We've had this app for over 2.5 years and have a LOT of FAQs. We just had an issue where we realised it wasn't displaying on mobile properly. Support responded and fixed it for us within 24 hours. It was due to us upgrading to 2.0 and not realising this app wasn't working on mobile with our theme. Great service and great app. Definitely recommend the app and excellent support.

This app is excellent. It is extremely well thought out with lots of ways to customize how it looks built into it - colors, background colors, formatting, etc. Plus you can reorder and the Search with keywords is excellent. I had a very minor issue with using custom CSS to match our site, so I reached out to the developer. She was very quick to respond and fixed it perfectly and followed up to ensure it was correct. Very impressive and highly recommended.

This is a great app and Bhushan responds to messages very quickly, which I appreciate very much. I'm eager to see a way to index faq as distinct URLs so it's possible to send a specific link to customers via email (instead of giving them the FAQ URL and asking them to type of the keyword search to find the longer). I'm the first person to ask for this feature, so it's not on the list of scheduled updates -- if anyone else has ever needed such a feature, please ask and maybe it will be built :)

When choosing an option for my website, there were so many FAQ pages to pick from. I had a few problems trying to install this app at first, (problems with my computer, not with the app), so I contacted the developer for assistance. I have to say that his level of support was truly exceptional! He answered all of my emails within minutes and didn't stop helping until we'd resolved the issue. I've not often experienced technical support as good as this so I felt it was worth mentioning. Regarding the app, it does everything I need from an FAQ page, easy to set up, easy to try out different colour combinations etc. and intuitive to use. I can definitely recommend.

Update: I have just reduced the rating from a 2 star to a 1 star. Not only was the app having the issue listed below, but the developer is now literally torturing me by email for the honest review that I placed. This is plain wrong! Original Review This was a good app. Simple to use and functional. Recently, we tried to log in and the interface is blank. We were told by support that it is happening to a number of accounts and that we need to contact Shopify to complain about it. I have many stores and many apps and do not have this problem with any other app. It is not so complex, so I removed it and replaced it with another one that does not have that problem.

I have tried a few of the apps for FAQs and product questions. So far I Iike this one because it's simple but also quiet adaptable. With other apps I often hit issues because they only work on shopify 1 or shopify 2 themes. With this app there a few different ways to implement it. Installed this app yesterday and it fit our requirements, on a technical front, perfectly straight out of the box. We wanted to switch up some of the styling but weren't able to do this with the default settings and without any coding experience, we had to use the support button. Bhushan got back to us pretty much immediately and was able to implement a bit of custom CSS that sorted exactly what we needed. I've had time to use and try this app out for some time now. I use it for my own store, as well as when developing ones for others. It's very efficient and straight to the point. It's also very easy to understand, which is beyond beneficial in comparison to others that I've tried. Easy FAQ delivers! My store desperately needed a FAQ section and this app delivers crisp clean easy to use FAQ templates that function great. I've only had my FAQ page up for a few days and it's already being used by customers. FAQ's increase customer trust, cut down on tech support time and increase website SEO if done right. I would highly suggest using Easy FAQ...by the way, their tech support is lightning fast. I asked multiple questions already and their tech responded within about 10 minutes! I used this app to add product reviews into specific product pages. The team at Avocados Lab is really helpful and provides you with all resources you need to implement FAQs into the website. I've reached out to them and they immediately helped me add the FAQs into the page while I was in a rush to complete my product page. Minor point to work on is to make their customer support more visible in the app for customers to reach out to, could be through a live chat. They have great customer service would be a shame for customers not to benefit from it.

I was using another of the most popular FAQ apps and it didn't have the ability to add text at the top of the FAQ, it seemed like something that was really simple but they couldn't do it. Best. FAQ. Page. Period. Aesthetically, your FAQ page will look beautiful and sleek. Functionality-wise, your page viewers will be able to read your FAQs with ease. I love the look of this app. At first, I was having trouble integrating it into Shopify...I reached out to the email contact and they were so quick to respond!
