My products did not have GTINs; they were custom products with Symprosys. It showed me limited stock on Merchant Centre as not approved. I downloaded this application, added GTINs to each product, and my Merchant Centre account still shows limited stock! So this application is useless. The GTIN numbers do not exist on the GS1 website, which is the basis for finding a GTIN, so Google must not recognise them!

I have an ecommerce store and some products were missing GTIN numbers which 1. causes issues with products in Google Merchant Centre, 2. suppresses those products from free listings and some other paid ad locations. For me purchasing unique and valid GTINs for a very low cost was an excellent solution - now all my products can be promoted using Google and there are no product errors in my Google Merchant Centre. Needed GTINs for my products because it was affecting my google ads. At first the process to add them in bulk to all the products seemed a bit complicated and I gave up trying but Dennis was kind enough and offered his assistance to add the codes to all the products on my store and it was done pretty quickly. You need this app if you plan on selling on other platforms besides your website! Easy to purchase GTINs, and if you delete a product the GTIN gets given back to you to use for another Product, so nothing gets lost. exvellent customer service as well. I got a large amount of GTINs for my store, but didn't need them all. I reached out to the help folks, and they helped me spread the extra GTINs between my two stores. Updating my review from a neutral 3 Star review to a 2-star. As I originally said that I can purchase UPCs for a lesser amount but commended them on the part that they can automate. I have to manually update my products, which is a pain and very time-consuming. However, I was contacted by a representative named Dennis who wanted to know where I was purchasing mine. I found it very odd, unprofessional and intrusive that they were trying to get information regarding their competition. When, I let him know that I found it intrusive, he contacted me again, basically telling me that since I left a review, that I wouldn't mind being questioned about my other vendors. I am pretty sure that reviews are set in order to share our personal experience and not to feel harrassed or imposed upon. They need to be a bit more professional in their endouvers.
