Free service didn't appear to work. No background or watermark images were applied when attempted. Their free service is 50 items but no bulk editing. Figured id try the bulk editor since the price seemed low, which was misleading. Their advertised pricing is for a low access tier that you're quickly removed from. There first tier pay service is between 51-250 items. The moment you go over that its a 1/3 more with a limit of 5000 items. Pointless the base plan doesn't cover half of second tiers limit like 2500 or even 2000. Clearly a bait and switch plan with no useable sustainability. It just gives them the option to advertise a cheap rate that's basically inaccessible for a majority of users. Then by the end of check-out you've gone from 44.99 to 69.99 a year for an advertised service. "Transparent pricing" indeed

Wie der Name sagt: einfache Wasserzeichen. Die App ist leicht zu bedienen, 50 Wasserzeichen im Monat sind kostenlos. Man kann ein eigenes Wasserzeichen hochladen. Leider kann man aber die Größe des Wasserzeichens nicht selbst bestimmen. Außerdem kann man immer nur ein Bild auf einmal bearbeiten, das macht es ein bisschen mühsam. Ich würde mir wünschen, dass ich mehrere Bilder auswählen kann, die gleichzeitig mit einem Wasserzeichen versehen werden.

I initially had a great experience with this app. The pricing is excellent considering the range of features included. I particularly used the watermark and sticker functions, which worked well for my needs. The automatic watermarking feature for new products was especially convenient. However, after some time, a significant issue arose. The app began duplicating watermarked photos while also keeping the original photos published (seemingly storing them in backup). When I contacted customer support, they suggested the problem was due to conflicts with a third-party app rewriting the photos. This explanation wasn't satisfactory as I don't use any other photo management apps, which I demonstrated to them. I attempted various troubleshooting steps, including reverting the photos, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but the duplication issue persisted. Unfortunately, due to this unresolved problem, I can no longer continue using the app despite its otherwise useful features and attractive pricing.

The app advertised that they can do up to 350k products, i was a little over so they told me the app wouldn't work and they would give a refund. I removed about 30k products falling under 320k products. Then they said i need to pay them before i can use the app (they blocked me from using the app). Now i message support and they tell me to read the previous messages. They are not professional, they for some reason don't want me to use their app because maybe its overloading it. Please don't advertise something you cant handle.

I love how simple it is to use this app. But I've encountered a problem setting with size of my images. I have big images that i want to watermark, and i set the resize size to a max width and height of 3000px. This apps seems to simply ignore any max size bigger than 1600px. My images end up having 1600px width, and a smaller height. Why can't it just make the width equl to 3000px like I'm telling it to? Do i need the paid version?

I use this app on 2 of my stores. I've never had an issue with it and it is very fast at both watermarking and reverting images. The watermarks help dissuade counterfeiting/design theft and make it very easy to spot when someone is using our images and have them taken down as a copyright violation.

Developer is not a nice person BEWARE. He has blocked us from using the app after the app started sending pop-up messages asking us to pay to use the app even though there are free features available which we were using. The developer then put the app into "development mode" only for our store, rendering it un-accessible. However, we can make as much stores as we want and we can freely use this app on new stores and leave our honest review each time. The app is buggy and non-responsive and too many pop-ups.

Support is poor! Doesn't apply stickers correctly, no way to manage collections or product stickers. Applies multiple stickers incorrectly to the same image making products look poor. Removes product tags. Support is ineffective and has a terrible response time. You'll have to troubleshoot your own problems. Don't count on them fixing anything. You'll waste more time than it's worth. Save yourself the money and time.

I have been using this app for a couple of months on 4,000 products. It works very well, the selection of stickers is great, support is fast and efficient. What I like is that if my sale discount changes, I do not need to remove the first sticker, the new one applies to the ORIGINAL pictures. Removing thousands of stickers would take hours! Beware your number of variants! I had products with 100+ variants, it would take 5 minutes to update each product. I just added a sticker to 16 products with about 50 variants each and it took an hour. Also, the app does not provide a way to stop the run once it has started. I started a run then immediately realized I had made a mistake. I had to wait 1 hour before rerunning the job. But for products with a reasonable num ber of variants, the speed is reasonable. Thank God, otherwise updating my 4,000 products would take 28 days, running 24/24, LOL

This worked very well...until I decided that I wanted to remove their watermarks. I reached out for support regarding the request and wasn't successful after several contacts. A bit of a mixed review of this app. I must admit, I've been spoilt rotten by excellent support from other app developers but can't say the same here. Support is slow and very limited. I had to nudge, nudge, nudge to get any support at all and then it was bordering on dismissive. Please factor this in if you are going to purchase this app. As for the app it is powerful but not that easy to work out how to use. It looks like it does an awful lot on the surface but when you use it you realise it is very limited. It frustrates the hell out of my client who is using it (although has stopped using the sticker function and is now jus using the watermarking). Yes, it does auto watermark in lots of different ways. Tick! Yes, it will add lots of different stickers including your own designs. Tick! Yes, add stickers based on a product tag. Tick! Yes, it does offer time limited stickers like New Arrival. A very useful feature. Tick! Then you try to combine different options in the app and that's when you run into trouble. It does have a great feature to add "stickers" by adding a tag to products but it will always be positioned in the default selected position. So let's say you have two different stickers and want to add both to a product. It will do it but they will be in the same position, say top left or bottom right. What this app needs (desperately) is the ability to create different jobs for different watermark and sticker options. This would allow you to apply different presets rather than being shackled by the last settings you used. The key to the success of the app would be to be able to add a number of different stickers to products and to be able to choose where they are displayed, say sticker 1 is top left and sticker 2 is bottom right. These would be controlled by the excellent tag feature in the app. So, I gave 3/5 for this app. It has so much potential but it comes with a health warning - it will frustrate you because you will see what you can potentially do with it but it falls short every time. So, one star lost for app limitations and one star lost for questionable support.

I needed an app to put sale stickers on products as well as to mark some of my products as "Book Panels". I had a great app that worked for this purpose, but disappeared from shopify right before BFCM. Yikes!! I was totally freaking out. Then, I found these guys. The app was super easy to use, FREE (yes, I said I'm using the free stuff), and I was able to fix everything even sale products in time for BFCM. I couldn't believe how great it was. Highly recommend. The app does all sorts of great stuff and even more features if you pay to up grade, but the FREE stuff works just fine for me. Also, click on the SALE section and you can see how the stickers look. Remember I chose those settings, you could really make your text or stickers look any way you want. Also, you can remove them. I almost forgot to tell you that part. That previous app I told you about, well it permanently changed my photo images. This app allows you to put the sticker on and remove it whenever you want. Great for a weekend sale!! Bottom line this app is AWESOME!!!!

The app is not watermarking consistently. Some images are getting different percentages of watermark, some images are not being watermarked and some images are getting duplicate watermarks - keep in mind that the photo I took for reference were all brand new items created by uploading new photos, not duplicating photos or anything of that sort. This is a mistake by the app that is causing our store to not look as professional as it should. I hope this review will help the company give us support - as of right now the only support I can find is a live chat that is not available at any set time of the day or day(s) of the week.

Update: Thank you Jason for getting in touch, appreciate your help. I am really upset after using the app. I used the app to watermark products on my website. To my surprise, it changed all the product images to 1st image and on restoring the image and deleting the watermark, all product images changed randomly deleting original images. I had to spend 5 hours deleting every image and again uploading all the images. Further, after messaging twice to the company, I didn't hear back from them. Really bad experience.
