We were looking for a way to offer gifting for our subscription product, which has a fairly nuanced setup and presents a few unique challenges. After testing and reviewing multiple apps, Givy was the only one that could actually support what we needed. The Givy team was incredibly helpful from the start and jumped into troubleshooting with us, thinking outside the box, and working through the details until everything functioned the way we envisioned. It definitely wasn’t a one-size-fits-all use case, and they helped throughout the process. What’s stood out the most is how responsive and communicative they’ve continued to be. Having real people who are easy to reach and quick to help makes such a difference, especially when you’re trying to fine-tune a more complex setup. If you need a gifting solution and your requirements aren’t totally standard, we can’t recommend Givy enough.

This app is exactly what we were looking for! It has a clean, intuitive interface, and includes everything customers are looking for when purchasing a gift card. We're excited to finally have an option to allow our customers to schedule send + add custom messages. Incredibly easy to set up to match our store's current theme settings, but with options to customize if needed. Comprehensive and well-thought out features for an affordable and competitive price. The only feedback we have would be to include a language filter, but other than that we are very happy with the functionality. The Givy Team is extremely helpful and very responsive.
