I am a novice on Shopify and I decided to use the Fontify app. So, that I could apply custom fonts to my store. The problem was that, even though they were compliant and everything seemed a go, they were not applying within my chosen theme, Dawn. I tried to fix it several times myself without success. I emailed customer support at Fontify late that night. It wasn't long before I got an email back from them, but by then I had already gone to live chat. I was fortunated enough to get Jade as my representive. Jade had the task handled in under 30 minutes. I highly recommend having a Fontify subscription. Thank you, Jade, for such an efficient job.

At first, it was a bit difficult because the settings are separate from the main settings. However, the e-assistant was very helpful — fast to respond and guiding me step by step. Wish I could give this 10 stars! I ran into some issues with third-party apps that weren’t adapting to the new fonts, and I kinda lost hope there for a minute. But the customer service here is EXCELLENT. I got help from Susan, who not only assisted me for about an hour with coding into stuff that—well, since they are third-party apps—I probably should have coded myself, but she went through everything with me in detail and patiently implemented the changes for me. I’m extremely grateful for this. I’m a starter business, but when this grows, I’ll definitely be sticking with this company, its apps, and Susan.

I wasted a lot of time configuring the app and I didn't like it. It is necessary to enter ccs codes to manage the sizes and I hate codes. That's why I have Shopify and pay apps, so I don't have to deal with them. I paid for the plan for customizable fonts, but seeing it in action and seeing the complexity was not to my taste. Not recommended for those who avoid coding with ccs. I did not give a one-star review just because support treated me kindly and tried to help me configure codes.

This little app is an excellent addition to a store. It will handle general and particular font needs. Two times, I wanted to apply a font to a very specific area on the screen. The last time I contacted support, Jade was accommodating, and in two minutes, it was all sorted out. I have never waited more than 5 minutes for support, and it is always with a smile. Jade was excellent, and so was the rest of the team. It is an excellent app at a great price (I use the paid edition) and can add to the UX/UI visual quality of your store.

If you want to customize any of the fonts on your website to match your branding, this app and its support team are excellent. The app is very easy to use! Application très très utile qui tiens sa promesse : possibilité d'ajouter n'importe quelle police téléchargée. Et c'est la seule application qui permette de faire cela à un tarif aussi attractif.
