Overall, Webgility is doing what it's meant to do for us. We have it currently integrating the transactions for our Amazon accounts and are now working on also syncing our Shopify stores, so that all transactions process into Quickbooks automatically. The setup to get everything working the way we'd like did take some time, but Faizan and Webgility's support team have definitely been good in working through the challenges with us.

It is always nervous changing programs, but we went for it. It took about a month to set up and get going but we are up and running now. We worked with Faizan, who worked hard to get us up and running smoothly while training us.

The WebGility onboarding team was very helpful and quick on the initial setup. This caused a bit of an issue as a few months into it, we discovered the Shopify Clearing Account in QB wasn't set up correctly. Had to make a correction. But, onboarding and customer service are very knowledgeable and responsive. This has been a good overall experience so far, with some hiccups.

The manual process of importing and posting from our sales channels was becoming time consuming. After much research, we decided on Webgility as the connector from our sales channels to our Azure cloud server and QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise. The installation process was very simple and did not have any negative effects on our server processes. Webgility provided multiple onboarding Zoom trainings, separating each relevant component of the application by training session. We worked with Faizan Sheikh, who was extremely professional, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and most of all patient. Faizan took each element and explained the function and operation instructions in a very step-by-step and detailed manner. After our last training today, Webgility is fully operational, there are no issues and the integration processes are running transparently downloading and posting orders, payouts and settlement reports directly into QuickBooks. Works great with Quickbooks Enterprise, we post the sales receipts consolidated to match deposits and not overburden QB with too many sales receipts. I wished Webgility for QB Online worked the same, but consolidation only works with automation in that version and therefore does not line up with deposits. It needs a manual consolidation option like desktop.

We have two Shopify stores that we were previously manually entering all of the orders into QB desktop before fulfillment. With Webgility, we now have all orders automatically entered into QuickBooks and once we ship, then Shopify is automatically updated with the tracking information and marking the order as fulfilled. This is saving us countless hours each month and now high-volume order days are just as easy to manage as lower volume days. David, our implementation consultant, was great to work with. He really sought to understand our processes and setup Webgility to work within our process and get the most out of the automation. The app itself is robust and flexible. We had certain conventions we were using operationally prior to switching, such as importing paid Shopify orders as Sales Receipts and using unpaid Invoices for our B2B customers, which Webgility was able to preserve. This makes continuity in reporting much easier! There are also many conveniences Webgility has embedded in their platform, such as recording processing fees, offering error reports, and flexibility in how items are mapped. However, we were especially impressed with the customer service. Faizan was our onboarding rep, and he was very methodical and patient- he went through our concerns one by one, and made sure all items were investigated and resolved. We are a company with years of history and operational protocols, and it was a relief to work with an agent who knew the software and was able to make it work with us, rather than us having to change our operations to match the default settings. I would highly recommend Webgility if you are looking to automate syncing information from one system to another.

Come to Webgility from different apps since it was often breakdown with errors and i'm glad that Webgility make my life easier and less stressful. The cost is acceptable (cheaper than other Apps) but the services are way better. I got many consulting appts with features and setting up, follow up to make sure i am comfortable with the apps and everything runs smoothly. They are trying to assist to any questions and any small specific requests. Shout out for the Onboaring Teams, who are very helpful for my set up. Also, we use RightNetwork for our QuickBooK Desktop, which is need more specific set up/ apps to make it go well. But Webgility is no issue with it. I hope the Apps will delelope some more future where i can sync the sale orders but payment can be applied with the invoices. This way will help a lot of customers like me who have to spend a lot o f time to apply payment for online sales.

The scheduler for automation is helpful. Everything is sooo customizable so that it makes it easy to fit the way we do our books. The price is steep but the software is worth it. This is soooo much better than the default Quickbooks Desktop Connector that the Shopify-Quickbooks Migration Team failed to implement.

We used Webgility QB Desktop for quickbooks and it was absolutely seamless. Our orders were imported in real time and our inventory was always synced. We’re currently in the process of switching to Webgility Desktop for Netsuite. We have explored a number of options for connecting Netsuite to Shopify. Webgility Netsuite Desktop is more affordable than most of the other options but more importantly offers far superior support. We’ve decided to stop using Netsuite’s native connector in favor of Webgility and we can already see how it is a superior product in terms of maintaining accurate data. Most importantly, Webgility’s set up time is relatively short compared to other solutions that have quoted 8+ weeks. Webgility’s setup should only take a few days. Faizan has gone absolutely above and beyond in answering all of our questions and helping us explore all our unusual edge cases to make sure that we are completely comfortable with Webgility before going live.

Boooooo! Webgility renewed our annual subscription to the tune of $588 after we went out of business. We received no notification of this upcoming charge, which would have prompted us to cancel, but Webgility only says that "it must have gone into spam" and that "it is a corporate policy that they do not issue refunds". Instead, they tried to roll it over into a credit for a monthly plan. They can't seem to wrap their collective heads around what it means to be "out-of-business." This is the ONLY vendor who has brazenly taken advantage of our small business that had gone under in a last ditch cash grab. If you're a small business, stay away from Webgility. They only care about what they can extract from you.

Our company uses Shopify Plus and QuickBooks Enterprise (QBE) in a hosted environment. We were looking for an automated application to download all Shopify orders into QBE. After reaching out to several companies we decided to go with Webgility. The initial process for us was lengthy as we were downloading historical transactions. The Webgility team assisted with finding the proper hosting environment. Once we got past the historical posting automation we reset settings and we have been able to run smoother and have seen an improvement with posted orders/ payouts and inventory management. The Webgility support team has been fantastic even with the time zone difference. Thanks to all especially Faizan and Kanishk for being here to assist with all our questions, concerns and and getting everything running to par.

Our implementation guide was Prerit Agrawal, He is a very patient human. He had multiple people on zooms asking questions at the same time. We have successfully set up two store on webgility. We have a couple more to go. I don't think I could do it myself, but will schedule another zoom when we are ready. Prerit explained what we would accomplish on each zoom and then would stick to the schedule and get it done. He is very knowledgeable about your product and knows quite a bit about Quickbooks. It has been very difficult to find something to replace the manual download and upload of transaction data we used to record invoices and payments. Most of the integrations out there only work with Quickbooks online, so I'm so happy Webgility invented the solutions that works for us! The implementation is quick and very professional.... Faizan is amazing -- he quickly understood our business process and was able to set up the robust accounting options that worked perfectly. The interface is (mostly) intuitive and extremely useful, drawing attention to the items that require intervention or setup in order to post correctly. We were a past Connex user for a year. It just was one problem after another with little resolution from their tech team. Countless hours were spent on troubleshooting. Initially we had some issues with Webgility syncing to QB Enterprise due to the size of our QB file, but their tech team was patient, and competent, and have resolved all of the problems. Now it works great saving us a ton of time. I would strongly recommend this software.

Webgility is an app that helps consolidate information and organize it in a way that makes it manageable to do accounting and inventory tracking. That being said we did not forsee the learning curve or time that was needed to implement this software. Be prepared to invest some time to get this software up and running correctly. The implementation team was a great help but sometimes support and the development team seem like they don't know the answer to our questions. The good news is they are very responsive and will work with you directly to resolve the issue at hand.
