Absolutely the most useful and stable app for orders out there. It's simple, customizable and does exactly what it needs to do without all the fluffy features that nobody uses. I manage 7 Shopify websites and use Exporteo, Fulfilleo, and Stockeo for all of them. We use a fulfillment warehouse that is very picky about how orders are uploaded (via FTP) to their system. With a little help from Lukasz and Dominik at Solvenium to tweak a bit of the code we have exactly what we need. They are very responsive and we are grateful for their expertise.

Exporteo has been a real lifesaver for us. Unlike most export apps, it supports full Liquid templating in XML, which means we can fully customize how our orders are sent to our partners. This flexibility is unique, since other apps mostly only allow fixed mappings, but with Exporteo you can even create mappings that don’t exist in Shopify by building them dynamically in Liquid. And on top of that, the customer service is truly extraordinary.

Exporteo is by far the best app we've dealt with. We were able to create a highly-customized XML order export file to align Shopify with our older ERP system. I honestly don't know how we could have accomplished this without Exporteo. Other XML app providers said they could quote customizing to fit our needs. Exporteo is highly customizable, out of the box. Whenever we got stuck, their support was right there to help. A big shout out to Dominik, from Exporteo support. He has always been very quick, thoughtful and professional in his responses. He is the bar on app support reps. I wholeheartedly recommend this to anyone who doesn't have a good solution to connect their ERP/multi-channel order manager to Shopify on the order import side of things.

Good app but the usage charges don't change automatically, similar to so many Shopify apps you have to pro-actively change the subscription before any large spike in orders otherwise you're charged way above and beyond the next subscription tier. But you can't always know that, it's impossible to predict the future, perhaps we can see billing structures more often that are not set up to cost you extra money for no reason. So great app but stay on your toes otherwise you'll pay for a year of the app in one month.

I've been using exporteo for a month now and it's just amazing! We are now able to automatically send selected orders to the ERP system of our dropshipping partner. I'm not a developer and have only very limited knowledge of XML. But I was still able to setup exporteo and automate the XML export. I tried about 6 different exporting apps before settling on this one. It's the only one I found that has the flexibility to include custom fields, static fields, tab-delimited CSV, and also export order data immediately upon order creation. This was critical for me to automate the fulfillment process of our digital product. Support has been fantastic, and the developer really stepped up to meet every requirement I had.

This is the easiest, most simple and flexible app to export order information. There is no guesswork at all of what means what. Exporteo has allowed us to export our order information in XML and submit it from Shopify into our internal order processing system. We are able to easily modify the XML output into the data structure that our system requires the data to be formatted.
