This is a life saver when it comes to finding and adding merchandise to my store. Being able to find like-minded products to carry is soooo nice. There are a lot of vendors that I was not aware that would sell to an SMB like mine. Plus having them automatically add the product to my inventory when ordering and then activating upon delivery with the proper on-hand count is a wonderful thing!

Working really great, the only two small nitpicks I have is 1. Editing the items is a bit clunky, it's easier to import new items and edit category, tags, and collection in Shopify's system 2. receiving inventory is separate from any PO created, if you do it the same as you do for orders not placed though Faire it can leads to accidently receiving the item twice.

I am new to being a seller on Shopify. I already have my own webstore which took a lot of setting up, so i'm fairly reluctant to move totally to Shopify just yet. I decided to use the Faire and Shopify collaboration to upload products directly. The process of opening up my shop on Shopify was quite tricky. Lots of detail and uploading of legal docs and the setting up took a little time to work out. I think if i decide to use Shopify for all of my shop sales I will spend more time improving my profile and brand image. Now that's it up and running i'm very happy, but it wasn't without it's challenges and the maze of finding my way round it. The uploading from Faire to Shopify is actually very easy now. So all i have to do is actually sell something!!!!

Our little 7,000 square foot shop has been opened since 2017. We ran our first POS in store with Shopify online for 3 years before switching to our second POS in store with Shopify online for 1 year beforeeeee switching our POS to Shopify and our online with Shopify. Should have done it from day 1. While kudos goes to the small number of good sales reps we have (they are few and far inbetween) 90% of our buying is done on Faire. The integration between Shopify and Faire saves us hundreds of hours a month. Linking weights, barcode numbers, and high resolution photos takes seconds. The platform is easy to edit descriptions and titles. We would not have an online presence without Shopify and Faire. Much appreciated. Love, a little Mom and Pop in Dallas, Texas. Wish there were more controls and better Faire side integrations so items can be better edited before sending over to Shopify. Also wish the SKU field was required for all Faire vendors with a cohesive numbering system so we didn't have to have o many different SKU systems. Overall works well and saves us a lot of time!

REALLY NEEDS TO BE ABLE TO CREATE A PURCHASE ORDER... It's strange, because even the language says create a purchase order - but it doesn't have that ability. Also, formatting does not transfer over from Faire to Shopify, at least for our theme - so requires extra work to re-format once created. It saves time and is much better than the original - but still could use some work to really be fully automated.

I am just now building my online boutique through Shopify, and I admittedly am extremely lost. I downloaded the Faire app in Shopify but did not understand the point and just how much easier it would make my life to get my inventory added. I actually manually input half of the products, then I got curious what reason there was for downloading the app. This is when the light bulb came on in my head and it was blinding! I saved SO much time by allowing the app to do one of it's features which is add all the inventory I had ordered to Shopify for me. Mind blown! It is such a great app just with that alone and I cannot wait to discover what other time saving benefits it offers. I'm pretty sure I've only scratched the surface, but if it does only this for me then it's worth it.
