I’ve had a great experience using this app for my business. I would highly recommend Infoshore. Customer Service and response time have been outstanding. Proceed with caution before using this app! We used this for several years to manage stock syncing between eBay and Shopify. It worked OK most of the time - there were occasional glitches but we put up with it. Support was helpful although despite responding quickly it often seemed like they were clutching at straws trying to solve issues, which I expect contained a fair bit of guess work on their part. The main issue came when some kind of glitch in their system sent a mass 'end listing' command to all of our several thousand ebay listings - deleting almost 10yrs worth of history and data on some of them. They then restored the listings but also added bizarre incorrect stock levels to items and re-listed things we'd deleted months ago due to being out of stock resulting in mass over-selling. When the items weren't over-selling, they were continuing to 'mass end' each evening at 7pm. I simply could not trust them any more so have uninstalled the app and found a different provider. Our listings are now no-longer ending at 7pm each evening... I would have had a bit more respect for them as a company if they had taken ownership of this issue rather than deny all knowledge of it being anything to do with them.

I have been using this app since 2019 and couldn't be happier. We have an extremely high volume eBay store (over 35,000 listings) and it took a ton of time trying to bring our listings over and keep them up to date. This app has solved all of our problems and it does it virtually instantly. The support is fantastic and solves any issue you have within minutes. They even stripped out the HTML of our eBay templates so it imports over in a better SEO format. This has allowed us to grow our presence away from eBay and has saved us thousands in selling fees while gaining the ability to create our own customer base for email marketing. I have tried all of the "importing" tools and that is, by far, the easiest and most powerful tool available. Try it, you won't be disappointed.

Sync works for t itle and category. it lacks basic specification sync. they will offer to custom map but candidly the are offering to map as custom what others do as standard. for the money sell brite and others are a better value. additionally it is not reliably downcounting the inventory back in shopify when a market place sell happens. good begning but use a more tested app instead like sellbrite etc

Support team is very good. I just wish that they were closer to my time zone when I do most of my work. But that’s not on the team. Pankaj has been very helpful as well as the other team members with assisting me in transitioning my eBay business to Shopify. We chose this eBay integration app because of other's reviews and this Infoshore app also seemed to do exactly what we wanted in a way that we could understand (no AI and not too many extras that we will never use). Transferring products from Shopify to eBay was quick and easy. The app is a great tool for setting up an eBay shop, especially if you have many products. Synchronization of data after orders via eBay also works flawlessly. We had to pay €60 for a small custom code, which I think is reasonable. All in all, I can recommend the app and the support.

I’ve been with this app for a year, and only recently did my small team and I realise just how many things they had set up incorrectly. They would say one issue was fixed, but every “fix” created another problem — and they repeatedly asked for more money for tasks they could have resolved with a simple click. Extremely disappointed. I joined expecting my inventory and product data to be handled accurately. Instead, their system created widespread SKU and part‑number mismatches across thousands of products, including brand‑new items their own team added. This led to refunds, incorrect orders, and serious damage to the accuracy of my eBay inventory. My CSV and supplier feed were correct; the errors only appeared after their sync. I now have over 26,000 products that require manual correction because of the changes their system made. Support consistently deflected responsibility and offered only a small partial refund despite the significant impact on my business. I’ve had to escalate the issue to my bank and Shopify. Use with caution.

As a small/new business coming to the online platform, I started to sell on eBay first. I then want to have my own platform in which I can build my own brand and provide exclusive deals. This is the best app out there. It is the only one I have used that allows 2-way sync with tons of customization. Pankaj is amazing. He customized my product import so all of the item specifics were imported to my Shopify listings. It works seamlessly. When I update something on eBay, it syncs quickly to Shopify. We “EASY CAR PARTS LTD” recently started using INFOSHORE’s services as the company we used before shut down with very short notice. WOW! 5 stars and more if I could leave more... I left Shopify Marketplace Connect to come to this app and it DOES NOT disappoint! I am so extremely pleased with amount of customization that this app can provide. I was struggling with my previous app because there were specific items from vendors that I didn't want synced over to eBay, and that app did not allow for any blocking of items - it was all or nothing. Im so happy I found InfoShore - they have been able to accommodate every need and build out features very quickly. I have worked personally with Pankaj - who is a GEM! I started with the free version and after a week of playing around in their app, quickly upgraded to the silver version. If you're struggling like I was with other apps that have no ability or drive to work with your companies needs, then leave them, and give this app a try. I was also able to use this app and test it out while still using my other app. It became very apparent InfoShore was the way to go. Hope this helps someone else out there!

Tried to use this app for syncing 'inventory only' between my shopify and ebay stores. Both platforms already had all listings live, I just wanted to link stock via SKU which I was told was possible. Straight away it was clear my needs were overlooked. My ebay listings were duplicated onto my shopify store (I use different style images on different platforms). So i had 2x every product on shopify for many brands/vendors. Every time I raised the issue, I was told it was not possible for their app to do this. The proof was plain as day, as you could see the duplicate listings on my shopify store literally had my ebay style images. I had to point this out time, and time again before they would always eventually admit fault, and promise to resolve it/it never happen again. This was not the case. Every time I added new products, synced the Inforshore app, the issue would repeat. Every time they tried to resolve it, it was like they just restored my shopify store to an older version, which was not ideal as we'd lose a weeks work in updating our store, and whole vendors would get removed/go missing. After the usual 'its not our fault, its not possible for our app do to this' and me having to take time out of the day to explain how its obvious (honestly like speaking to children) I had enough, and uninstalled the app. They knew they were in the wrong, as I received my initial setup fee back, with minimal resistance. Best part of their service was how quickly they managed to disappear and return my money, leaving me to tidy up the monumental mess they made of my shopify store. How this is a recommended app is beyond me. I have since found multiple similar services for similar prices that work much better. Take extra time to look around, and DO NOT use Inforshore.

We used this app for around 2 years from back when there was no other competition but we have now thankfully moved on. 2 years of stress, problems, unhappy customers and worse. To briefly explain, we have a large store, 8000+ items. All matched and imported from eBay, most of the time it works ok. But it is slow to spot new eBay items and even then, not all of them. This led to discrepancies of stock. Sometimes it would decide not to correctly amend stock. One of our final straw issues was finding that over 1000 items had never been imported dating back almost the 2 full years! Contacting customer service with an issue was painful. I would explain an issue and then next thing "Thank you for your concern, I have now changed X,Y&Z on your website" this would normally have the opposite or a problematic affect on our website and wouldn't actually resolve the issue. Normally causing us more issues. One of the worst app experiences of my life. This app has been so bad, my wife has commented on how often I complain about how bad it is. But back 2 years ago there was no company that did exactly what we needed except this one so we had no choice. It was so bad we actually took the plunge to move the week before Black Friday! Which was a risk, but I am so glad we did it. Now there are loads of other options out there and most are much cheaper. Best of luck!

We tried for two months to get this app to deliver on ability to synch between Shopify and eBay on trading cards. We had multiple upcharge requests asked as a condition to make the app work as needed which was frustrating. Last we left off we were going to get quoted for a 'customization' that would help us accomplish task of another selling site being able to read and pull items from Shopify... after multiple asks and over a month of waiting for quote, we're just having to cut bait on almost two months of trying to make this work out and start all over. Summary... ensure and double check this app does exactly what you need it to accomplish using the 5-item free option before purchasing, and if you are asked to additional money for the app to do its job, move on.

If you require the unit price on your products, DO NOT get this app. It does not import the unit price. I have asked them to do it, gave them permission to my store and they changed something in the code, DESPITE the unit price being an option in the product view on shopify. They did not even implement it correctly. After they reverted the changes, they told me they would work on importing the correct thing. That was 1 month ago. They told me numerous times "We are working on it" "I will update you tommorow" (Sometimes didn't even update me the next day and straight up ignored me), but it is still not done. Would have been a lot better if you just said you are not capable of doing it, instead of wasting my time.

I'm really starting to wish I hadn't chosen this importer/integration app. I have had nothing but problems with this importer. This app is supposed to integrate your Shopify and eBay stores, removing items from eBay when they sell on Shopify. They have reimported my items and I'm still having this issue. This was the beginning of August, now we are at the end of September. And I still have to manually remove items from eBay. Unfortunately this has led to overselling to no fault of my own. Pankaj reluctantly refunded my last month payment. I paid for a year, so I am stuck for the next 8 months unfortunately.

The app was good at first, although now it is not updating in real time. The listings from ebay are sometimes taking over 24 hours to import to our shopify store. As someone who posts our products daily on our social media platforms (an rely heavily on our social media following to convert sales) I'm now constantly being hounded by our followers asking where our products are, and why aren't they listed on the website? This is because they ARE NOT being updated to shopify in real time (like promised by the ap). I've reached out to customer service MULTIPLE times and they keep trying to tell me there is nothing wrong and it should only take a few minutes for items to transfer over. This is not true, the items are not transferring over and like I mentioned before, are sometimes taking over 24 full hours to show up on my shopify store. For example, I have over 30 products that were listed at 8 am this morning, its now 12:30 am the next day, over 16 hours later, and they are still NOT listed on my shopify store. If this issue isn't resolved soon, be weary of their promise to offer "real time importing" as that just isn't true.

We decided to use this app after some unfortunate luck with a more popular app. We had over 1,100+ items to cross post to our Shopify website! It was sooo fast compared to the other application we tried to use, and we are SO glad we made the switch! No headaches, no stress, super easy. The only issue we had was a handful of images did not cross over with all the info so I had to take some time to add the appropriate photos. I really needed this app and it does what it says on the Tin, but boy is the dashboard missing a trick or 2, please can you do some really simple widgets to show, items imported, items to reimport, the number of new items imported since xxx, etc ... it would be worth the extra cost, then i would know if i need to do anything or not with Ebay, Amazon and the shopify tool

I needed some customization so that my Shopify collections would line up precisely with my eBay store categories. Creating a regular conditions based collection didn't quite work for your products and there is quite a bit of keyword overlap. I am not tech savvy at all. Pankaj Narang at infoshore patiently helped me and answered all of my questions. He ended up creating some custom modifications within the app so that my eBay store categories will now translate perfectly to my collections automatically. He saved me so much time and did all this extra work and customization at no charge! It was awesome.

So far so good. Have been looking for syncing software for about a year now as tried many but either they dont work, dont meet my needs or both. Had to have a few mods in the begining and the support for this was great - like the fact that i use templates on my ebay listings and can't bring them over to shopify as all my clickable links lead back to ebay and not the shop. My Main Store without having to push traffic to it is Ebay. I spent a lot of money driving traffic to my Shopify store but once I found eBay Professional Importer then I made my Shopify store a replica of my Ebay store and every time I sell an item on Ebay it now appears on Shopify as removed and when I add to Ebay this importer adds to Shopify.
