Fairing has been awesome for us so far. We are a two-man company with little to no data analysis experience. Fairing has been outstanding because it allows for us to seamlessly gather important data which leads to actionable decisions, without little to no effort on our end. They recently introduced the google sheet integration which is extremely helpful for exporting the data in an easy to splice format and have a phenomenal customer service/on-boarding team. It's really easy to set-up initially, their pre-filled question bank is outstanding, and it's seemingly very fairly priced for the level of data you get with a turn-key solution. They make themselves very available to assist in ideating on new data to collect, splicing and reviewing the data, and are very open to feedback/new feature releases. New features seem to be released at a relatively quick frequency so I'm excited to see where it goes. I was not paid or incentivized to write this review, I just believe this is a no-brainer app for any small, or large business, looking to understand their customers more, which is increasingly difficult in today's world of privacy settings and DTC space.

We love how native the post-purchase survey is to our thank you page and as a result customers feel comfortable engaging with our survey. Enquire is confirming the concerns I had, and with this data, we are looking to new tactics. Their many integrations makes their solution best-in-class, and their price point is super advantageous to the customer. I just set up this survey last week and have it up and running this week. Matt is great, he responds immediately in the chat box if you have any questions. The feature that allows a follow up question is awesome (e.g. we can not only find out if they heard about us from an online magazine, but then which magazine). Looking forward to some of the new features coming out next month. Highly recommend -- extremely quick and easy to set up and easy to customize. I've never reviewed an app before, but the service from Enquire was so good I immediately sat down to write this after speaking with them for less than a minute. First of all, the app itself works flawlessly. Second, the customers are FAR more likely to answer this survey than anything else I've tried. We have a 60%(!) completion rate. If you want to get to know your customers, this is by FAR the best survey method I've found. Think about that, when can you get 60% of your customers to do ANYTHING, let alone answer a survey? And finally, when I had a question and reached out to Enquire, not only did they answer promptly (despite the fact that I messaged at an odd time!), they actually went the extra mile, with such excellent service that I felt compelled to write this. If you want highly accurate data about your customers from a company with excellent customer service that wants you to succeed, you've found it with this app.
