amazingly good software for A/B testing, the optionality and customizability couldn't be any better, they are very engaged with the clients as well and take your suggestions very seriously which on it's on is very valuable, the 14 days trial makes it very worth while to understand the value it's bringing and more than enough to explore it's options before committing to any payment which I always look for in a new app

If you want to lose your money, then go with this service—zero support. It’s a service with a ton of problems: in my first test, it sent everything to a page that wouldn’t load, and in the second test, it sent all the traffic to the control version. I’ve been in e-commerce for many years, but this is one of the worst experiences of my life! If you want sales and decent service, these guys are definitely not the ones to go with!

The best A/B testing tool i've ever used. Ive used intelligems, replo, mida, and vwo - and for me elevate is the clear winner. MCP access with claude, amazing UI, you can do almost everything that you can do on intellegims. But its much more fairly priced. The team is awesome and highly supportive as well.

We've been using the platform for just over a month now as a pretty non-technical team just getting started with CRO. Elevate is such an easy and intuitive platform to use and presents very rich data in an easy to understand manner. They take feedback and implement changes very quickly, there are many tutorials and ideas provided and they also have a free call with one of the experts to map a CRO journey for you. We love using the platform and try to launch a test at least once every 7-10 days. They also have an integration with Microsoft Clarity to visually see the impact of the A/B tests. Heaps of features and amazing support!

Very happy with the app. I love that it gives AI suggestions for tests. Many of the tests can be set up with just a few clicks. I'm not much of a coder, so I appreciate the ease of set-up. I’ve tried multiple A/B testing platforms, and Elevate is by far the superior option. What I love most is the intuitive UX and how easy it is to set tests up. I’m not a particularly advanced tech person, so this has been a huge benefit for me. The customer support has also been outstanding. The team has been incredibly helpful and quick to assist with troubleshooting whenever I’ve needed it. I’m only four days into running tests, and the results have already blown me away. Came across this app after experimenting with Google optimize. I would say this is more user friendly to review impact of the test. Also, much easier to set up than Google Optimize in my opinion. The customer service is also helpful with request. Highly recommend.

This is a really great app for growing Shopify stores that want to start improving their conversion rates. I started running A/B tests on a few of my products and I'm already seeing an increase in conversion rate just by changing images and text. Setting up an A/B test is really simple and I can experiment with just about anything on my products including price.
