, AND barcode, as well as set the quantity to the amount available in inventory. We have extremely custom labels. The Easy Scan team created a new custom template within a 24-hour turnaround. Charlie went above and beyond by troubleshooting printer setup errors for over two hours with our team. We use this tool to print barcodes for all of our items, stock them in bins, track those bins, print packing slips with bin location, pick orders with that packing slip, fulfill the order by scanning barcodes to make sure the right items were picked. The process is so smooth and easy. We couldn't be happier.

Very intuitive and easy to use app with phenomenal customer service! Our store has grown significantly and needed a barcode solution to reduce packing errors, but I had no idea where to start. I heard an interview with the developer of EasyScan on a podcast and knew this was the solution we were looking for. The app makes it easy to assign barcodes/UPC/SKU's to all products, even if you've never done something like this before. I downloaded EasyScan to help make bar code creation easier. I no longer need to go back and forth between shopify and an excel sheet to make them! I needed an app that let me scan products in store and print out the shelf edge labels using a mobile printer and a mobile phone. This product didn't actually have that precise functionality though it did lots of other great things. I explained my requirements to Charlie, one of the devs, and he understood what I needed instantly. What is more, he said he would add that functionality to the app and it would be ready within the week. He was a man of his word and now I have this superduper app that can spit out shelf edge labels in all of our 23 stores. It is truly a lifesaver because no other app on Shopify can do this. We run a seasonally busy store where all products have lots of multiple variants. This means our warehouse has a vast quantity of stock that is grouped into tiny individual amounts. Finding and picking orders can be time consuming and very tricky to get right without barcodes and process. Shopify alone has a process that works but human error is costly as wrong items have to be returned and replaced, and customers serviced to their satisfaction. EasyScan has helped enormously and greatly reduced human errors. We have been able to adopt supplier barcodes and introduce our own for products we manufacturer. Stock counts are almost fun and we have almost entirely removed all picking and packing errors. This product saves time, reduces errors, help our business scale without more staff and has helped us improve customer satisfaction by getting orders right 1st time. I've updated my review to 5 stars. For us the app was limited in how many orders you could see in fulfillment. Easy scan reached out to let me know that they were already working on a fix. Within a week the change was made and now the app is close to perfect. We have a large inventory and send out lots of packages. This app helps my clerks make sure they are only packing what's on the invoice, via scanning each product before putting it into its shipping box. It's a checklist. When it gives a green check mark, they know its correct. On the other hand, if the product doesn't scan, then they know that barcode isn't in the system and they can make an adjustment on the spot. The only other thing that would make the app even better is when they combine adjust and check inventory into one category. This would help speed up hard inventories.

We've recently started using EasyScan to aid us in improving accuracy with order fulfillment in conjunction with Shopify, and it's great! The interface is intuitive and functions integrate seamlessly into existing Shopify settings with options for barcode/SKU customization in the app. When we had questions or suggestions, the EasyScan team was incredibly responsive and helpful. They went above and beyond and held a remote meeting with us to nail down a couple issues so that the app could work to meet our specific needs.
