I attached my shopify lini to my TikTok page. When my customers access my shopify store through the link on TikTok they are not able to add images. They have to tap the 3 dots at the top right corner then select 'open in browser' before they can actually add images.That is too many steps. This needs to be fixed. Until then, Im out.

I have not used the app yet, but I have high hopes. However, what is troubling is that on the App page it shows on the pricing guide under the free plan as 60 days storage but when activated in Shopify store it says only 7 days.

The app was working well on the free plan. Absolutely deplorable though that when I reached the max amount of use on the free plan there was no notification or indication the upload field disappeared from my store. I had no idea why store visits were high and sales were low, until someone reached out. No idea how many sales I missed out on because there was no way for me to know... Awful.

We recently installed Uploadly for our Shopify store, hoping to streamline the process of file uploads on our product pages. While the app functions well in terms of file uploads, we were extremely disappointed by the pricing structure. The app works effectively only on the Unlimited plan, but the price more than doubled from when we installed the app on another store on the Unlimited plan at a much lower cost. When we reached out to the developer to see if they could match the price from our other store, we were told it was not possible. This response was frustrating with the attitude from support, especially since they had the opportunity to secure our business for multiple stores (we were ready to commit to a second and third store). Instead, they turned down the opportunity, effectively losing our potential sales and future business. In the end, while the app itself works as advertised on the unlimited plan, the lack of flexibility on pricing and poor customer service has left a bad taste in our mouths. We are now looking for alternatives and will not be using Uploadly for any future stores. Very disappointed.

I used this app but have a problem with counting the price for uploaded pictures. If customer upload more pictures - (bulk upload) app add only 1x price for product even if customer upload 10 pictures at once. I contacted the support but I did not get the help with that problem. It's really easy to use and does exactly what I needed it to do. Great and quick response from the team when I needed help which is a bonus. Overall very happy with it and have no issues at all, definitely recommended and will carry on using it.

I love the simplicity of the Upload Field app! The app has saved me a lot of work by creating upload fields and there is actually no comparable simple app in the Appstore. A perfect solution for simple product customization and works great on my theme. Price and service are great and the support takes care of you. Keep up!

Nice visuals, works great. The support is amazing aswell. I had a Problem with blocking file formats. When i contacted the support, I got an instant reply. The support was extremely friendly and very helpful. They fixed the Problem in no time. Would always recommend their Software.

Ich habe diese App verwendet wegen der Upload Funktion , für ein personalisiertes Produkt , wenige Tage später hat sich die Funktion von selber entfernet und Kunden konnten auch nichts mehr hochladen , deswegen habe ich die App deinstalliert und seit dem kommt bei mir auch das neu laden von der Produktseite. Also wenn ich auf mein Produkt klicke tut es automatisch ohne pause die Seite neu laden. Normalerweise schreibe ich keine Schlechten Bewertungen aber diese App würde ich niemanden weiter empfehlen.

Uploader Button!!! I like this App BUT. I cant use it. Everything seems to work except on a mobile phone. On the phone I tried multiple times to tap it but nothing happened. Then I accidentally double tapped it and it engaged. Sadly mobile phone users will not know or understand this. I checked the settings to see if any changes can be made but I haven't seen anything to this. I am bummed, I really thought this was a game changer. Everything else on this app is perfect!
