Three days before launching our (previously M2) store on Shopify we ran into an issue with our existing UGC partner and had to find a new solution FAST. They guided us through multiple on-site gallery installations, and trained us on how to use their product before the end of the day. Foursixty recently responded to a support issue we encountered with the core shoppable instagram plan. During the process, we had an opportunity to view the benefits of the Foursixty complete plan and made a decision to upgrade. We're really excited about the options that we now have to market through instagram. The possibilities are far greater than the options offered by the new Shopify Facebook/Instagram channel.

UPDATE 5/5/2019 This app is 50 per month and does nothing for you. Not worth the cost, waste of money. Done with it. We are paying 50 per month and been billed yet we have glitches and no idea how to get support to fix them. We will be asking for a refund if not fixed and we think they should offer a credit for the time we paid and it's not been working correctly. The Foursixty team has gone above and beyond for us on multiple occasions. Weather its product uploads/mappings or just regular support they have always been there. The team is constantly making improvements to keep up with the changing environment. They are light years ahead of everyone else. The app makes it great for that social media person to not be stuck behind the computer on a weekend. I have used many other platforms and this is the only one i will use for all my sites moving forward. Great product. Great people. Don't waste your money anywhere else. This is the way to go. If you are questioning because they do not do the reviews part just get judgeme and save yourself a lot of money in the long road.

6/17 Update Their service stopped working back in March yet they kept billing Multiple attempts at contact via email, messenger, and phone no responses We have cancelled service now ===== Previous review: Good start, but could add more features and pricy... Seems to take quite some time to load posts if you have an active social media with many feeds. This should be fixed to sort them by days, then pagenate them by month... that way would not need to load so many at once and would keep you organized when approving posts. Feeds, you cant delete them... once created you can only rename them... but allowing multiple feeds is nice to have Limited number of services and tags... 10 services, and 5 tags? Really? for $50/mon!? Seems it should be like 50 services and 1000 tags... (Services are links to each social media - facebook, twitter, instagram, that would be 3 etc) and tags, well of course you might want to monitor tons of tags, and see no reason why its so limited... So this might work if you only plan to follow your own tag, not multiple for branding only. Adding tags to posts is slow... and no way to go back to the posts without starting over, thus for now I open two tabs, one for posts, one for tags and makes a little better, but still slow going... tags should simply have a X close button added and should bring you right where you left off in posts Limited sizes for embedding... I modified the code, but should have more control and scale text accordingly with css to avoid having size limits... if I want the photos 50pixels I should be able to etc...for the minifeed for example.. perhaps i wanted to fill the entire screen with super tiny pics...right now its limited to 16 column and 4 rows Perhaps add ability to auto scroll the slider at various speeds with pauses each photo might be nice. Hashtags.. Unsure if we should add it in the tags or not, instructions do not specify... Terms or Hashtags? Are they searched differently? They show differently in the stats. Those stats should also be clickable to open them in a new window. When I search by tags via FB/IG/Other I'm finding this app is missing MANY posts that are displaying the tags...??? This needs to show ALL posts that display a tag, especially if we are limited to so few tags. Tagging products is very useful and most likely the main reason people will use this... so people know its all done manually so on popular sites you will need to maintain this on a daily basis with new posts. One limitation I noticed is it does not allow seach by SKU or by description, only title... Hopefully the developer will work on updating this to make some of these tweaks.

Obviously a bit pricier than other apps but SO worth it! We have a huge following on Instagram and we were having a bit of trouble getting that audience to our Shopify store and translating that interest into sales. The foursixty app generates a customizable feed of photos from your Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, etc. and allows you to tag each one with multiple products (the app links to your inventory so all you have to do is start typing the product title) or urls, all from the iphone app. You can place your feed in a number of different ways (slider, grid, etc) on a page of your store and use that url to direct customers to. The feed lives on your mobile site so it's super duper seamless for the customer and the design is super minimal so it doesn't clash with our current branding. We've already seen a great response in our traffic (it's our highest referral besides google and direct) and it takes the trouble out of directing customers to your products or answering questions about them. I installed Foursixty a little over a month ago and I absolutely love it! Their customer service was extremely helpful and always responded in a timely manner. I use the app mainly to integrate a "shop my Instagram" feed on my website. It makes shopping various photos so easy for my followers and I've already had great feedback from the customers who've used it. You can also put the link to the feed directly into your Instagram bio to make shopping the photo that much easier. Every time I've done this I've sold everything in the photo. Foursixty also integrates easily into Shopify and makes tagging items in your store super easy and quick. Besides having an online store, I also have a bog via my website where I promote other designers and fashion labels. Foursixty is great because not only can I tag items in my own shop, but I can link up the labels that sponsor my blog and tag their website as well. Overall, it's a great app and I highly recommend it for those who consistently have people asking where to purchase something in an Instagram photo. All you have to do is set it up, put the link in your Instagram bio and write "shop my feed" above the link to make shopping as easy as a few clicks away!

The Foursixty app has been great for our brand and I highly recommend it. All I can say is GREAT APP...Mike is AWESOME I had a few question about the app and he stayed on the phone with me until all my questions had been answered. He even took it a step further and set up a time to personal walk me through the dashboard and installation to make sure that I was 100% comfortable with how it worked. If your thinking about an app that will give you social integration with a checkout function I defiantly recommend giving Foursixty a try.

Great app, very easy to setup and works exactly like it should. Would be nice if comments, likes etc where able to be displayed as well (as an option). I realise this is a new app so perhaps it's something the developers are already working on.

We've had instagram feeds on our sites before, and always wanted to make them shopable.
