This app Destroyed our website SEO. By doing redirect from US trafic to our second store. All the US page took paternity on our EU Website store.. So all our SEO Page from our official EU store started to being unidexed grom the GSC... We lost lot of trafic from our organic google trafic because our google page didn't exist anymore now it takes months to get our pages approved and reindexed to google and at the same top positions... Couldnt even get refund while we lost thousand of sales because of this. Hopefully we now saw it was caused by the app now we start to get our page back little by little..

I used this app to block China, but my analytics still show daily visits from China viewing my products. My shop is small (usually under 10 visits/day), yet for the past 3–4 months it’s jumped to 50+ visits/day, with over 90% from China. The developers said this is “normal” and suggested blocking them from analytics in Shopify, but many days I see no traffic from anywhere else — only China. If China is blocked, how are product pages being viewed from China DAILY? It doesn’t add up. I wouldn’t recommend paying for this app.

I uninstalled the app two months ago and haven’t used it since, yet I continue to be charged. There’s no 24/7 support—only email—and the lack of responsiveness has been frustrating. I've clearly unsubscribed, but the charges have persisted. I’ve reached out and hope the refund is processed soon. This should not be happening and needs to be resolved urgently.

A+ Recommended. App works right out of the box. However, after other unrelated changes on the site, the app can unintentionally break. Support is stellar, 10/10 and will work to identify the problems, reproduce it, figure out a root cause AND get back timely for proper resolution even if those problems have nothing to do with their code. Very comfortable using this platform going forward.

Small note/ hint: I wanted to adopt some redirect rules from the set of rules of one of our webstores, but found out that if you have the app open in multiple tabs, the change you make will be done in all open tabs. EDIT: another language related app was to blame for the wrong redirect. Fast support, and it works now. * Automatic redirect works fast if one changes some code lines, else it is slow. * We experienced that the redirect sometimes was wrong, sending people in Norway to the international store. To elaborate on the wrong redirect, it only seems to happen the first time someone enters the page, the next time the redirect is correct. But for example in private mode, it gets it keeps getting it wrong. ** Having the app at multiple stores(we longer have that setup) lead to bouncing back and forwad between the stores. It works pretty much as described, but a little buggy and slow, nice to have an option to do automatic redirect or manual. A nice feature would be exclusive redirect. So that we do not have to list up many countries to say that all countries except X will be sent to our international site.

I tried Geolizr and two other IP redirect tools (to direct people to Canadian and US versions of my website), and so far this tool is the only one that worked exactly as I wanted it to. It is the only one I could find that works on mobile. I wanted to change the color of the Yes and No buttons as well as the font and their development team provided me with the Custom CSS in less than 24 hours. My only suggestion would be for the tool to come pre-installed with the CSS so that shop owners could immediately change these options, without bugging the dev team. Overall great tool!

The support is slow (24 hours) to get responses as they are in india. The automatic redirect was very slow (3-5 seconds) which didn't work for our customer experience. Tried for a week to get it working with no luck.

Yep, works like a charm. At first I tested other similar app, but it didn't work at all. This is great app and does what it says and configuration is easy. Maybe you could develop easier way to change colors of redirect pop-ups and banners? This newbie cannot handle css.

Very helpful application. We had to create 2 stores for 2 different currnecies on shopify and this helped us redirect the traffic from the whole world. When we needed a little assistance they were promt to reply up to 1 hour and we managed to fix it with their guidance over the skype. Really great people who do take care of you. I advice this app to everyone. REALLY GREAT SERVICE! Satisfied customer :)
