It's the best page builder that I used (and I tried few of them). The fact that is has all the integrations with almost every app is outstanding. What is more the customer support is perfect - they respond quickly and can spot the issue for a problem. I had a small problem caused by another app, but the support team managed to resolve it quickly - I would like to say thank you especially to Tony that helped me.

After much frustration with Pagefly the last few months - I have been on a look for a replacement. This app has almost all the same features, and it's easy to speak with support. They actually help and try to find a solution. I do find the back end to be a bit laggy -- especially when adding collections to a page & Scrolling throughout the page but they are always continuing to improve and work on the app. Would Recommend!

I really enjoy this builder. I've just been on the free plan, but once my store is generating income I will switch to the paid version to take advantage of animations and the other features. I feel the free plan has a good amount to offer. The support is S Tier. Even on the free plan. I couldn't figure out how to get an element looking how I wanted, the chat bubble support responded instantly. The first guy couldn't get it working but a higher up support member applied the fix in a couple hours and explained exactly how he did it so I could do it myself in the future. Couldn't be happier :)

I have been using this app for 2 years in multiple shopify stores. They have excellent customer support. They are very reponsive, helpful and polite. As GEMPages interfaces with many other shopify apps (translation, product personalization, waiting lists...), their integrations are good but cannot be perfect. You need to be careful with app choices and anticipate running into some technical issues during setup. This being said, GEMPages do an amazing work by implementing solutions on your specific store or suggest workarounds. But nothing can be 100% perfect as it is an ecosystem and apps have different logics.
