DO NOT Recommend , DO NOT TRUST, THEY ACT FRAUDLENTLY. Stick with Google paid ads as its cheaper and better results with Google and Facebooks ads. Month to month plan was great but then they changed it to percent of sales once this happened we started getting fraudulent orders and cancelled orders which they charged us for. When they got caught they refunded us some of the money and blackmailed us to change this feedback so no one else new about it to review they wrote. After they refunded us so we wouldn't take legal action week later they did a chargeback so they committed fraud with the bank. These guys can not be trusted

Good app so far in my experience. I have been using flareAI for two of my Shopify stores for quite a few months. For both stores, I am getting good organic sales through flareAI. Seems bad reviews are due to merchants assuming they will get sales for any product. The main thing for my fellow merchants to know must have proven sales before adding flareAI. If you have consistent sales for the last six months or so, then flareAI will help add sales without any Ad spend. In my store I have consistent sales for many months, after I added flareAI within a few months my free sales increased by 15%. The support team is also really helpful and responsive.

My experience with Flair began promisingly four months ago. The impact wasn't monumental, yet the functionality was discernible, providing an initially satisfactory user experience. However, the trajectory took a negative turn from there, leading to concerns worth sharing. Flair requested an in-app star rating, to which I readily gave five stars, given the initial efficacy of the product. However, a few days later, a surprise awaited me in my inbox. A Flair representative emailed me, offering a month's free usage in exchange for a 5-star review on the Shopify app store. They even went as far as to provide a review draft which stated, "FlareAI has amplified our store's Google presence from 40 to 551 products, leading to a noticeable increase in organic sales and traffic." Now, to clarify a glaring discrepancy: my store's inventory consists of a mere six products, a far cry from the 551 figure quoted in the drafted review. This discrepancy indicates that other reviews on this page using the same script may be founded on falsehoods, significantly undermining the credibility of their testimonies. But it doesn't stop there. The offer of a "free month" triggered a realization that Flair had been charging me without my explicit awareness. Yes, I had approved a Shopify page, but it was presented as a requirement for the one-time fee they also mentioned. Subsequently, I discovered that they had been subtly billing me between $15 to $29 monthly, a fact I was oblivious to until now. Digging deeper, I discovered a somewhat concealed detail: Flair charges based on "sales attributable to FlairAI." In simpler terms, they levy a 1% fee per order if the customer navigates to the store via Google or other search engines, which happens to be a majority of the time. This model of operation is murky at best and poses serious questions about their business ethics. Regardless of how they respond to this review, the inconsistencies in their communication and dubious charging practices speak volumes. Their responses are often templated and involve grossly inflated figures. I strongly urge potential users to consider these factors before engaging with this application.

Its fake app In my experience, I did not find the FlareAI app to be useful, and I would not recommend it. I believe that it's better to use Google Merchant to manage your organic traffic. While using the app, I had some concerns about its value, and when I asked the customer support team about it, I didn't receive a satisfactory answer. One person Jessica M answered with vague responses. I also noticed some fake reviews on the app's site, which raised doubts about its credibility. If you're considering using this app, I recommend doing some research and trying it out before investing your money. Personally, I was not satisfied with the results, and I'm currently seeking a refund. Well done developers. It is obvious that they are trying. The app really helps to promote listings on the google search engine, 93% of my URLs can now be found on google. I would recommend that developers completely cancel the monthly subscription and introduce an increased commission on the sale of goods, not 1%, but for example 10-15%. Then the customers will remain and the income will grow smoothly and the company will develop. Or set any individual rates for the number of URLs. The app currently shows order conversions for all newly found URLs. It would be nice to see how much traffic this particular application is attracting. I don't mind sharing profits with the developers if it brings me income.

There were about 1000+ products in my store during this time, so no idea what that was about. I wouldn't have cared if sales had resulted, but it's been a few months with no more sales. Over all still a wonderful app to have as it does help with marketing on Google but would love more sales from this app.

My honest review, Good and Bad. Good: This app increased my store urls in Google, as today, according to Google search console, they indexed 564 out of 2,856 urls in my store. These numbers are a little bit different on the app dashboard. However, this is a improve from a month ago when I started. I completly agree that SEO takes time but it should be at least some progress every month. Bad: FlareAI need to be more specific about what they are charging every month on their dashboard. Most users like me were expecting to pay one time charge and 1% of the sales coming from those Free Channels that they're saying. Rapidly after the one time charge of $49.99 they charged me $16 without any explanation. I have made some sale but from Shopify Shop Market not from anywhere else. I have an app in my store to track every sale. So, FlareAI need to show us why these charges in their dashboard and shows at least some progress every month, if not people will start uninstalling their app and leaving bad reviews. As soon as you fall under 3-starts rating people will not pay to install your app. I will keep monitoring progress to update these review.

do you not trust these people it's a complete scam. It's a complete lie is very well decorated but you have no control at all. You don't know what's really going on. It says it puts us in on these platforms but you don't even connect to them I Thomas in a hardship situation and they said if I put a good review they were going to give me a month free of service, but they couldn't even do that. They told me to give them user permissions to help me work on their products which caused Google to suspend my account again you have no control at all what's going on and they respond quickly but it's all lies When I give them permission to fix the store they have done nothing for the last four days and they keep telling me to connect me to the store which they already are. You're dealing with automated robot. That's the problem they're not real people it's all generic do not trust these people. It is a scam. Stay away they get your hopes up for failure lead you down the wrong path do not use hope as a guide on e-commerce you have to use data and fax in order to get results. Again, beware stop do not use this program.

I took a chance on this app, thought it might be good. A one time up front fee and 1% seemed fair... Boy was I fooled. I did the up front, one time charge, and now they're milking $50 from me each month. Never informed me of the price change. Can't show evidence of the sales that they claim they generated. Half the time the dashboard doesn't load. Nah fam, $200+ dollar out the door for as many views. Predatory bait and switch that targets small businesses. The 2 stars are cause at least I showed up on google, but I don't need an "ai" to do that.

Update: This app has less than 2 weeks to prove it's of some use before I delete it. They said they doubled my found on google score but I'm only getting 1-2 visitors a day, IF THAT! And half of them are from countries I don't even ship to. And no, I haven't received any sales. I would give it more time if I was at least breaking even each month. This app charges you way more than they say! The description says you only pay them 1% of their sales. I haven't received any sales from them but yet I have over $20 being charged to my account. Also be wary of the 5-star reviews you read, as they're giving people a free month in exchange for a good review. Their instant messaging doesn't work, and they don't respond to emails. Hopefully, you heed my warning.

I don't think this actually does any work. They only charge . Only when I was running google ads the visitors shot up and Flare claimed and charged us for it. Now after stopping Google ads hardly any visitors so I really don't think this app is good for me.

Confused to those who said this app doesn't work - We've only used Flare AI for 3 months or less and our traffic went from Zero URL's on Google, etc - now to 6,856 URLs! Our traffic continues to grow till this day and sales continue to convert over consistently! We use them for both Meemz Apparel and CaliforniaBaskets.co and literally the day after installing I have made consistent sales! By far this is one of the most essential apps to install for your shopify store, whether it's an inventory of 100 products, or much like our apparel website (17000+ products). Highly recommend this! And yes, success will vary for some, but for us it was consistent for both of our websites. No other app does what FlareAI does and the price is excellent for what it does!

Like the Rooted 'N Essence review said, I was also charged $9 for the last bill, and $20 for the upcoming bill. I don't understand why I was charged, while the previous months were free, and so far my store has not generated any sales. I have tried to contact the development team of this app but can't seem to, it's very difficult to contact them. I ask that you do not charge 20$ on my next bill.

I started noticing I got more sales via Google than other methods, more google traffic and other products on my site are getting viewed more often by Google searches. I think it still is too early to rate my experience with the app. However, I can agree that there's been more visitors to the store since i installed the app. I am also glad that i made my first sale from the visitors driven by the app to the store.
