I wanted this primarily to help pulling over the live rates from FedEx to Shopify. I spent several hours trying to figure out how to do this myself within Spotify and I spend at least two more hours with Shopify support. They were very nice but also could not figure it out. For $20 per month, this little app solved my problem. Support is outstanding......I cannot think of any instance that has been better. I can now pull over my live rates into Shopify checkout. I have used this app for almost 3 years and, overall, good value for money; however, very problematic with Fedex Freight shipment rates. I would not recommend this app if you are shipping bulk or heavy items like we do. These 5 star reviews aren’t justified in my experience.They always blame Fedex for the same problem that happens 5-6 times every year which costs us thousands of dollars in sales because their app cannot pull the economy freight rates from Fedex API and shows the crazy expensive 1-2-3 day express freight rates. If it’s a Fedex problem, which has lasted 6 days this time, how are you able to get these expensive rates? Same problem every year and same excuses, no live support whatsoever. I am the owner Tilehouz.com, by the way. Cancelling your app as soon as I set up the new rates services app.

We have been using this app for a few years, works great connecting our existing FedEx account to use in Shopify. All of a sudden it stopped working, customer support was immediate and helpful. As it turns out, the problem was not with PH Ship, it was our fault: we had changed items in the store, but the item was purchased by the customer before the change, so shipping had to be manual. Not sure I would have figured out without PH's customer support.
