I had an issue with EDD+ disappearing from my storefront when a new variant is selected - I couldn't figure out myself how to re-load the app every time this happened. Initially the team were of the impression this couldn't be fixed, but this didn't stop them trying! A few emails later to understand the situation and we now have a delivery countdown timer that stays put. It's might be good for the simplest shops but not for the even medium. The main issue the app fully ignored connection to the shipping profiles which is crucial for defining the estimated delivery. Also there is an issue with product templates: if you have more than one (default) product template, it's gonna work only in the (seems) random one. There is no way to it will work in other templates. Maybe some coding would help though. If your shop is small enough, without shipping profiles, without product templates - then it's gonna perfect for you. Free plan is generous and the visual part is good enough.

Honestly not the best customer service. A bit rude and abrupt. I initially had my own trust badges and asked if they could remove it for me (did not know how to) and I emailed asking if they could help again. The reply was "you can do that yourself. see below." - no hello nothing. Update: following my honest review the widget has suddenly “disappeared”…. It is active but disappeared from the store. Definitely a strange experience all together. Feeling very uncomfortable. Would definitely not recommend after this. After having a bad experience with them they will deactivate your widget. The customer service was one thing but this?! Just proved my customer service point. Who “punishes” their customers?

Shopify app store has thousands of apps and only a few of them are designed well with an intuitive and easy to configure interface and timely and intelligent support available when needed. In my opinion, the mark of a well-designed app is that it is fun to setup without having to contact support or read through tedious how-to-manuals. Much like my iPhone. When a customer decides to purchase a product, the burning question usually is that "if I give you my money now, how soon will I receive my goods?" Without a clearly stated answer, the buyer may just walk away. After trying a few apps, we finally settled on the Estimated Delivery-Plus by Coder. We have been using this app for about 11 months now, during this time we have changed our theme three times so far and this app never needed any tune up. It just works. It took us less than 5 minutes to set it up and we never looked back. Customers have relied on its information and we notice that in our product reviews. I wouldn't run my business with apps that are difficult to setup or use. I highly recommend this app to anyone looking for a solid, easy, and affordable solution. As for us, it is money well spent with zero headaches.

Can be a bit difficult to understand at first but once you get an understanding of how things work it's a pretty good app, I've compared it with others app this turned out to be the best option, I've tried like 3 or 4. I've have contacted their customer support twice, I'm pleasantly surprised how quick they are to resolve any issues. oh and they don't waste your time, they just get it done. Customer service was very helpful in figuring out how to fix my hang ups I had with the app. It's not easy to figure out at first but I was able to manage. Be aware that category quotas (when you create a category) is limited to 10 and if you use and delete one it "counts" as one of the 10. I wasn't aware of this but the customer service, after explaining the situation, added back a large number for me to play around with and figure it out. Thanks!

Can only have ONE category with ONE country/zone. Tried to delete the auto synced category, now I can't even create a new one, saying I already have maximum number (which is one). So I'm stuck with 0 categories. Basic functionality of an app like this should be being able to display estimated delivery based on country, but nope. I'm uninstalling it.

Edit: After my review I got fast help and now everything seems to work. Will test it more but so far so good :) Original: I cant add categories for products, because I have a lot of different shipping times and do not want to add them for every single product. For that reason there are categories, right? But I can't add any categories or synchronise them. I get the error "More than the number of categorys added (maximum: 1)" every time. There is no help available or a FAQ ... I cant use the app now but I would really like to because I like the frontend design for the basic progress bar. Did not found anything else on shopify

one of the best EDD app, I tried about 10. they all lack one thing or another. I do suggest [Coder] to let user know how to add more collection. collection = category. Right now it says it's limited to 1, so it won't sync. After you leave a review then it will sync all of collections
