The SetuBridge support team were great help to me today. Customer service is useless. I have sent over 20 emails back and forth regarding bugs and they cannot comprehend the issue or won't do anything about it. There is no way to hide the alert for Out of Stock items with "Continue Selling when out of stock" disabled. This means that if your customer selected a greyed out variant, they are still told that their item will be dispatched.

So I really like this app. It's well polished and looks great. The functionality is good and it's genuinely useful. I had an issue with the automatic geo-locate function working. The app wouldn't detect where the user is located, but I think that may be a theme compatibility issue. I do have to say that support is excellent and they were genuinely concerned and motivated to get their app working 100%. I did find an alternative that worked, but I might have to check back in with this app in the future and see if it's 100% compatible after updates. In short, great app with a few kinks on my end.

Had some teething issues but Jay was super helpful and got the fixes done really quickly. Its fantastic and really good app! Super easy to understand and create templates and quite granular which is helpful if wanting to select different messaging for different products both in and out of stock. Some features in there too that look good but I don't need right now. Really pleased and the response time after coming across an issue with out of stocks not appearing on variants was rapid. Jay went straight into Shopify & sorted within minutes and even helped config the messaging to where I wanted it to show on the page. We were using another Estimated Delivery app for over a year when, suddently it stopped displaying in the shopping cart. After contacting their support, we were informed there was nothing they could do and recommended we find another estimated delivery app. That's when we found SB Estimated Delivery Date ETA. We were having some problems getting this app to display the way we wanted it to in the shopping cart, so we reached out to their support team. The SB support team did what we asked them to do and the Estimate Delivery Date is displaying perfectly! The only reason we are giving this app 4 stars instead of 5 stars is the face that if a customer edits their product after adding to the cart, when they return to the cart, the Estimated Delivery Date is not showing. SB support said it has to do with the app we are using for product personalization. We are reaching out to that app to see if they can address the problem. We would recommend this app to anyone looking for a great estimated delivery app.

First of all the app is very easy to configure and with basic knowledge also very easy to customize. You will have to do some trial and error but you will get the hang of the settings very quickly. I ran into a problem with setting up the delivery time information in our order confirmation email. I also have no clue about coding. Jay from the support team was very friendly and replied quickly and professional to my inquiry. The issue wasn't too easily resolved as it took a couple of trys to get the right configuration. Also that we are based in Germany and everything has to be localized surely didn't help the cause. Afer a short time (under 90 minutes) all issues were resolved and the app is working flawlessly. I am very happy with the support I received and recommend Setubridge to everyone without hesitation. Thanks again to Jay.

Quite a frustrating experience for shops with large inventories. Wanted to exclude the app from appearing on all my digital product pages as they do not require an ETA. But the interface provided by this app to exclude the digital products (I have more than 100+ items, not including archived items) is very lacking and needs major improvement. Filtering for the items by product type was very difficult and I had to resort to manually excluding my digital items one by one, which was time consuming. After seeking assistance, they pointed me towards upgrading my account to use another feature that might help, which only made it more annoying as they should acknowledge on working to improve what should have been working in the first place instead of asking us to pay more. Very frustrating especially for a first time onboarding experience.
