Four and a half years later, and we are still committed to our relationship with Fulfillrite. Over the years, I continue to be impressed by how easy they are to work with, how smart they are, and how responsive they are. The app has improved over the years, and it seems like every time I think, “It would be nice if the app did this,” within a short period of time, even without me requesting it, the app ends up doing the thing I wish it did. It’s often updated before I even realized I needed that update in my life. While the app design is very simple, it is so robust and provides me with reports I want, the ability to check shipping prices easily, and they are now working on a beta to link their shipping prices to Shopify… genius! We are a Canadian company and this service allows us to ship USA orders in 2 or 3 business days for half the price of Canada Post. It's faster, cheaper, and everything is tracked. It also allows us to ship Canadian orders by ourselves using another fulfillment company. It is a very flexible solution and service is great too, thanks to Charlie and Joe. Web portal is not fully mobile optimized but it's working ok on my iphone. I installed Shopify app and a bookmark to Fulfillrite web portal on my iphone and business is fully portable and automated. It's definitely a great addition to our business. The only downside is that they don't have a warehouse in Canada. For Canadian and UK fulfillment we use Shipwire. We clearly see the difference between the 2 services. Communication: Fulfillrite will answer any question same day. With Shipwire you often have to wait 3 days, it's never the same person who answers, you constantly have to re-explain the issue. Time to process incoming inventory: With Fulfillrite my stock is ready to ship same day. Sometimes I even receive the notice before my transporter mark the shipment as delivered. It is fast! and you can start selling right away. With Shipwire I always have to wait as long as 6 to 7 days after delivery for my inventory to be available to ship. It's way too long, how don't even understand how they can be so slow. Shipping price: Fulfillrite pass on their great rates, it's cheaper to ship with them. Shipwire markup on shipping price. For the same shipment to California USA using USPS Priority Fulfillrite will rate shipping at 6.51 USD, while Shipwire will cost you $9.97 + 1.50 (expended carrier). For the same box, Fulfillrite will cost 0.30 and Shipwire 0.46. All those fees add up quickly. Shipwire will even charge you for a recycled box from another company where they don't even remove labels... it looks so unprofessional. Warehousing care: Fulfillrite will make sure they never ship a damage product. You can talk to them about any issue and they will quickly adapt. At Shipwire they open boxes and leave them open, you have dust all over your product. They clearly damage our products but ship them anyway. Managing lots simply: Fulfillrite simply manage lot, first in first out. For a cosmetics company it's a must and they do this without any fuss. At Shipwire they say they manage lots but actually they don't. I discover this when I tried to ship myself some inventory. They shipped newest products first and the old one were left on the shelf. I got left with expired products and thousands of dollars of loss. It's just too bad Fulfillrite is not available in Canada and UK. I would be your first client!

I had a bad experience with a small fulfillment company that was incompetent. Then I tried Amazon which was very complicated and hard to get a hold of for customer service. Fulfillrite solved both those problems for me. The customer service is excellent and I have had no complaints on mistakes by any customers. The pricing is very fair. A few months ago, I switched to Fulfillrite from Shipwire and could not be happier. I'm an ex-Shipwire customer, we used them for 6 months. They started out great, my sales rep lured me in with personal attention and quick responses. Sure their prices were high, but their website was well put together and integrated easily with Shopify. Things ran relatively smoothly till they shipped out our first order. We had shipped them marketing inserts, they didn't include them with any of our first 500 orders. So I contacted customer support to fix the issue and they refused to fix it, they also stopped talking to me. So I emailed my old sales rep, he stopped reading my emails. So I guessed the CEO's email and told him how poorly I was treated. He never responded but someone did get back to me eventually. From there on it was nothing but a fight to fix any issue. Their customer service team is garbage. All of this to say that Fulfillrite has been a breath of fresh air. Their website feels a little older in the graphic design department, but it works great. Their customer service is great. Joe spent time on the phone explaining the shipping process and even helped us by finding a new freight forwarding partner. Ok so thats all cool, but what about pricing, compared to Shipwire, Fulfillrites prices are amazing. They work with you to find the best prices, packaging and speed for your product. I'll update this if they start screwing things up, but I really doubt they will. We're looking forward to having a great long term partner.

We were looking at Shipwire for quite some time. I've had a friend use them having a bad experience, and then just reading the reviews really turned me off. So when I was ready to make the jump and get a 3rd party fulfillment going, I sought out other options just to see. I came across Fulfillrite on this Shopify apps center and the reviews looked really good. Although still a little concerned about the technology integration, backend and pricing, we went ahead and started. BTW...Joe is awesome to work with, helped with every step of the way to get started and made me feel very comfortable to actually go through with using them (which frankly is very easy too). Long story short, it's turned out awesome, even exceeding my expectations. Integration is seamless---their backend works great and lets us monitor and edit things on the fly and manage everything accordingly---customer service is superior, Joe is always extremely helpful---they actually cater to small business incredibly well, meaning you don't need a crazy amount of orders for it to work---pricing is very reasonable and it scales with volume---and they have perfect shipping options for lightweight products which we sell---in a lot of orders so far we've had not one problem. If you're on the fence I highly recommend them and encourage to make the jump too. Personally, I had a extensive trip to Mexico that pushed me to get the fulfillment finally started, but in hindsight I should of done it much earlier. I certainly see Fulfillrite as a long term partner for us.

Fulfillrite is possibly my biggest asset so far. As long as you follow receiving guidelines, they really are click and forget. Shipping notifications are sent the same day back to Shopify, which means your customer can stay on top of his order without having to ask you. Also, their integration is absolutely seamless! So, I had Fulfillrite for a few weeks when I first started my store. The customer service is definitely above and beyond. They answered all of my dumb newbie questions and got me up and running. Orders were insanely convenient. Everything was automatically pulled from Shopify, shipped, and then the tracking numbers were updated and orders fulfilled so I didn't really have to touch anything. I ended up canceling my account to drop ship instead. After a month of submitting orders to dropshippers every day and then manually typing in tracking numbers, I'm heading back to Fulfillrite! There is just nothing that can compare with the convenience and value they offer. I highly recommend them!!!

After several years of being with an Atlanta-based fulfillment company that required orders be sent in manually and would provide tracking information that I had to manually send to individual customers, I decided enough was enough. Enough waking up at 5 a.m. to have orders submitted by 9 a.m. so they would be sent on the same day. After some research, I found Fulfillrite, talked to Joe Brieger who answered all my questions, and told me about using Shopify and the fulfillment app integration. I wish I had found this years sooner. It works seamlessly in the background, just collects orders and sends them to fulfillment, then sends the tracking information back to my customers without my having to do ANYTHING. I've freed up a minimum of 6 hours in my day, I no longer have to wake up at 5:00 a.m., and I'm free to focus on the more creative aspects of my company, which has expanded business. Because of this app integration, I have more time in my work day, more free time with my family, more money from increased business, and the quality of service and customer care from Fulfillrite is unmatched. Over the past few months, I've had NO problems, NO screwed up orders, NO angry customers. If you're on the fence about this, just DO IT. I barely even need my computer for work anymore - with this app running in the background handling fulfillment, and the actual Shopify dashboard app on my iPhone, I can handle 90% of my daily task on my iPhone, from anywhere in the world that I can get reception or find Wifi. 5 Stars, 10/10, A++, if you need fulfillment services for your company, use Shopify with the Fulfillrite app integration. Our business has been growing steadily and earlier this year we decided to look into external fulfillment services. We initially decided on a large scale operation with warehouses all over the world. This quickly became a nightmare, horrible customer service, multiple shipping mistakes, high prices, etc. etc. While looking for a change we came across fulfillrite and I reached out to Charlie. From that initial call until today everything has been smooth. Charlie has always been available to help with issues and explain everything in detail. In some ways other than losing a bunch of money I am glad that we went with a large company first, it has only solidified our decision to move to fulfillrite. I would recommend this company to anyone out there looking for a fulfillment house with real people answering the phones, affordable prices, and a strong sense of customer service.

Fulfillrite is not only an excellent "pick and pack" service center, but the integration with Shopify is flawless. In fact, you don't even see the integration, its all behind the scenes. You'll be contacted by a representative who walks you through the setup and logistics. There are no settings that get added to Shopify but rather a separate web portal to access the Fulfillrite control panel. So far it's been working great!

Overall I'm happy with the service. It would be nice to see just slightly better integration with Shopify but I still wouldn't use any other fulfillment service at my level. I check all the options and this was by far the best for cost and flexibility. When I have had issues they were worked out quickly, but usually using fulfillrite is a breeze. I wish I would have gone to order fulfillment earlier as it frees up about 1/2 my day :)

Wow! Choosing Fulfillrite for my shipping needs was one of the best decisions I've made for my business. They are super helpful all the way to the last detail. Joe Breiger, one of their reps, is on the phone with me, helping with the integration as well as the shipping needs. I had a big order (100 units) that needed to ship quick; before it had even been received into inventory. Joe instructed me how to enter the rush shipment, and within 20 minutes it was being picked up by Fedex! If you're a small business and are looking to scale using a fulfillment center, Fulfillrite is the way to go. They have no minimums like the bigger guys, and they actually care. Now, I can focus on growing my business and making more sales as opposed to printing out shipping labels, boxing orders, and worrying if the mailman picks up my boxes. Multiple times, even with a pickup request, the mailman didn't come and my boxes got rained on. Now I have the peace of mind that knowing fulfillrite will make sure everything gets shipped out smoothly. I highly recommend Fulfillrite to any small business owner who is looking to scale.
