This app is a complete and total joke out of nowhere. I started getting charged $60 a month for not using this app and I had not used it for three months prior when it was even free. I did not authorize to get charged $60 a month for this and I do recommend removing this from year store immediately so you do not all of a sudden start getting charged $60 a month give me a refund for the last seven months

Okay, for the people that are in doubt because of the price of this app. Just want to let you know. We've been using your app for 2 days now, maybe to early to tell, but we just love the performance! Till now, worth every penny. The design of the app is just very simple and it also includes push notifications, what is in my opinion a great way to reach customers too.

The app works ok, the admin area is glitchy is always says there is an error and to email support. Pricing was $23 on our account and now they are changing the price to $136 a month, what a huge scam. Get customers at a lower price then jump it 7X... I don't know if we will keep using it now that it's that costly.

So far we've used Firepush to build up Push Notification and SMS audiences, while also focusing on promotional campaigns for both. The results (with our KPI being our conversion rate) have been wonderful, especially in the SMS category. More recently we have started experimenting with the Abandoned Cart options, and are refining our approach. The app is fairly intuitive, and the customer support is wonderful. Like anything else, it just takes a little time to fine-tune, but overall, very happy with my experience, and looking forward to using the tools more.

They even send helpful videos to understand functionality better or access hidden data. I can't speak to the sales portion yet because we are still working on it. The app seems easy to use and setup. However, while configuring the setup for SMS abandoned cart messages, I got a weird error message. It's Friday and support will not return until Monday, so I'm stuck over the weekend, which sucks when trying to get a new store up and running as quickly as possible. For now, I have to give 4 stars because of the error message that not only makes no sense but can't be resolved for 3 days. Update 7/17/19- They actually got back to me over the weekend and fixed the problem so rating changed to 5 stars!

Don't bother with this app. I used this app and it blocked me immediately from activating the SMS messaging. I was blocked due to "unusual activity" and couldn't use it and wasted time and money. Don't bother with it. The UI is bad too and there is no way to find out what your charges are. Here is a little secret about Push Notifications. They are a new technology. Which means they are unregulated. Since we launched last month we've sent a push notification every hour of the day and our sales speak for themselves: https://cl.ly/2B3x423o2f1R Tom and his team are amazing. We hope this wave stays for a while. All we can do is milk it while it's here. Bad News: the more subscribers you earn, the more you need to pay. Just like Facebook, your users are really not your users. Meaning your subscribers can't be exported to another Push platform. Other platforms provide unlimited pushes for $24 and they also allow you to export to other platforms. We paid $600 for the same feature. Grew to over 1k subscribers and pushes became expensive.
