I dont quite understand why there are paid tiers on something that is required by the law. In order to even add information like FAQ links etc to the withdrawal form, I have to pay extra money which doesnt make sense. It was pretty hard to integrate as well. Finally was able to figure it out

This app is very risky for Shopify stores. After installation, it disabled my existing main-page section (`disabled: true`) and replaced it with its own app block to display the withdrawal form. This means regular pages can be turned into withdrawal form pages, which can break product guide pages, technical content pages, and SEO landing pages. The EU withdrawal function should be placed on a dedicated page or added through a safe embedded button. It should not automatically replace existing page content. This caused a serious risk to both SEO and customer experience. I cannot recommend this app unless this behavior is fixed.

Formular wird nach zweimaliger Einrichtung nicht angezeigt. Irgendein Problem mit Javascript das inline eingebettet wird und aufgrund der Sicherheitsrichtlinien vom Browser blockiert wird. Kein Wort dazu in der Dokumentation, Einrichtung kann nicht erfolgreich abgeschlossen werden, App somit unbrauchbar, da hier scheinbar doch mehr programmiertechnisches Wissen vorausgesetzt wird.

Gratis versie werkt prima voor een kleine Shopify-webshop. Het herroepingsformulier en de automatische bevestigingsmails werken goed. De installatie is niet altijd even duidelijk en de standaardteksten vragen wat vertaalwerk, maar uiteindelijk doet de app wat ze belooft.

The setup didn't work. The withdrawal page wasn't automatically created as it should've been and I wasn't even able to add the withdrawal form as a link in the footer instead of a floating button. Which is weird because I was able to do install it easily on my other Shopify store without any errors. I'm guessing the issue might've been the theme, but I don't know. After hours of chatting and waiting for replies, customer support told me they would get it sorted, but it's been days and they didn't. Decided to uninstall and go for a different app instead. One other thing I noticed is that, on the free plan, there is a specific field in the form asking the customer about ''items'' that they ordered and the text box below it says ''Please describe the items you wish to return''. I tried changing the phrasing of this field because besides some physical products, we mostly sell digital products and services. It's kind of a minor thing, but I wish I was able to change it to simply ''Description'' as the main field, and in the text box put ''Which product or service would you like to return''. It looks that customization is part of the paid plan. Anyway, the main reason why I installed this app, was because of it's ratings, but I found better and more seamless apps elsewhere.
