Fantastic app. It says what it does, and does what it says. Simple to set up, and support is quick and friendly. We had a few questions during set up and Vik answered right away. After installation we had our FAQ up and live within days. The new FAQ was created for AI search support, as well as for customers. Very happy with the product and support.

This is my favorite FAQ app, because: - You can set different FAQs to show/hide for specific Collections, Products, or even based on URL rules. - You can put the FAQs on product pages, a centralized FAQ page, or other blog post or page using the Block. - The answers support HTML rich text (images, bold/italic, hyperlinks, tables, video embeds and more). Very useful if you want to explain something in great detail! - You can group FAQs into segments with subheadings separating them (easier for customers to find the questions). - Auto-generates FAQpage schema fields so that Google can show your FAQs within the search results. - Lots of style customizations: easy to make the FAQs look coherent with your store's design. - Also, the developer is very responsive to feedback and capable of pushing out fixes/improvements extremely quickly!

I used another app from a competitor before - it was called POWR FAQ, but their support was really slow and the app didn't work so well. I then found out about FaqKing and it works much better. Super easy to set up! I was able to add multiple segments along with multiple questions and answers. When you first install it, it already comes with many example questions and answers that gives a nice start to build off of. The layout is quite customizable - you can change the colors, font size, and alignments among other things. It was easy to set up as a link in my footer. I was having a little issue with a grey square appearing under all of my answers but the app support (Viktoras) was able to solve my problem very quickly (my theme was overwriting some of the apps styles). I would recommend this app to anyone looking to add an FAQ section to their website.

This is honestly everything you could want an app to be. It comes pre-built with questions, which is awesome, but you can edit or delete any that don't work for your store. The app is simply great. Its simple and great. However.. after putting in more and more questions the site began to turn white when clicking on categories. I hope that gets fixed and I will give you a better rating!

This is the app we were looking for. We use this app to get a nice main and product faqs. The only thing we are missing is an option to get a faq duplicated. It will be very helpful for webs like us, that every product needs his own faq, but same schema.

Normally I do not write reviews, but this has to be by far the most capable FAQ designer ever! Nevermind the fact that it is FREE! This value of which this gives is amazing and it is even better than all of the ones which you pay a lot of money for! If you are looking to create an FAQ page, you shouldn't go anywhere else. I swear worth it.

I used this app to make custom FAQs on individual products and it works great. The customization and design tools are extremely flexible. FaqKing also helped me with some implementation issues I had and was very gracious with their time and patience.

We have a lot of costs between artists, hosting, software and much more and we are a charity that donates profits to humanitarian projects, so we are running on a tight budget, and decided to try this app. It's very intuitive and easy to configure. A very positive impression. The only problem is that the links are displayed in the same color as the text (black). So our supporters do not see that some texts are clickable and cannot continue to the linked pages. And they can't access the needed pages. Thank you for your work, hope you can fix this. Update: the developer fixed the problem, thanks very much! And continues open to receive improvements, very good support and response, and helps a lot with companies with a tight budget
