"You're not allowed to have X amount of variants in category Y!" This is causing way too many errors between Shopify and eBay. Makes it difficult to list items. In my personal opinion, and please don't take offense, but adding product variants — especially from established manufacturers/vendors — is industry standard. So eBay is way too hostile to listings... Either catch up with the retailing industry or go back to being a obscure home seller/auctioneer website.

This app description is a little misleading. It is designed to sync from Shopify to eBay, not the other way. So if I update quantity in eBay, it never goes to the Shop store. Orders did sync, but not manual updates from eBay. The description says it can seamlessly sync inventory instantly.. not exactly true. Also the free trial was a bit of a scam. It only imports 50 products, then you have to pay to upgrade to try to manually import or sync a product, because it already hit the limit. It's an expensive software for what it does. It is only a very basic inventory sync, and was going to be $30 a month for me. It doesn't even sync prices. To be fair, support was very responsive and helpful, quick to respond. I just think there's better apps for the money that can do way more.

I've edited my review to one star. Only after using the app for five months did we figure out our inventory updates we make on eBay do not sync to our Shopify store. Nowhere in the documentation for DPL's integrator can you find this, this was only discovered by contacting customer support at DPL. I'm FURIOUS this was not disclosed. There are two way apps with high ratings that are 1/3 the cost. I cannot stress this enough: IF YOU PRIMARILY DO UPDATES ON EBAY DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP!!!!

The integration of Shopify to eBay is a very complex issue as the systems don't always have a 1:1 mapping of fields, terms, prices etc. the DPL app covers 99% of the issues I would consider in this regard, with a solution often alreayd in place. Because of the complex nature of the integration from one platform to another, it isn't always obvious what setting to use or how to get the app to work as intended, but the customer support chat is very helpful and responsive and has always helped me out.
