Honestly, a real easy app to navigate. Very easy to build out Promos/Giveaways I tried a couple of the other apps and this one seemed to hit all our needs for marketing so far. I was having an issue with the ReCAPTCHA on my end and reached out to the team and Andrea was on the spot, FAST. He helped me out, we took care of it and it all works perfect. Incredible tool with an incredible founder. I have never had someone help me as much or as fast. Everything is easy to setup, and just works out of the box like it should. The other giveaway tools out there are complicated, more expensive, and don't justify their price compared to Giveaway Ninja. Actually, GN has more useful features I've found. For the launch of our new brand, we had chosen a competitor (larger company with more features & possibilities) but the integration with our Shopify store didn't work at all (mainly due to changes in the Shopify Checkout that is being rolled out) and so last minute we had to look for another solution. What a breath of fresh air it was to discover, install and configure Giveaway Ninja :-). It does what it says it does: giveaways with almost all of the actions a small to large company would like to link to the giveaway, including a feature that for us was key: one extra entry to the giveaway per € spent. For some specific questions, we were pleasantly surprised to see that Andrea from customer service, was very reactive & knowledgeable (no answers like "Oh, I'll need to check with our technical team") and so we managed to have everything up and running in no time. 3 weeks later the giveaway ended with over 1300 participants and 5000 actions / entries taken.

First let me tell you..... Andrea is amazing. So helpful. Really is. Have a problem or need something change to make it your own and he is on it like crazy. Also filled with a ton of ideas on how to make things work the way you want. The app is loaded with tons of features that you pay a arm and leg for with other apps. Super clean and responsive. I love the idea that you can tag customer that go into Klaviyo. Our goal is to walk people into our business slowly and introduce things to them and not to scare them away. Also it has a lot of interaction with the customer as ways for them to earn more points or entries. The big feature is referral a friend. We added a lot of new elements to our site and with this app you can have them visit and explore and get points for it. (great way to educate your customers) With all seriousness, give them a try and make sure you reach out if you need anything. Customer service is the best I've seen on Shopify. Just a quick update.... Less than one week using the app and already had over 200 entries and many referrals. Really works on expanding your email list and get people to go through your site. SECOND MAJOR Update...He took my suggestion and added it to the app. You can now have customers who buy be entered into the sweepstake. Totally amazing You Really need to try this app. In two months we gained a ton of contacts that we can promote our products too.

This app is very simple, easy to set up and get running. I did have some questions about running campaigns and integrations, and Andrea helped me out! Not only did she address the issues I was having she also improved upon my setup! I've tried a lot of plug in apps and the customer service was really lacking, but this wasn't the case with Giveaway Ninja. You won't be overcharged and unable to reach support. I also like that you can scale your subscription to the sign up volume. It's all around awesome! I highly recommend this app!

I was getting super frustrated as I couldn't get an HTML code to work, so I reached out to customer support and Andrea was the nicest, most patient support person I've ever encountered, and SO helpful! Come to find out, it was my own error that was interfering with the code embedding. When I first downloaded the app, I thought it was fine & would do the trick for what I needed it to do. After setting up my first giveaway, I followed the instructions to embed it, but had issues getting it to show up (because I entered an incorrect link).... I panicked because I had just launched it, but it wasn't showing up..... Reached out to customer service thinking it would take at minimum a few hours to get a response, but they responded in minutes! I used this app for a few giveaways and seemed to have good results but I was frustrated with the lack of metrics provided, specifically I wanted to know how many unique email subscribers it was adding every month. I mentioned my frustration to them and within 2 hours they added this feature to app. Now that is customer service! Will definitely continue to use this app.

This app is amazing! It was so easy to set up and install my giveaway. I really like how there are multiple options for entry actions, and that I could use as many (or as few) as I needed. I didn't need any support during the giveaway (everything functioned perfectly!), but I did have a question about exporting data after the giveaway. The support team is amazing! They got back to me in less than 24 hours and went above and beyond in answering my question. I'm excited to use Giveaway Ninja in my future giveaways!

The App is very cool for sure and campaigns are easily modified. Now the support though is Phenomenal! Andrea was crucial to launching our first campaign, basically did the whole thing for me and was always quick to respond and help with customization. Even at midnight on a Friday night! I'm currently working on conducting a giveaway for my apparel brand and this app has been amazing! Customer service is great as well. Andrea has been amazing throughout my process. One thing I would recommend is adding a feature to retweet a tweet. There's an option to link Instagram posts for people to like and repost, but not to retweet a tweet. That would be helpful as well!

I use this app for a pre-launch giveaway campaign. I absolutely love it. It is very intuitive and has great looks. I already got subscribers on the first day of launch with just a few visitors on my page (less than 10). It converts visitors really well. I had some issues with tracking the opens and clicks of my campaign so I contacted support in live chat. They responded in around 10 seconds and took the time to solve my problem perfectly. Now it all works great and I can see those conversions coming in my Google Analytics. I recommend this app, its fantastic and much more affordable, than any software I saw with the same functions!
