We are a pet retail supply with 19 locations and use Fulfil as our ERP. The integration with Shopify and Shopify POS is seamless, and orders import instantly. We offer same-day delivery and have reduced delivery costs by 15%. We have also seen a 12% decrease in miles per delivery and cost per delivery with Fulfil. Fulfil’s warehouse management system has helped make pick times 50% faster. Fulfil is at the bleeding edge of the market and regularly releases new AI tools like MCP to be able to integrate Fulfil and Claude for custom reporting.

Fulfil has been huge for One Sol. We’ve grown a lot in the last couple years and keeping Amazon stocked was always one of our biggest challenges. Fulfil has the ability to run very detailed sales reports, factoring in Amazon sales. Now we have way more visibility into inventory and purchasing, so we’re able to reorder on time and avoid those “oh no, we’re running out” moments, which were happening a little too frequently! The forecasting and reporting tools have been especially helpful as the brand keeps scaling. On top of that, Fulfil makes it easy to manage Shopify, Amazon, and TikTok Shop orders in one place. Honestly, I don’t think we’d be able to keep up with the level of growth we've experienced without all of the features Fulfil has to offer us.

Now, our inventory is synced automatically across Shopify, Amazon, etc., and we don’t have to second-guess it our constantly run to the warehouse to double check. We’ve been using Fulfil for about 4 years now and it’s made a massive difference for our business and our employees. Before, we were handling a ton of tasks manually using just Shopify and a basic shipping app, which worked for a time but wasn’t realistic as we grew. With Fulfil, so much of that busy work is automated—order routing, inventory syncing, reporting—so we can actually focus on building the business instead of upholding a bunch of manual, inefficient processes. Removing the majority of these manual processes has given us the opportunity to focus on other aspects of the business, allowing us to grow in ways we simply wouldn’t have been able to without a solution like Fulfil in place. Fulfil saved us 2-3x the subscription cost in the first year via reduced labor costs alone and they add features faster than anyone else. All ERP's suck in some way, let's face it, but with Fulfil's API you can work around those things that suck for you and write your own apps while still leveraging Fulfil as the master database. This ability doesn't exist elsewhere and was a game changer for us. If you're a small retailer, it's probably not for you. The ideal is probably a high 7-figure or low 8-figure business looking to scale fast. But if you're tech savvy and willing to invest in a system that can scale then it can work for anyone.

Fulfil has increased our Pick and Pack Operation for all key metrics by 5x. The Interfaces and UI are Intuitive with associates having a short learning curve with increased productivity. Their Customer Service is top notch, with fast effective resolutions, and if there is not a solution currently available one is quickly developed and implemented. Customer Feedback and pain points is welcomed and actioned with new features rolled out often. Bad from the start— we paid for professional services to ensure a smooth transition, but were trained on incorrect workflows. When things didn’t work because of this, they blamed us for doing it wrong repeatedly before helping us solve the problem. We couldn’t trust the data that came out— both because it was set up wrong in the first place, and second because the data would fluctuate without reason. Unit costs for certain SKUs would change multiple times a day, even when there were no changes in inventory (no orders for this SKU, no returns for this SKU, no received POs). Once, we had to halt operations because fulfil.io pushed hundreds of years old, canceled orders into fulfillment, meaning we had to go in our WMS, find them all, and manually cancel them. The UI was needlessly complicated. Go with something else.
