I ran into an issue publishing because it was not recognizing the app in my theme. Per Taylor's instructions, i had to copy and paste the html inside my page, which worked fine. I also later found out that i will need to add my customers manually after i approve them. Not so hot....it will serve the purpose for now.

Great app for building custom forms — we used it to create a full B2B wholesale inquiry form with conditional fields, file uploads, and email notifications, and it handled everything we needed. This app does it all! And if something extra is needed, the friendly support team will quickly make it happen. Here are some examples of what makes this app and support team outstanding: 1) I did not want the form to have a "tab stop" on labels, so the support team added a snippet to my Shopify theme to remove them. 2) After the form is submitted, it gets initialized. But the checkbox's "unchecked event" was not running which left a conditional element (file upload) visible when it should not have been. The support team fixed this right away, and now the form displays the correct elements after form submission and initialization. 3) Custom smtp allows emails to be sent through our own domain resulting in professional email communication. As a result, the emails will always have a high quality score which helps to keep them from going to spam. 4) All elements can be styled using the apps "custom css" feature, or by updating the Shopify theme's css file (base.css). Note that we are using the Premium plan, which provide us with way more than we currently need but with room to grow as needed. Highly recommend!

Great usage for a small price. The app can cover many different use cases for forms. I'd appreciate it if the free version was a little more generous when it comes to the amount of forms that can be created/used (2-3 instead of just 1), but I understand the reasoning for that limitation. Ich habe eigentlich einen Rabatt bekommen, da die App am Anfang nicht richtig funktionierte. Jetzt wenn ich die App Starte werde ich quasi GEZWUNGEN die neuen erhöhten Kosten zu akzeptieren. Wenn ich NICHT auf genehmigen klicke kann ich meine Einreichungen nicht sehen und die App gar nicht erst nutzen... Darum nur 2 Sterne. Das schlimme daran ist dass auch dort steht dass die nächste Zahlung heute ist. Meine Jährliche Zahlung ist vor einigen Tagen jedoch schon abgegangen... Sehr schade somit muss ich doch wieder eine kostenlose oder günstigere Forms App nutzen.

I just downloaded this app last week, so I can only speak from my experience so far, but I’ve been very pleased up to this point. The app offers a wide range of capabilities that really set it apart from many of the other “form” apps I was considering for our Shopify store. Although I had a bit of confusion at first about the capabilities of some elements, customer support was quick to respond to multiple inquiries and helped me find the solutions I needed. Their response time was great —usually within a few hours, or by the next day at most, which is completely understandable given time zone differences. Emma and Tina, in particular, were very pleasant, attentive, and quick to assist. A bit of constructive feedback: what helped me the most during support interactions was when screenshots were provided. That made it easier for me to resolve the issue on my end and learn how to handle it myself in the future.

The app has been a great way for me to create custom forms to require more info from customers and increase sales and reach. Recently after uploading a couple of new forms and implementing the link option to attach the form anyway a link can be plugged in, the forms glitched and wouldn't allow for comments section to be completed. Shopify recommended me two differentapps. I started with another one, but there has been no email function (free) on that app, nor any easy chat options to support services. Then I uploaded POWERFUL APP- it has been easier to build up the Forms and all the settings in a menu. I had a few video instructions. While I had a problem uploading the form to my button (pop-up). The support service guided me efficiently with a quick email on the weekend. They were very knowledgeable and resolved my issue in 30 minutes. Emma, in the Chat service, has even given me instructions on Shopify settings to use the security code in Shopify for external support. Which I did'nt know before! She was excellent ! I am so pleased to use this app.
