I have been in contact with the CedCommerce support team for nearly a month now, trying to get both variants of my product displayed on Fruugo. I have spoken and corresponded with almost the entire support team, yet they have been unable to resolve my issue. Despite repeatedly assuring me that the problem would be fixed within 24 hours, no progress has been made. The lack of effective support and the unfulfilled promises have been incredibly frustrating. I do not recommend the CedCommerce Fruugo App.

For the integration between Fruugo and Shopify, I was searching for an app. The CedCommerce app helped us pretty well with this. Excellent customer services by Uttkarsh. The integration of my store to Fruugo was complex due to the vast and wide nature of the products we planned on selling, as well the large quantity of over 8,000 SKU's. It took a number of months before all wrinkles on the product feed were ironed out to satisfy Fruugo's requirements but Uttkarsh kept working hard through every Fruugo requested change to the feed. We have now been approved by Fruugo to sell on their marketplaces with huge thanks to this app and to Uttkarsh in particular. I am very pleased with the support from the CedCommerce Fruugo Integration team. This is a great example when you don’t have to say how it should work and what needs to be done, but when the team takes over the entire process of integrating your catalog with the Fruugo marketplace. We had one first call to get acquainted with the service, and after a while, I began to receive orders from Fruugo, which were fully integrated into my Shopify. Now we have to set up and optimize the already working integration to find the best products, prices, and types of product presentations, and I'm sure that the guys will support me in this, but the most important thing is that we successfully completed the main stage of integration and coordination with Fruugo and I did not waste my time and CedCommerce team always let me know of what was going on. (January 21, 2021 - 5 stars) - Getting support. Will update on how it goes. Edited (January 15, 2021 - 2 stars) I had an issue with certain countries that did not allow certain products. Asked Fruugo about it and Fruugo told us to unlist those products from the CSV feed. CedCommerce app only use one feed and when I emailed them about it, they quoted me $100 to do "custom work". They seriously wanted me to pay extra (other than the regular monthly/yearly fee) so they can fix their app and make it more easy for us to limit products from different countries. This feature should already be included. If Fruugo is telling me that I need to limit product on the feed then that means that Fruugo has an option but CedCommerce has not tapped into that feature yet and wanting to charge me extra just so they can do their work. No thanks. Edited (June 25, 2019) App is working fine now. ------------------ Edited (May 6, 2019) (3-Star) The team has been helpful but yesterday I had the worse experience. I opened up chat, asked them to fix a pending order. The rep told me that they will fix and email me. After 5 hours, NO EMAIL and NO FIX. So I contacted again via chat. Second rep told me they will fix it. Took his sweet time while I was waiting on chat. So I told him to email me as I am a business owner and don't have time to sit there and wait hours to get a simple fix. Rep told me okay. Three hours pass and NO EMAIL NO FIX. So I contacted again via chat. It said they were online, but they did not respond. After a good 20 minutes of waiting, I left. Maybe they are training new people, I don't know nor care. If I have a problem, get it fixed! If you can't fix, you need to communicate and tell me you are waiting for it to be fixed. Moreover, the communication. BEWARE!!!! If you contact them via chat, they make you hold on forever! And they don't come back to say anything. Sometimes I wait 45 minutes after they say, "Please wait while I check". Within that 45 minutes, the rep does not come back to tell me he/she is still working on the problem. They just leave you there like you are no one important. I guess customer service is not part of their mission statement. I have been with this company (using a lot of their apps) and it is a hit or miss with their service and apps. Sometimes I get the best help and support. Sometimes they blow me off. The next step I have is reporting straight to Fruugo about the lack of support this integration gives and the headaches I have had. Edited (January 23, 2019) (5-star) The CedCommerce team reached reached out to me in a personal email and fixed any problems that I am facing. I appreciate their help. They told me that it wasnt their error but they were speaking to Fruugo about it, They clearly had not spoken to Fruugo at all and just said that they would make sure it never happened again. This type of support is not satisfactory. If i replied to my customers like this I would have been closed down a long time ago I have now spoke to Fruugo and they have cinfirmed that Cedcommerce did not speak to them at all about this problem and that the problem was Ced commerce NOT Fruugo . I found the app really helpful. Saved a shed load of time as was easy to import the product listings from shopify to fruugo. It basically duplicates everything including inventory and images etc. I did have a query on what type of images were acceptable and found their support exceptional. Really helpful and reassuring. Stand out marks on that point for sure. That's an issue I've had with a few apps, customer service being a bit shoddy. Have been happy with the apps functionality thus far. The main reason I did it was to shorten the time I'm having to spend on admin and its certainly fulfilling on that aspect. I subscribed to the basic version so I can't comment on the difference between this and the advanced one, but has been worth the investment as my organisation is small.

Support is great and needed. Without them it would have been difficult to get things up and running. App works very well, has many great features, like a super fast product import/ update button, which imports the products from your shopify store to the Fruugo database. It takes about 2 seconds to import any updates I made in my shop. So, very happy with that. Other features are important and useful as well, like product categorization by product type. The dashboard with the status graphs are really nice. I would recommend this app for any retailer who wants to expand his market reach to other countries.

Maybe one star is too much. Interesting journey with this ap. Tried to load first time and never ever heard back from company with api information after I applied. I gave up and deleted the ap off my store. Three months later I receive and email asking me to come back? I explained my bad experience (or lack of one) and I awas assured all would be great this time. So, I loaded the ap and applied for a seller account. A week goes by and I have to contact customer service. Srajan was quite friendly and told me it take 2-3 weeks to get a sellers account. Ok, I never saw that mentioned anywhere. So, now out of sport, I am waiting to see if I hear back (for the second time) and then who knows if the ap is good for my shop? Lots of time invested in this ap, be prepared. Now we are a month further and I have heard nothing! I contact help and they tell me to contact someone else.

I must say, CedCommerce customer support is absolutely amazing (specially James, Hello James, "waving emoji"!!). I have been using the app since its beta version and you can see that they are improving and adding more features. At first the interface can be a bit daunting but after a few minutes you can get the grip of it. The best part is that it is all automated and no need to use Fruugos back office. The second best part is that unlike most other channels around Shopify, you do not need to have your store in USD and can be based around the world. I do recommend the app. Regards, S

They serve you with the best features of the app, Like a) I import the selected products on fruugo. b) main reason for using this app because I don't want to ship the orders from Shopify.
