Inkedjoy is seriously NEXT LEVEL creativity. I love this app! They were able to code my store with app embeds allowing my customers to choose which size mugs, character skin color, hair color, clothing features and custom names on personalized mugs, wine glasses, tumblers and T-Shirts. There's also a branding program where they will print out your brand name on the tags on clothing. Exceptional service. 10 out of 10 I highly recommend!

I ordered samples for my brand and I am extremely disappointed. Material: The fabric is extremely thin and cheap. It becomes see-through when stretched (especially the hoodies). It feels like low-budget plastic, not clothing. Sizing: The joggers are way oversized and the fit is completely off. Print Quality: I ordered a tank top and half of the print was missing/cut off. If you are building a serious brand, look elsewhere. This quality is unacceptable for retail.

Muy mala experiencia con esta plataforma. Hicimos un pedido de prueba de varios modelos de zapatillas deportivas diseñados para nuestra marca. Al margen de que la calidad de los materiales no son los mejores (las imágenes virtuales mienten), las impresiones estaban mal ubicadas, con logotipos impresos del revés, incluso, y otros pegados a las suelas, cuando en el diseño no estaban así. Y baja calidad de impresión en otros, con letras que no se leen bien. La respuesta fue que el proveedor lo hace así y que el error fue nuestro porque elegimos un modelo de espejo, algo que no especifican bien en la web y no queda nada claro. Se han lavado las manos y tras un gasto de más de 150 euros en la prueba, nos ofrecen 5 euros para próximas compras. Si inkedjoy pretende competir así con otras compañías en el mercado POD van por mal camino. Mala experiencia que no sé volverá a repetir.

Don't be fooled by all the 5-star reviews you see on Shopify (or Trustpilot). I don't know how they managed to get them, but based on my experience, I highly doubt they are legitimate. Basically, if you have a problem with your orders (processing time, for example), you'll find the service to be completely mediocre. Orders waiting to be processed for a month (in the middle of the Christmas season... help!) The person who is supposed to be my account manager doesn't respond to my numerous messages. And the other person in customer service only knows how to give you generic answers (it's being processed, it's in progress... same answer after several messages), which don't help you deal with your customers' frustration. Getting a refund is a real battle. I'm trying products made directly in the US to see if they are treated better than those from China. PS: the quality is okay... nothing more.

If they are not online they always follow up via email. If there is one thing I hope they can improve is the sewing bit as sometimes missing stitches and hanging threads can be seen. Quality check before sending can help all this. This will help us to ensure quality is guaranteed when products are being send to our customers. Im in the us. The customer service is pretty quick. They respond via email and will work with you on requests for your store. Don't think they won't respond because they will. It may take a few days but that's because if time differences I worked with Paul and he responded back and forth about my shipping requests. He was very responsive and did a great job!

I've been using InkedJoy for quite a few months and am pleased with their service. I like that I'm able to create multiple patterns with one product, which is not always the case with other POD suppliers. Their team is willing to help navigate issues and resolve them. Many of their products do come from overseas from the US, which have been pretty quick to be delivered. Only thing I would prefer is to have more products available in the US as an even quicker turnaround time for my customers.

I've always received an excellent service from Inkedjoy with prompt responses to any questions I may have. It's a great starter app for anybody starting out who wants to brand their merchandise with a label, tags, bag, etc., and at an affordable price, too . There is room for improvement in the app itself, but overall, I highly recommend.

I am trying to design for swimsuits and beachwear. I was looking for suppliers with the widest possible range of models. Printful and Printify do not provide such an opportunity. And the prices there are not competitive. I was very happy when I came across Inkedjoy. The range of possible swimsuits suited me completely. And the price, even with delivery, is quite enough to be on the market. BUT! As a test, I ordered 8 different swimsuits. Exactly 14 days (!!!) I received them. I would like to note that the print quality is excellent. The color that was on my computer was fully reproduced. The packaging was not damaged. Each swimsuit was in a separate package non sealed bag. Each swimsuit had a hygiene sticker at the bottom. And then there were sheer disappointments. Fabric. This is not just a “Cheap” product. This fabric is not suitable for swimsuits at all. I can’t find the right word. Probably the word “loose” fits best .It is stated that it is 82% Polyester and 18% Spandex. Maybe. But the fabric is not so dense that after entering the water it will hang like a rag. I have not tested this fabric for contact with pool water saturated with chlorine, but I believe that it will give a good result will not. Now about the models themselves. The first thing that catches your eye is the use of only black thread in all models, even with a light pattern. It looks like a handicraft production from a small workshop. The elastic bands inserted into the bikini briefs are so weak that I think women with a non-standard figure there may be problems when leaving the water. The inserts in the top are kind of rough, single-layer and hard. And in the end it turns out that even if I make a “brilliant” color design, I cannot sell this product. It is completely uncompetitive. I would like to appeal to managers of Inkedjoy. Do you understand that people like me have to compete with Temu and Shien? They have a gorgeous nylon swimsuit that costs $9 with shipping! And a swimsuit made of 82% Polyamide and 18% Elastin costs $15. And these fabrics are great!!! Do you want to give the market completely to these monsters??? I am very upset... Maybe I will use your service for other products. But the dream of designing swimsuits remains just a dream for now...

I just received a sample of my products I designed and the quality is exceptional! I cannot wait to purchase more samples and showcase to my customers. The level of customer service has also been exceptional; they are super responsive and very helpful. A couple of things to note: 1. Just because a shipping label is created doesn't mean the items are ready to ship that day. My items did not ship until many days later causing a delay in my expectation of receiving the items. Now that I am aware of this I will make sure to add in a buffer of 3-5 additional days from the date the tracking label is made to when the items are actually shipped. 2. The laser cut wood earrings DO NOT come assembled. I have already advised them that this disclaimer should be in the product description so other shop owners are aware before purchasing the product. It was easy to assemble, however, I cannot dropship these items to customers because of it. Overall I am extremely pleased with the level of service from Inked Joy and am very happy to continue my partnership with them in designing custom clothing!

They have some stuff going for them, but the quality destroys any good that they have. **second update** The products did eventually arrive to customers after approx. 3 weeks, all with massive quality issues. The items look nothing like what you would expect from mockups, the fabric is sheer and the printing looks really diluted. The "branding" is just them cutting off the old tag that is sewn in during the construction of the garment (leaving behing the part that is sewn in and the threads) and sewing on a new tag, which looks messy and you can tell was not done during the original construction, then attaching a poorly printed swing tag and putting the item in a poorly printed plastic bag. The plastic bags are all 1 size so a pair of women's underwear is loose in a bag sized for a men's T-shirt. I have had to issue 8 refunds and close my store due to this. **update** The design tool is great and Wendy is very nice, however the app has a lot of issues intergrating with Shopify. When a customer places an order it is not fulfilled automatically, you have to log in to Inkedjoy and pay manually to place the order. Lots of technical issues. Orders showing as "fulfilled" on Shopify and customers recieving emails saying their items are on the way when they haven't been fulfilled yet, and others showing "not fulfilled" when they should say "processing". Got many emails from Shopify saying that InkedJoy has rejected my request for fulfillment but Wendy assures me that they will be fulfilled anyway. Also very slow processing. One of my customers ordered an item 2 weeks ago with express postage, 9 days later InkedJoy finally said it was fulfilled and added tracking, but the tracking still does not show that the item is on it's way. I have had to send a refund to the customer at my own expense as InkedJoy told me they don't do refunds. All orders take over a week before they are posted and tracking for all of my orders still shows "unknown" even after many days so I have no clue where any of my orders are at this stage.

I've tried several POD sites and for the moment I'm satisfied with inkedjoy. Customer service is very quick in responding. The first order was a month late, so I wrote to them and they explained that it was because I ordered too many different products. As long as inkedjoy needs me to pay for something they are attentive, like when they needed me to pay for their branding service, but I have asked them multiple questions through their chat/ticketing system and they have not responded to me. I had a question about my first order, and they quickly sent me a tracking number when I placed the order, but the tracking number does not have any data in it, so I can only assume that they haven’t shipped it yet. I asked multiple times as to the status and have gotten no response.

They are SCAMMERS!!! DO NOT USE THEM AT ALL! They refuse to issue a refund! So, I got involved with these scammers on my own and really regretted it. I wrote to their support team to have the design printed in the center of the pocket, but they still printed it so that half was on the pocket and half on the shirt. I sent a photo, but they wrote that this is how it should be and that they will not issue a refund! If you have problems with a design, then you should know that they won't help you at all! You'll also have to pay for shipping back such a bad quality item!

Do not choose this pod. They refuse to arrange a refund if the item is of bad quality. They don't respond for several days. I have contacted them multiple times and no reaction at all. The customer service is very rude. They don't want to help you. After receiving the package I was very disappointed. The collar of the sweatshirt is very loose and the material is very thin and looks worn out. Choose them if you want but I will never choose them again!

not overlay impressed with the order sync functionality of this app so far. Orders do not sync to the app, at least in real time. I placed a test order and there is nothing n my account on the app even after an hour. There was an option in Shopify to fulfill the order through inkedjoy, but that's it and it does not put the order in the app where it can be seen. I am curious to how they have received so many good reviews, so far I'm not really seeing it. UPDATE: I removed this app in 1 day. No response from customer support, there support info on their site on the help page is several lacking and the orders DO NOT sync from shopify to your account in the app. I ran a test order and nothing showed up in the app. So it leaved us sitting here wondering what is going on. AVOID THIS APP. I am scratching my head trying to understand the good reviews on here. Are they fake because I just do not see how anyone could be happy with this app running like this and the slow non existent response from customer support. .

I have had a pleasant experience so far with InkedJoy (or as they were previously called Eprolo) I launched my brand in November/December and saw a few orders come in. So far, I've had relative success in bringing new customers via social media and I've fulfilled all my orders through InkedJoy. I haven't had any problems and I'm hoping they're as reliable at scale so I can grow my store with them. The products we've gotten were actually pretty impressive in terms of quality and matching the look I was going for. This app is a trip. I paid for their branding project under Inkedjoy and now they want me to pay another 20.00 under their old company Eprolo. Beware of what they are doing. I'm filing a fraud claim with paypal and moving on to another app that doesnt do this to you. Stay AWAY from them.

UPDATE 7FEB23: So this does not work like printify or printful. Customers make orders on shopify, and then you as the store owner have to make an order with InkedJoy. That is tedious! When you have hundreds of people making orders... You basically have to make hundreds of orders with inkedjoy yourself. Fix this, and I will add you back to our store. // I will change this review when Inkedjoy gets back to me. It says this is a Print on Demand service. The customization and products look amazing. However, the shipping does not work. I integrated Inkedjoy into my Shopify store, but nobody can order anything. It keeps saying the shipping information is wrong. So basically I have hundreds of people trying to make orders, but it is not possible.

I have been using EPROLO since 2019 and so far their services are far much better than other dropship agents. They have multiple shipping options for most countries. If you havent tried it, I highly recommend it. As for EPROLO POD, I have recently installed it and from the track record, I am sure it is not going to disappoint me. 4 star because shipping structure needs improvement but overall, I highly recommend using EPROLO.

As with the main dropshipping EPROLO app, the Print On Demand (POD) version allows me to customize all sorts of shirts, hoodies, and other clothing with different designs to upload into my eCommerce website. Very useless when it comes to POD, too pricey for poor quality. When it comes to shipping...hmmm they use yan wen express for the USA, imagine making products in the USA and shipping them takes 10-15days. their original website seems to have fake reviews, they claim to have more reviews on Shopify but they don't have any on here(this is their first review)
