We began having issues with orders not pulling into the META app, then when we sent in tickets for support, despite having paid for 24/7 support, it would take days to receive a response. The response would be about our ETSY integration, which had also recently been deleted, but was not an issue. We spent the majority of this month asking for and waiting on answers, leaving customers in the balance and essentially wasting the money we spent on a plan for better service. Requests for a refund after pointing this out were ignored, or we again were asked about Etsy. It was disappointing to say the least, but we have to make the best decision for our customers and finally give up on this app and the money wasted.

The app was easy to install, set up was a bit of a faff and not as automated as I hoped (TikTok shop) but after putting in the time to set it up it worked ok. The snag is that the 'free' option is not 10 orders a month but 10 orders in total. So very quickly you have to upgrade. It's very misleading on the pricing page and as you can now sync Shopify directly I decided not to bother upgrading.

The app was easy to install and to connect to Facebook. The issue I have right now is the I cannot delete any of the items from the catalog because: Settings can't be edited! You only have access to create ads with this catalog. To edit settings for this data feed file, you need to contact someone who has permission to manage this catalog. I contacted CED, Harsh email me the instructions to delete, but If I don't have the permissions to do it, it doesn't do any good. Obviously if the app doesn't allow you to do but CREATE ADDS, and not manage your catalog or items, is not something that I will be interesting in purchasing. I hope that Harsh Yadav is able to give the permission I need to be able to delete the items from the test catalog.

I normally use many applications from CedCommerce, and other apps are very user-friendly, with helpful teams. However, I can't say the same for this application. Months have passed, and we still haven't been able to go live with our 961 products. The team is not very responsive, and creating categories one by one is a real disappointment. This app turned out to be a letdown for me, something I wouldn't expect from CedCommerce, both in terms of the application and the team.

I tried to connect my Shopify store directly to TikTok Shop, but their integration wouldn’t work. Then, I found CedCommerce. I am so glad I did. Using the Tiktok app has been a very bad experience. We have manually click everyday to sync the 100 products and 75% of the time, the app pops a message saying you've reached your 100/day product limit even though last time was 3 days ago. Cedcommerce doesn't help but just says it's Tiktok app issue.

Hit their limit cap on my store the week of BFCM. No email. No flashing bells. No leniency. No order flow. So after half a day trying to figure out why my ads weren't converting, I figured out the CEDCommerce wasn't allowing orders to flow on TikTok Shop. Again. No alarm bells or leniency to allow orders to go past their cap. Thousands of dollars of ad spend wasted with $0 in sales because they didn't get their extra $100. Then when I tried to upgrade my plan, it wouldn't allow me because there's more bugs in their software than an entomologist's lab.

My primary disappointment stems from their customer service. Although they have consistently responded with courtesy, it often seemed that they lacked a deeper understanding of their own product. The solutions they offered were basic and unfortunately fell short of resolving my challenges. This back-and-forth became a significant drain on my time, leading to missed sales opportunities and considerable frustration. Considering this is a paid app, the value proposition diminishes significantly when facing these challenges, as the customer service seems to do the bare minimum in providing support. In the fast-paced world of online stores, time is of the essence, especially when you have active advertising campaigns. Every moment spent trying to troubleshoot with Ced Commerce was a moment too long. My advice is to consider other apps. While Ced Commerce might work fine when there are no hiccups, be prepared for lengthy and frustrating endeavors should any issues emerge.

Not sure where the error is but none of my products are available for purchase though so defeats the purpose. History on each item shows 'OpenAPI' keeps updating the available inventory for all my items to 0. I opened a ticket with both Tiktok and CedCommerce to look into. Still waiting to hear back from TikTok but CedCommerce support looked into the ticket for a bit then ghosted me in chat. I got an email later that ticket was closed as resolved..but uhm not resolved. Not really happy with it, maybe I'll try another Tiktok interfacing app

5 Starts for service today. i used the chat feature to get help with product issues which turned into a whole new can of worms. Opening a Shopify store is NOT as easy as it is advertised however, thanks to the help, patience and commitment of my agent i was able to get a better understanding of what was happening. Unfortunately, i am on my second month of paying for this Shopify store and at the end of my communication with the agent i was unfortunately told i would have to wait at least another week and hopefully the problem would resolve itself (syncing products and collections with social medias) My agent was wonderful. His solution, very dissapointing. ...But the fact that the only "solution" we have at this time is to continue to wait is extremely frustrating. i have been paying for this store and putting my blood sweat and tears into our store for the past many weeks, hitting roadblock after roadblock and i finally thought i was going to get all these issues solved today with my super helpful and friendly agent- unfortunately all he could do was to tell me to KEEP WAITING and he would follow up next week. I appreciate the agent-HE gets 5 stars (just for the record, i am only rating 5 stars because of his service) The app however i do not actually give a 5 star rating-its difficult to understand and navigate. Furthermore, i still havent heard back from anyone regarding correcting the actual name of my store. MDR-Creations-Store/Shopify.com or whatever is NOT the name of my store-it was an accident at setup and supposed to be able to be changed and i don't want it showing up everywhere. it is supposed to be : TarotAndTeaRoom.com ...etc... . www.tarotandtearoom.com is the only domain i own. Again 5 stars for todays chat service. The rest needs serious work im sorry to say.

I was recommended this app after the Facebook app I was using initially stopped working and it hadn’t worked for months. Didn’t know what was the issue and had to go through multiple people to figure out the issue. Eventually after it was escalated to a Shopify assistant they recommended this app instead. It was easy and seem-less especially with the help of the live assistant that was very patient and knowledgeable. He walked me through everything that made the process so much better. Hopefully I can now regain lost traffic and potential sales due to his guidance. Would definitely recommend this app for sure. So happy

I am using this app because other business owners tell me having my products available on Facebook and Instagram was super important. I was scared it was going to take a long time. I used this app to connect my shopify store to Facebook and Instagram, my goal was to sell via the social media channels to increase my sales. I downloaded this app and connected with their customer support, they were extremely helpful, patient and guided me throughout the entire process. They were also extremely flexible in scheduling meetings to work on the integration and followed up on my progress. They don't serve what they promise. The reason I added for facebook marketplace and I followed their guide and it didn't work. They jus make it up lie about facebook will change blah blah. My account enable facebook marketplace and still didn't push my listings. Poor knowledge customer service. I don't recomended if you want to use for facebook marketplace

I love this app. I stopped using the Facebook Channel by Shopify and started to use this app. This is the best decision if you really want to sell on Facebook and Instagram. The setup process is easy enough for my 13 year old to understand and setup. The support is fantastic. The support walks you through all the settings and explain each feature.
