I’ve had such a great experience with EComposer. Update: I don't know if staff has changed or switched out but I had to downgrade my subscription, essentially was confused on the billing cycle (of course my fault) but instead of explaining to me I wouldn't be getting a refund for the charge even though I cancelled the subscription, I was put through a circle of conversations, screenshots, and waiting. Eventually I was told to wait until the charge went through, send them a screenshot, and then I would be refunded. Instead of correcting this false information, when I finally did it after waiting for the charge to go through, I essentially was told that after looking through the charge date, it does not align with their refund. This confused me because my talks with them were so long and then I was essentially fed a false positive when all they had to initially tell me was, it was past refund policy. I do like this app a lot, but that experience definitely led me to put some stars down. I have been using this app for 3 years now so this is an unfortunate update. ---------------------------------------------------------------- What an amazing app! I've been using it for a minute now and the customization is amazing! And very clean. The only issue I had was when I updated the theme, the app disappeared as a function. But after talking to their customer service representitive, Jade, she got it working in less then ten minutes and everything was fine. She did amazing and speedy work, I was surprised. Anywho, highly recommend and if you have any troubles, their customer service is very fast and very effective.

I like so much the template feature of the EComposer Landing Page Builder and that informations, photos, videos and all content that is created in a landing page can be handled by a person that does not have programmer abilities. Even I do not have engineer or software background, all the menus, buttons and options I would say that are self explanatory. The support team has a lot of experience, are quickly in responses and very happy to help. Every time when I had interactions with their support team, was a safety conversations and always my problems have been succesfully solved.

Customer Support: I took a long break from the site and just got back in today to try to fix some formatting issues. Initially, I tried figuring it out and even asked Shopify Sidekick to help because I really don't like reaching out to "customer support". I wasn't able to figure things out on my own and resigned my fate to clicking the support chat button expecting hours or days before this gets resolved through email exchanges. To my surprise, someone from support got back to me in less than a few mins. And even bigger surprise was it was an actual person!! The exchange was quick since Anna, the support staff, was very detailed in her responses complete with screenshots. EComponser App: There is a bit of a learning curve to the tool but things are quite intuitive once you get used to them. The free version is generous and allows you to launch MVP and validate PMF. PS We should really take a moment to appreciate moments when we encounter these beautiful endangered creatures.

A perfect app that I’ve been spending a lot of time experimenting with to create and finalize my perfect product page. The app is extremely good, and the range of features is impressive , even in the free version. As soon as the app has fully proven itself, I will upgrade to the paid full version and build my entire website with it. BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY: the support! I love this app for various reasons! First they have a free plan that I am currently using! This is essential as I am still building traffic and sales to my page so wherever I can save money I'll take it. I am dissatisfied with the eComposer app. From the moment it was installed, it completely disrupted the layout of our Shopify site by changing the default fonts, despite the settings being correctly configured in our theme. The font that is supposed to display for regular text is Lora, but Playfair Display appears instead. This issue is unacceptable for a professional online store. The customer support tried to help, but it was useless. I strongly discourage anyone from using this app if they want to maintain a functional and professional Shopify site. It is a waste of time and energy, and it negatively impacts the user experience for our customers (the typography imposed by the theme is not pleasant to the eye and drives potential customers away from our store). Very disappointed.

Came from WordPress and the whole theme thing in Shopify is extremely hard to wrap the head around. EComposer is very close to Elementor which I got used to on WordPress. So far it is very similar and easy to work with.

So far so good. There's a learning curve, but plenty of documentation. I did have a very frustrating issue that, once I opened a chat with support, got fixed very quickly. I am due a refund for unused services. I have previously requested this through your support chat and was directed to Shopify for a refund. Shopify states that Ecomposer is responsible for this refund and is declining to resolve the issue. They have reached out to your team for resolution. I have not heard anything back from your team, and I still have a yearly charge on my billing statement for your service which I never used and already deleted. 2 minutes after subscribing, I downgraded and requested a refund because I was not satisfied with the application on my store. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. UPDATE: ECOMPOSER IS A TERRIBLE APP AND SERVICE. I was hoping Ecomposer would resolve the issue. Seeing as I was charged for an entire year of service without using the horrible application and only downloaded the app onto my shopify store for about 2 minutes to realize it was run-of-the-mill and just like any other landing page builder. I didn't use ANY of the application features because it wasn't any good. Deleted the app immediately after 2 minutes. Have gone through customer support at ecomposer, and they said they couldn't help me, and that I'd need to reach out to Shopify customer support. Well, Shopify customer support said that is not accurate, and Shopify support has filed Ecomposer as unwilling to assist a customer. Shopify support has reached out too Ecomposer to resolve the issue that they are unwilling to fix. So far, I've seen Ecomposer drop my billing charge from a yearly charge down to a monthly Pro charge..why? I shouldn't owe anything for this horrible application. I have emailed Ecomposer's support team 5 times over the last month WITH NO RESPONSE FROM THEM. They are thieves and their customer service is despicable. If my bill is not entirely resolved, don't be surprised if they are removed from the Shopify app store, because either I nor Shopify will allow this to go without consequence.

One major pain point we faced early on was managing content on product templates. EComposer’s Shopify Sections feature solved this perfectly by allowing us to inject and manage custom content directly on product templates without repetitive manual edits. I’ve been using EComposer since 2022, and it has been more than three years working closely with this app on my store. As someone with no technical background, the drag-and-drop editor truly felt like a game-changing invention for my business. It allows me to easily customize product pages and layouts without touching any code. Recently, I tried Editor 3.0, and the new A/B Testing feature has been extremely valuable. It lets me compare different layouts and clearly identify which version performs better. Thanks to this, I’ve been able to optimize my layouts and noticeably improve my conversion rate. I also really appreciate the layout sync feature. Even after changing my Shopify theme, syncing and reusing existing pages was smooth and straightforward, which saved me a lot of time and effort. There is a small limitation: editing section backgrounds can sometimes be a bit tricky, especially when trying to quickly locate and replace the correct background layer. Hope they can improve soon to make it easier to use.
